Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a base station, and aims to solve the problem that the existing base station is not suitable for collecting dust by using a garbage bag.
The embodiment of the present invention is achieved by a base station, including a dust collecting device, the dust collecting device including:
a dust collecting passage;
the temporary garbage bin is communicated with the dust collection channel, and a garbage outlet is formed in the bottom of the temporary garbage bin;
a dust collecting bin arranged below the garbage outlet;
the air draft assembly is arranged on the bin wall of the temporary garbage bin;
the movable sealing door is arranged at the garbage outlet, and the sealing door is in a sealing state when the dust collecting device collects dust.
Furthermore, the bottom of the temporary garbage bin is funnel-shaped, and the garbage outlet is formed in the bottom of the funnel.
Further, the garbage outlet is arranged at the bottom center of the temporary garbage bin.
Furthermore, the dust collecting device also comprises a dust collecting barrel component arranged in the dust collecting bin, and the opening of the dust collecting barrel component is positioned below the garbage outlet.
Furthermore, the dust collection barrel component comprises a dust collection barrel and a pressing cover, wherein an annular groove for buckling the top edge of the dust collection barrel is formed in the pressing cover, and the annular groove of the pressing cover and the top edge of the dust collection barrel are buckled to fix the top of the garbage bag.
Furthermore, the air draft assembly comprises an air draft fan arranged on the side bin wall of the temporary garbage bin and a filtering piece arranged at an air inlet of the air draft fan.
Furthermore, the dust collecting device also comprises a driving component for driving the sealing door to move.
Furthermore, the dust collecting device also comprises an elastic piece for providing pre-tightening force for the sealing door in a sealing state.
Furthermore, the periphery of the garbage outlet is provided with a sealing ring.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a sweeper system, which comprises a sweeper and the base station, wherein when the sweeper returns to the base station, the dust outlet of the sweeper is butted with the dust inlet of the dust collecting channel of the base station.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the temporary garbage bin is arranged, the air draft assembly is arranged on the bin wall of the temporary garbage bin, the movable sealing door is arranged at the garbage outlet of the temporary garbage bin, when the air draft assembly conducts air draft and collects dust, the sealing door seals the garbage outlet, the air draft assembly collects the dust into the temporary garbage bin, the air draft suction force of the air draft assembly cannot influence the garbage bag arranged outside the garbage outlet of the temporary garbage bin, the garbage bag can be prevented from being sucked into the temporary garbage bin, and after the temporary garbage bin collects the dust to the preset amount, the sealing door is opened, so that the dust in the temporary garbage bin falls into the garbage bag, and the whole dust collection process is completed.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The dust collecting device provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the temporary garbage bin, the air draft assembly is arranged on the bin wall of the temporary garbage bin, preferably the upper bin wall of the temporary garbage bin, the movable sealing door is arranged at the garbage outlet of the temporary garbage bin, and the air draft assembly and the garbage bag are separated into two separated cavities through the sealing door. According to the embodiment of the invention, the temporary garbage bin is arranged, the air draft assembly is arranged on the bin wall of the temporary garbage bin, the movable sealing door is arranged at the garbage outlet of the temporary garbage bin, when the air draft assembly conducts air draft and collects dust, the sealing door seals the garbage outlet, the air draft assembly collects the dust into the temporary garbage bin, the air draft suction force of the air draft assembly cannot influence the garbage bag arranged outside the garbage outlet of the temporary garbage bin, the garbage bag can be prevented from being sucked into the temporary garbage bin, and after the temporary garbage bin collects the dust to the preset amount, the sealing door is opened, so that the dust in the temporary garbage bin falls into the garbage bag, and the whole dust collection process is completed.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a sweeper system, which comprises a sweeper and a base station, wherein when the sweeper returns to the base station, a dust outlet of the sweeper is in butt joint with a dust inlet 11 of a dust collecting channel 1 of the base station.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the base station includes a dust collecting device including:
a dust collecting passage 1;
the temporary garbage bin 2 is communicated with the dust collection channel 1, and a garbage outlet 21 is formed in the bottom of the temporary garbage bin 2;
a dust collecting bin 5 arranged below the garbage outlet 21;
the air draft assembly 3 is arranged on the wall of the temporary garbage bin 2;
the movable sealing door 4 is arranged at the garbage outlet 21, and the sealing door is in a sealing state when the dust collecting device collects dust.
