Abstract

Background
One of the problems often encountered in the laminated glass production process is that bubbles appear in the laminated glass due to unsmooth exhaust in the laminated glass pressing process. The poor texture and roughness of the PVB film are the main reasons for poor air exhaust. The conventional production process of the PVB membrane comprises two methods for generating lines, one method is that PVB resin powder is plasticized and then extruded out of a die head, natural bursting lines can be formed on the surface of a casting film due to the change of outlet pressure, and the surface line parameters are unstable due to the influence of raw materials and a processing process to a great extent. The PVB diaphragm embossing device belongs to a rolling process and aims at providing a simple, practical and easy-to-implement rolling device and a processing method.

After the film enters the cooling water tank 1, the film is continuously stretched by the tension wheel 5 in the cooling water tank 1, and the tension of the PVB film is adjusted by adjusting the torque value of the tension wheel 5 driving motor, so that the thickness of the PVB film is secondarily adjusted to 0.78mm in a cooling state.
