The present application relates to rail vehicle sanitation systems, and more particularly, to a dirt box, a carriage and a rail vehicle.
Background
The rail vehicle is an important traffic tie connecting all cities and an important vehicle for people to go out. With the continuous improvement of the running speed, most of toilets of railway passenger cars do not adopt an open toilet, but collect the dirt in the toilet through a dirt box, and then the passenger cars arrive at the station and are treated in a centralized manner. In order to prevent the dirt from adhering to the inner wall of the dirt box, a flushing pipe is generally provided in the dirt box, and water is periodically sprayed outwards through a water spraying hole in the flushing pipe to flush the inner wall of the dirt box.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a filth case in the related art. As shown in fig. 1, a conventional flushing pipe 1 is a straight pipe inserted into a filth box 2 along a length direction thereof. From the viewpoint of the arrangement restriction of the contaminated tank 2 and the convenience of the washing operation, the washing pipe 1 is generally located closer to one side wall and farther from the opposite other side wall, and thus, the washing effect is poor for the farther side wall. And above-mentioned flush pipe 1 can't directly wash two terminal surfaces perpendicular to flush pipe 1, can only rely on the splash of water in filth case 2 to wash indirectly, washes incompletely, has the filth to remain. More and more dirt accumulates in the dirt box 1, reducing the effective volume of the dirt box 1.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present embodiment provides a filth case including: the flushing pipe is connected with the water supply pipeline and used for spraying clean water into the box body so as to flush the inner wall of the box body.
Wherein, the box body is enclosed by a top plate, a bottom plate 11, a side plate 12 and an end plate 13. The top plate and the bottom plate 11 extend in parallel and in a horizontal direction, the top plate being located above the bottom plate 11. The side plates 12 and the end plates 13 extend in the vertical direction and are connected between the top plate and the bottom plate 11. In this embodiment, the number of the side plates 12 is two, and the two side plates 12 are disposed opposite to each other and parallel to each other. The number of the end plates 13 is two, and the two end plates 13 are arranged oppositely and parallel to each other. The side plates 12 are perpendicular to the end plates 13, and correspond to a box body of a rectangular parallelepiped structure surrounded by the top plate, the bottom plate 11, the side plates 12 and the end plates 13. The width dimension of the box is greater than the height dimension, i.e. the configuration shown in fig. 2. The side plates 12 extend in the longitudinal direction of the case, and the end plates 13 are connected to both ends of the side plates 12 to extend in the width direction of the case.
The flush tube includes: a main pipe 21, a first branch pipe 22 and a second branch pipe 23. The main pipe 21 extends along the length direction of the box body, a plurality of flushing holes, called main pipe flushing holes, are formed in the main pipe 21, and water flow sprayed from the flushing holes can flush the inner wall of the box body.
The first branch pipe 22 is provided at one end of the main pipe 21, and the first branch pipe 22 is close to the end plate 13 (referred to as a first end plate) on the same side as the first branch pipe. The first branch pipe 22 extends along the width direction of the box body, the first branch pipe 22 is communicated with the main pipe 21, a plurality of first branch pipe end plate flushing holes 221 are formed in the first branch pipe 22, the first branch pipe end plate flushing holes 221 face the first end plate, and water sprayed out of the holes directly shoots the first end plate to flush the first end plate.
The second branch pipe 23 is provided at the other end of the main pipe 21, and the second branch pipe 23 is close to the end plate 13 (referred to as a second end plate) on the same side as it. The second branch pipes 23 extend along the width direction of the box body, the second branch pipes 23 are communicated with the main pipe 21, a plurality of second branch pipe end plate flushing holes 231 are formed in the second branch pipes 23, the second branch pipe end plate flushing holes 231 face the second end plate, and water sprayed out of the holes directly shoots the second end plate to flush the second end plate.
The shape of the case is not limited to the shape shown in fig. 2, and may be other shapes, for example: the horizontal section of the box body is in the shape of an ellipse, a round corner rectangle and the like.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the box body is formed by enclosing a top plate, a bottom plate, side plates and end plates, wherein the side plates extend along the length direction of the box body, and the end plates extend along the width direction; the flushing pipe is arranged in the box body and comprises a main pipe, a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe, wherein the first branch pipe and the second branch pipe are respectively connected to two ends of the main pipe; the first branch pipe extends along the width direction of the box body and is close to one of the end plates, and a first branch pipe end plate flushing hole facing the close end plate is formed in the first branch pipe and used for flushing the end plate; the second branch pipe extends along the width direction of the box body and is close to another end plate, and a second branch pipe end plate flushing hole facing the end plate is formed in the second branch pipe and is used for flushing the end plate. The technical scheme that this embodiment provided directly washes the end plate that closes on respectively through set up the flushing hole on first branch pipe and second branch pipe to improve the washing effect to the box inner wall, wash comparatively thoroughly, reduce substantially that the filth is remained, ensure effective volume in the filth case and guarantee can normal use.
Moreover, the end plate can be directly washed by adopting the scheme, and the water consumption and the cost can be reduced under the condition of achieving a better washing effect. In addition, the flushing effect on the inner wall of the sewage tank is improved, the times of maintaining the sewage tank due to sewage accumulation are reduced, and the maintenance procedures and cost are further reduced.

In this embodiment, the flush pipe is entirely parallel to the bottom plate 11, and the flush pipe is located at the middle position of the box body, that is: the distance from the top plate is equal to the distance from the bottom plate 11.
Alternatively, the following scheme may also be adopted: the impact force of the upward jet water flow is smaller than that of the downward jet water flow under the influence of gravity, so that the overall height of the washing pipe can be increased, the washing pipe is closer to the top plate, and the upward jet water flow is ensured to have enough impact force to wash the top plate.
One end of the main pipe 21 is connected to a midpoint position of the first branch pipe 22, and the other end of the main pipe 21 is connected to an intermediate position of the second branch pipe 23. In this way, the main pipe 21 is disposed at the middle position of the water tank, and the distance between the main pipe 21 and the side plates 12 on both sides is equal, so that the impact force of the water flow jetted from the main pipe 21 to both sides is relatively close, and the side plates 12 on both sides can be effectively washed.
The first branch pipe 22 extends from the left end to the right end of the first end plate in the horizontal direction, and a plurality of first branch pipe end plate flushing holes 221 are formed in the first branch pipe 22 so as to completely clean the first end plate.
The second branch pipe 23 extends from the left end to the right end of the second end plate along the horizontal direction, and a plurality of second branch pipe end plate flushing holes 231 are formed in the second branch pipe 23 so as to comprehensively clean the second end plate.