The base station may further comprise a charging device.
Wherein, the dust inlet 11 of the dust collecting channel 1 is communicated and butted with the dust outlet of the sweeper, the dust outlet of the dust collecting channel 1 is communicated with the temporary garbage bin 2, the dust collecting channel 1 is used for communicating the dust outlet of the sweeper with the temporary garbage bin 2, and dust in the sweeper can enter the temporary garbage bin 2 through the dust collecting channel 1. Furthermore, the periphery of the dust inlet 11 of the dust collecting channel 1 is a plane, so that the dust collecting channel can be attached to the dust outlet of the sweeper more tightly, and dust is prevented from falling to the periphery of the dust inlet 11 of the dust collecting channel 1 to pollute the base station.
As shown in fig. 4, the air draft assembly 3 includes an air draft fan 31 disposed on the side wall of the temporary garbage bin 2 and a filter member 32 disposed at an air inlet of the air draft fan 31. Of course, the suction fan 31 may be provided on the ceiling wall of the temporary garbage bin 2. The exhaust fan 31 is used for extracting air in the temporary garbage bin 2, so that negative pressure is formed in the temporary garbage bin 2, and then dust in the sweeper enters the temporary garbage bin 2 through the dust collection channel 1. The filtering member 32 may be gauze, metal net, HEPA, etc. for isolating dust and preventing the dust in the temporary garbage bin 2 from being drawn out by the drawing fan 31 to pollute the environment. The filtering piece 32 is detachably arranged at the air inlet of the exhaust fan 31, so that the filtering piece is convenient to detach and clean.
Before the temporary garbage bin 2 collects dust to a preset amount, the sealing door 4 is closed to seal the garbage outlet 21, so that the temporary garbage bin 2 becomes an independent cavity.
As shown in fig. 1, when the dust collecting device works, the sealing door is in a sealing state, the dust collecting bin 5 is arranged below the dust outlet 21 of the temporary dust bin 2, the dust bag 63 can be directly placed in the dust collecting bin 5, the sweeper returns to the base station, the dust outlet of the sweeper is in butt joint with the dust inlet 11 of the dust collecting channel 1 of the base station, then the exhaust fan 31 is opened, under the action of the exhaust fan 31, the temporary dust bin 2 gradually forms negative pressure, so that the dust in the sweeper enters the temporary dust bin 2 through the dust collecting channel 1, as shown in fig. 2, when the temporary dust bin 2 reaches a preset amount, the dust collecting device stops dust collecting work, or after the dust collecting work is completed, the sealing door 4 is opened, so that the sealing door is in an open state, the dust in the temporary dust bin 2 falls into the dust bag 63 from the dust outlet 21, the whole process is completed, and after the dust bag 63 is filled with dust, the user can directly take out the garbage bag 63 to be discarded.
Furthermore, the bottom of the temporary garbage bin 2 is funnel-shaped, and the garbage outlet 21 is arranged at the bottom of the funnel. When the sealing door 4 is opened, the dust in the temporary garbage bin 2 can fall into the garbage bag 63 below the temporary garbage bin 2 along the hopper.
Further, the waste outlet 21 is provided at the bottom center of the temporary waste bin 2. Because disposal bag 63 sets up in the below of interim garbage storehouse 2, sets up rubbish export 21 in the bottom center of interim garbage storehouse 2, makes rubbish export 21 be located the middle part top of disposal bag 63, can make the dust of rubbish export 21 fall into in the disposal bag 63 completely, prevents that raise dust from spilling and falling outside disposal bag 63.
