Technical Field

Background
The selection of the horizontal screw centrifuge is a device for performing solid-liquid separation on suspension feed liquid by utilizing the centrifugal separation principle. The working principle is that the rotary drum and the screw rotate at a high speed in the same direction at a certain differential speed, materials are continuously introduced into the conveying screw inner cylinder through the feeding pipe, enter the rotary drum after being accelerated, and heavy solid-phase substances are deposited on the wall of the rotary drum to form a slag layer under the action of a centrifugal force field. The conveying screw continuously pushes the deposited solid-phase substances to the conical end of the rotary drum and discharges the solid-phase substances out of the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner layer liquid ring, continuously overflows from the rotary drum through an overflow port at the large end of the rotary drum, and is discharged out of the machine through a liquid discharge port. The horizontal screw centrifuge can continuously feed, separate, wash and discharge materials under full speed operation. The device has the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, high production capacity, convenient maintenance and the like. Is suitable for separating suspension containing solid phase with particle size of more than 0.005mm and concentration of 2-40%. It can be widely used in chemical industry, light industry, pharmacy, food industry, environmental protection industry, etc.

if the speed is less than 151HZ, the centrifuge enters the separation work after reaching the set frequency and the end is known.
