因而,希望提出一种能够满足身体清洁需求和滋润皮肤,并具有良好洗感的沐浴油产品。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种沐浴油及其制备方法,所述沐浴油清爽易冲洗,温和不刺激,具有很好的洗感;在具有良好清洁效果的同时还能有效保湿和滋润皮肤。
一种沐浴油,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
优选的,所述沐浴油包括以下重量百分比的组分:
优选的,所述植物油脂选自油橄榄果油、山茶籽油、向日葵籽油、大豆油、低芥酸菜子油、稻糠油、毛瑞榈果油或葡萄籽油中的至少一种。
更优选的,所述植物油脂选自油橄榄果油、葡萄籽油、向日葵籽油或毛瑞榈果油中的至少一种。其中橄榄果油含有丰富的油酸和亚麻油酸,保湿修护肌肤;葡萄籽油可以抗老化,亲肤性强且有最佳的润滑度,洗后不干涩;向日葵籽油,使用时能在皮肤留下薄薄的油脂,保持水分;毛瑞榈果油富含β胡萝卜素等天然植物成分,滋润修护表皮细胞,帮助重建皮脂膜屏障结构,清除氧自由基,减少光老化。以上植物油脂所起到的滋润效果更佳。
优选的,所述清洁剂选自月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐和/或椰油酰胺DEA。
优选的,所述乳化剂选自月桂醇聚醚-3、月桂醇聚醚-4、山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯或月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
更优选的,所述乳化剂选自月桂醇聚醚-3。在本发明中,经试验发现采用月桂醇聚醚-3的乳化性能更好,且具有良好的性价比。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚乙酸酯、二甲基甲氧基苯并二氢吡喃醇、苯并三唑基丁苯酚磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
更优选的,所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚乙酸酯。生育酚乙酸酯具有很好的抗氧化效果,且是肌肤的营养滋润剂,添加在沐浴油中,能够避免植物油脂的氧化与酸败。
优选的,所述沐浴油中还包括保湿剂和/或赋香剂。
更优选的,所述保湿剂选自甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇或山梨醇的至少一种。
更优选的,所述赋香剂选自花香芳香剂、果香芳香剂、木香芳香剂或花果香芳香剂中的至少一种。
上述沐浴油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按配方称取各组分,将除清洁剂以外的剩余组分混合后,再加入清洁剂进行混合,制得沐浴油。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明所述沐浴油中的植物油脂是天然高分子化合物,含不饱和脂肪酸及丰富的维生素及微量元素,能柔软滋养皮肤,同时与合适的清洁剂、乳化剂配合,能够在清除皮肤污垢的同时保护肌肤,让其处于水油平衡的状态。所述沐浴油中只含有油相体系,因此无需添加防腐剂,使产品更加温和无刺激。本发明所述沐浴油遇水能迅速乳化,能温和清洁肌肤,卸去身体防晒,保持肌肤水油平衡,缓解肌肤干燥不适,使人们普遍关注的皮肤干燥问题得以有效改善,具有良好的洗感。

以下实施例中所用的原料、试剂或装置如无特殊说明,均可从常规商业途径得到,或者可以通过现有已知方法得到。

本实施例提供一种沐浴油,由以下重量百分数的组分组成:

按配方称取各组分,将月桂醇聚醚-3、向日葵籽油、生育酚乙酸酯和果香芳香剂混合,再加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐进行混合,制得沐浴油。
产品效果测试
1.洗护效果测试
选取50例18-50岁的志愿者,随机分成5组,分别试用实施例1-3、对比例1-2所制得沐浴油产品;志愿者每天使用一次对应沐浴油产品,持续使用4周,4周后收集志愿者的评分结果,各项评价指标取平均值,评价结果如表1所示。
其中1分为感觉很差,洗后有不适感;2分为没明显感觉,体验较差;3分为感觉一般,4分为感觉良好;5分为感觉很好,特别喜欢。

如表1所示,实施例1-3中沐浴油的各项评分均在4.0以上,其综合洗护效果要明显优于对比例1-2,表明植物油脂、清洁剂和乳化剂间的合理配比是使沐浴油同时具有良好清洁力、滋润效果和洗感的关键所在。而将实施例1-2与实施例3进行比较可知,志愿者对实施例3中沐浴油产品明显更为青睐,表明在实施例1-2的基础上,通过选用更为合适的具体原料进行替换,并对配方中各组分的用量比进一步的筛选,有望得到综合洗护效果更好的沐浴油产品(实施例3中沐浴油产品)。
2.经皮失水测试
(1)测试前的准备
受试者双手前臂内侧测试前3天内不得使用任何化妆品或外用药品,测试前2小时内不能接触水。测试开始时,用干的面巾纸将测试部位擦拭干净,并做好测量区域标记。测量区域面积为4cm×5cm,同一手臂可同时标记2个测试区域,测量区域之间间隔至少1cm。
正式测试前需要在符合标准的房间内静坐20分钟,不能喝水及饮料。前臂暴露,呈测试状态放置,保持放松。
(2)测量
将左右手臂测量区域随机地安排为样品涂抹区。
测试样品按(2.0±0.1)mg/cm2的用量进行单次涂布,使用乳胶指套将试样均匀涂布在涂抹区内,并记录实际涂样量。
用经皮失水VapoMeter仪器使用说明调整仪器后,进行样品涂抹区经皮失水值的测量,每个区测定2次。首先测量测试区域的初始值,然后在涂抹样品0h、0.5h、1h及2h后,对样品涂抹区进行经皮失水值的测定,并记录数据。
其中沐浴油样品为本发明实施例1制得的沐浴油;沐浴露样品为市面上常见沐浴露产品,按重量百分数计,其具体配方组成为:EDTA二钠0.1%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16%,月桂醇硫酸酯钠2%,椰油酰胺甲基MEA 1%,月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%,DMDM乙内酰脲0.3%,水加至100%。
经皮失水结果如图1所示,相比于使用常规的沐浴露产品,使用本发明实施例1中的沐浴油可有效提高皮肤的保湿性,减少经皮失水的程度。受试者还表示,实施例1中的沐浴油具有比常规沐浴露更好的肤感。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的沐浴油,其特征在于,所述植物油脂选自油橄榄果油、山茶籽油、向日葵籽油、大豆油、低芥酸菜子油、稻糠油、毛瑞榈果油或葡萄籽油中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的沐浴油,其特征在于,所述清洁剂选自月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐和/或椰油酰胺DEA。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的沐浴油,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自月桂醇聚醚-3、月桂醇聚醚-4、山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯或月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的沐浴油,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚乙酸酯、二甲基甲氧基苯并二氢吡喃醇、苯并三唑基丁苯酚磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的沐浴油,其特征在于,所述沐浴油中还包括保湿剂和/或赋香剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的沐浴油,其特征在于,所述保湿剂选自甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇或山梨醇的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的沐浴油,其特征在于,所述赋香剂选自花香芳香剂、果香芳香剂、木香芳香剂或花果香芳香剂中的至少一种。
10.权利要求1-9中任一项所述的沐浴油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按配方称取各组分,将除清洁剂以外的剩余组分混合后,再加入清洁剂进行混合,制得沐浴油。