In the embodiment of the invention, the temporary garbage bin 2 is arranged, the air draft component 3 is arranged on the bin wall of the temporary garbage bin 2, a movable sealing door 4 is arranged at the garbage outlet 21 of the temporary garbage bin 2, when the air draft component 3 drafts air and collects dust, the sealing door 4 seals the garbage outlet 21, the air draft component 3 gathers the dust into the temporary garbage bin 2, and the air draft suction force of the air draft assembly 3 does not affect the garbage bag 63 arranged outside the garbage outlet 21 of the temporary garbage bin 2, can prevent the garbage bag 63 from being sucked into the temporary garbage bin 2, and after the temporary garbage bin 2 collects dust to a preset amount, open sealing door 4, make in the dust in the interim garbage storehouse 2 falls garbage bag 63, accomplish whole collection dirt process, the basic station that this example provided is fit for using garbage bag 63 to collect dirt, and adopts garbage bag 63 to replace disposable dirt box, cost when can reducing the basic station collection dirt.
Example two
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the garbage bag 63 can be directly hung in the dust collecting bin 5, so that the opening of the garbage bag 63 is located below the garbage outlet 21. Specifically, a plurality of hooks may be provided on the upper portion of the sidewall of the dust collecting bin 5, and the top of the garbage bag 63 may be hung on the hooks. The embodiment can avoid the dust collection barrel 61, and can further save the cost of the base station.
EXAMPLE III
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the dust bin assembly 6 is arranged in the dust bin 5, the opening of said dust bin assembly 6 being located below said dust outlet 21.
Alternatively, the dust bin 5 may be directly replaced by a dust bin assembly 6, the opening of the dust bin assembly 6 being located below the dust outlet 21.
Specifically, the dust collecting bucket assembly 6 comprises a dust collecting bucket 61 and a pressing cover 62, wherein a ring groove 621 which is buckled with the top edge of the dust collecting bucket 61 is arranged on the pressing cover 62, and the ring groove 621 of the pressing cover 62 is buckled with the top edge of the dust collecting bucket 61 and is used for fixing the top of the garbage bag 63. Specifically, the top of the garbage bag 63 is disposed between the top edge of the dust collecting tub 61 and the ring groove 621 of the pressing cover 62. The openings of the dust collection bucket 61 and the dust bag 63 are located below the dust outlet 21. The width of the ring groove 621 is slightly smaller than or equal to the width of the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61, so that a clamping force is provided between the ring groove 621 and the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61, and the top of the garbage bag 63 is clamped and fixed on the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61 through the pressing cover 62 and the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61.
Further, the pressing cover 62 is in a hollow ring shape, a ring groove 621 is disposed on one side of the pressing cover 62 close to the top edge of the dust collecting barrel 61, the pressing cover 62 is detachably mounted on the top edge of the dust collecting barrel 61, and is clamped on the top edge of the dust collecting barrel 61 through the ring groove 621. The dust collecting container 61 can be used alone, and a dust bag 63 can be provided in the dust collecting container 61.
As shown in fig. 6, the garbage bag 63 is mounted and dismounted in the following manner: the garbage bag 63 is placed in the dust collection barrel 61, the top of the garbage bag 63 passes through the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61, and the ring groove 621 of the pressing cover 62 is clamped to the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61, so that the top of the garbage bag 63 is clamped on the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61; when the garbage bag 63 is taken out, the pressing cover 62 is detached, and the garbage bag 63 can be taken out.
The pressing cover 62 is provided with the annular groove 621 matched with the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61, so that the top of the garbage bag 63 is clamped and fixed by the top edge of the dust collection barrel 61 and the annular groove 621 of the pressing cover 62, and the garbage bag 63 is convenient to mount and dismount.
Furthermore, the bottom of the dust collecting bin 5 is provided with a close-fitting step 51, the close-fitting step 51 is a boss protruding out of the bottom of the dust collecting bin 5, when the dust collecting barrel 61 assembly 6 is inserted into the dust collecting bin 5, the close-fitting step 51 can provide pre-tightening force for the dust collecting barrel 61 assembly 6, so that the dust collecting barrel 61 assembly 6 is not easy to be separated from the dust collecting bin 5 when no external force acts on the dust collecting barrel 61 assembly 6.
