Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and with reference to fig. 2, in a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a rotating camera assembly comprising:
a fixing member 100;
the rotating assembly 200 is installed in the fixed assembly 100 through the rotating shaft 300, the rotating shaft 300 is in damping fit with the fixed assembly 100, and the rotating assembly 200 can rotate relative to the fixed assembly 100 around the axis direction of the rotating shaft 300;
a camera head assembly 400 detachably mounted to the rotating assembly 200.
It should be noted that, here, the rotating assembly 200 is installed in the fixed assembly 100 through the rotating shaft 300, the rotating assembly 200 can rotate around the axis direction of the rotating shaft 300 relative to the fixed assembly 100, and the rotating shaft 300 is in damping fit with the fixed assembly 100, so that the rotating force when the rotating shaft 300 rotates in the fixed assembly 100 is easy to control, and the camera assembly 400 is detachably installed on the rotating assembly 200, so that the repeated assembly of the camera assembly 400 can be realized, and the problem that the camera assembly cannot be used once is avoided, which causes the increase of the cost; when the rotating assembly 200 acts, the camera assembly 400 moves along with the rotating assembly 200, so that the movement of the camera assembly 400 is realized, and the assembly mode is simple, simple to produce, high in assembly precision and convenient for workers to assemble by virtue of the installation mode of modularizing the camera assembly 400; the camera assembly 400 is modular in design, high in interchangeability, and different camera assemblies 400 can be configured according to requirements and assembled with the rotating assembly 200, so that product diversity is achieved on the premise of low cost.
As shown in fig. 3 and referring to fig. 4, optionally, the rotating camera head assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: and a driving assembly 500 for driving the rotation shaft 300 to rotate.
Of course, when the driving assembly 500 is specifically configured, there are many options for the driving assembly 500, and specifically, the driving assembly 500 may be manually operated, that is, an operator manually controls the rotation of the rotating shaft 300 to rotate the rotating assembly 200, so that the camera head assembly 400 detachably mounted on the rotating assembly 200 is rotated.
As shown in fig. 4, the driving assembly 500 may be further selected from: a motor 510 and a gear pair 520 in transmission connection with the motor 510;
the gear pair 520 is connected to the rotation shaft 300.
Through the transmission mode of gear pair 520 and motor 510 for the rotation of control pivot 300 is more steady, and because gear pair 520 is accurate meshing, thereby can improve the control accuracy of pivot 300, because here is the automatic control mode of motor 510 and gear pair 520, thereby can effectual saving human cost.
Optionally, the fixing assembly 100 comprises: the sleeve 110, the shaft 300 is installed in the sleeve 110, and the shaft 300 can rotate around its own axis direction relative to the sleeve 110.
The above-mentioned cladding sleeve 110 provides a torsion damping and fixing function for the rotating shaft 300. In order to prevent the rotation angle of the shaft 300 from being precisely controlled when the shaft 300 and the sleeve 110 rotate, the shaft 300 and the sleeve 110 are in damping fit, and a specific damping fit manner may be that interference fit is adopted between the shaft 300 and the sleeve 110 to generate a damping torque, and the magnitude of the damping torque is controlled by controlling the interference fit amount, and the torque is measured by a torsion meter.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fixing assembly 100 further includes: and a mounting portion 120 fixedly coupled to the sleeve 110, the mounting portion 120 being adapted to be removably coupled to a housing of an electronic device.
The mounting portion 120 has a positioning hole and a screw hole, and the mounting portion 120 is detachably connected to the housing of the electronic device by the engagement of the screw and the nut.
In addition, the rotating assembly 200 has a positioning post 210, the camera head assembly 400 has a positioning hole 410 corresponding to the positioning post 210, and the positioning post 210 is inserted into the positioning hole 410.
Through reference column 210 on rotating assembly 200, realize the location to camera subassembly 400 to for the location is accurate, also have the locating hole 410 that corresponds with reference column 210 on camera subassembly 400 here, when camera subassembly 400 and rotating assembly 200 fix a position, directly with locating hole 410 and reference column 210 cooperate can, it is more convenient to operate, and has still increased the accuracy of location.
Specifically, when the camera head assembly 400 is mounted on the rotating assembly 200, the rotating assembly 200 may be a rotating plate, and the rotating plate may have any shape as long as the camera head assembly 400 can be mounted thereon.
In addition, in order to increase the stability of the installation between the camera head assembly 400 and the rotating assembly 200, an adhesive layer is provided between the camera head assembly 400 and the rotating assembly 200; this makes the camera assembly 400 less prone to wobbling when rotating along with the shaft 300. The adhesive layer is particularly a back adhesive.
Optionally, the rotating camera assembly provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: an upper cover 600 and a lower cover 700;
the upper cover 600 and the lower cover 700 are fastened to form a receiving cavity for receiving the camera assembly 400. The upper cover 600 and the lower cover 700 can be clamped through snap fit, and the assembly mode is simpler and the cost is relatively lower.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the camera head assembly 400, the following are also included: a cable 800; one end of the cable 800 is connected to the camera module 400, the shaft 300 may be a hollow shaft, and the other end of the cable passes through the hollow shaft.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device including the rotating camera head assembly of any one of the first aspects.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
