The first support 2 is provided with two groups of flattening components, each flattening component comprises a flattening cylinder 7 and a copper rod arranged at the output end of the flattening cylinder 7, the cylinder body of the flattening cylinder 7 is fixedly connected with the first support 2, and the output end of the flattening cylinder 7 is vertically downwards arranged.

The second bracket 3 is provided with a first air cylinder 9 for driving a pneumatic finger 15 to move back and forth below the fixing component and below the flattening component, the output end of the first air cylinder 9 is provided with a sliding plate 10, the sliding plate 10 is provided with a connecting plate 11, and the upper end of the connecting plate 11 is provided with the second bracket 3.
The second support 3 is provided with a second driving device for driving the second support 3 to ascend or descend along the vertical direction, the second driving device comprises a second air cylinder 12 arranged on the sliding plate 10, a guide rail 13 arranged on the side wall of the connecting plate 11 and a sliding block 14, the sliding block 14 is in sliding connection with the guide rail 13, the upper end of the sliding block 14 is fixedly connected with the second support 3, the axis of the output end of the second air cylinder 12 is parallel to the axis of the guide rail 13, and the output end of the second air cylinder 12 is fixedly connected with the second support 3.
The burning and cutting assembly is provided with a third air cylinder 19 which drives the burning and cutting assembly to be close to or far away from the exhaust rod 1-1 of the arc tube 1 along the horizontal direction, the cylinder body of the third air cylinder 19 is arranged on the second support 3, the burning and cutting assembly comprises a torch 17 and a fixing plate 18, two torches 17 are arranged on the fixing plate 18, and the output end of the third air cylinder 19 is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 18.
The pneumatic finger 15 is provided with a guide groove which is obliquely downwards arranged at one side, and a collecting box is arranged below the guide groove.