Example four
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the dust collecting apparatus further comprises a driving assembly for driving the sealing door 4 to move.
The driving component can be a rotating motor (not shown in the figure), an output shaft of the rotating motor is coaxially connected with the rotating shaft 41 of the sealing door 4, and the rotating shaft 41 is driven to rotate, so that the sealing door 4 rotates to open and close the garbage outlet 21; the driving component can also be a linear motor to push the sealing door 4 to move back and forth so as to open and close the sealing door 4. When the driving component is a rotary motor or a linear motor, the motor can be started after the dust collection preset time, and the sealing door 4 is opened.
Of course, the driving assembly may also be a linear motor (not shown in the figures) which pushes the sealing door 4 to open and close the waste outlet 21.
EXAMPLE five
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the dust collecting apparatus further comprises an elastic member for providing a pre-load force to the sealing door in a sealing state.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic member is a torsion spring 7, one end of the sealing door 4 is provided with a rotating shaft 41 which is connected with the outside of the bottom of the temporary garbage bin 2 in a rotating manner, the outside of the bottom of the temporary garbage bin 2 is also provided with a limiting part 23, the middle part of the torsion spring 7 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 41, one end of the torsion spring 7 is abutted against the limiting part 23, and the other end of the torsion spring is abutted against the sealing door 4. The outside of 2 bottoms in interim garbage storehouse is provided with two connecting seats 22, and two connecting seats 22 are located the tip both sides of sealing door 4, are provided with the shaft hole on the connecting seat 22, and pivot 41 is arranged in the shaft hole and is rotated around the shaft hole center. The limiting part 23 is a convex block which protrudes outwards from the outer side of the bottom of the temporary garbage bin 2. When the sealing door 4 does not have the pulling force or the pressure of gravity direction, under the elastic force effect of torsional spring 7, the garbage export 21 is sealed up to sealing door 4, make the dust in the interim garbage bin 2 can not drop from garbage export 21, after interim garbage bin 2 collection dirt reaches the predetermined volume, the dust in the interim garbage bin 2 and the gravity of sealing door 4 are greater than the elasticity of torsional spring 7, the dust in the interim garbage bin 2 and the weight of sealing door 4 can't be supported to the elasticity of torsional spring 7, sealing door 4 opens, the dust falls in the disposal bag 63 of garbage export 21 below.
The trash bag 63 according to the present invention is a common plastic film trash bag 63 and is low in cost.
When collecting dust, a garbage bag 63 is placed under the garbage outlet 21 of the temporary garbage bin 2, the sweeper returns to the base station, the dust outlet of the sweeper is butted with the dust inlet 11 of the dust collecting channel 1 of the base station, then the exhaust fan 31 is opened, under the action of the exhaust fan 31, the temporary garbage bin 2 gradually forms negative pressure, so that dust in the sweeper enters the temporary garbage bin 2 through the dust collecting channel 1, after the interim garbage bin 2 collects dust to predetermined volume, the dust in the interim garbage bin 2 and the gravity of sealing door 4 are greater than the elasticity of torsional spring 7, the unable dust in the support interim garbage bin 2 of elasticity of torsional spring 7 and the weight of sealing door 4, sealing door 4 is opened, make in the dust in the interim garbage bin 2 drops to the disposal bag 63 from rubbish export 21, accomplish whole collection dirt process, after the disposal bag 63 was filled with the dust, the user can directly take out disposal bag 63.
EXAMPLE six
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the periphery of the waste outlet 21 is provided with a sealing ring 8. The sealing ring 8 can be a rubber ring or soft rubber wrapped on the periphery of the garbage outlet 21. When the sealing door 4 has no tension or pressure in the gravity direction, the sealing door 4 is abutted against the sealing ring 8 under the elastic force action of the torsion spring 7 to seal the garbage outlet 21, so that the gap between the sealing door 4 and the periphery of the garbage outlet 21 is reduced, and dust is prevented from leaking from the gap to cause dust raising.
