The water supply device, the grinding device 20, the switch device 40 and the brewing device 50 are mounted on the machine body 101, the sealing plate 404 is movably connected with the machine body 101, a water inlet 4041 and a powder inlet 4042 are arranged on the sealing plate 404, and the water inlet 4041 and the powder inlet 4042 are both communicated with the coffee basket body 502; when the sealing plate 404 is in the first position, the inlet hole 4041 is in communication with the coffee basket 502; when the sealing plate 404 is in the second position, the powder inlet 4042 is in communication with the coffee basket 502.
The sealing plate 404 is driven to the second position, the powder outlet channel 205 and the powder inlet hole 4042 are aligned with the powder inlet channel 5012, coffee powder enters the coffee basket body 502 from the powder inlet hole 4042, then the motor 401 drives the sealing plate 404 to the first position, the powder inlet hole 4042 is staggered with the powder inlet channel 5012, the sealing plate 404 blocks the powder inlet hole 4042, the water outlet channel 304 and the water inlet hole 4041 are aligned with the water inlet channel 5011, hot water is put into the coffee basket body 502 from the water inlet hole 4041, the hot water and the coffee powder are mixed to form coffee water, and the coffee water flows out of the filter screen under the pressure of the hot water and is connected by the coffee cup 104; the coffee basket body 502 is sealed, pressurized hot water enters the coffee basket body 502, certain air pressure is generated when the hot water is vaporized, the pressure in the coffee basket body 502 can promote the extraction of powder and water, and the taste of coffee is improved; the coffee machine realizes communication and sealing pressurization of the coffee basket body 502 through sliding of the sealing plate 404, has simple structure, light volume and easy maintenance, generates pressure in the sealed coffee basket body 502 to improve coffee extraction, ensures that coffee bean fragrance can be extracted in coffee at the first time, stores coffee beans in the bean box 102, and ensures that unground coffee beans can keep bean fragrance for a long time and are not affected with damp.
The brewing device 50 further includes a first sealing ring 601, a second sealing ring 602, a third sealing ring 603, a shower head 504, and a coffee basket frame 503, the first sealing ring 601 is disposed at a joint of the machine body 101 and the sealing plate 404, the second sealing ring 602 is disposed at a joint of the coffee basket cover 501 and the sealing plate 404, the third sealing ring 603 and the shower head 504 are disposed between the coffee basket body 502 and the coffee basket cover 501, the first sealing ring 601 ensures airtightness between the machine body 101 and the sealing plate 404, the second sealing ring 602 ensures airtightness between the coffee basket cover 501 and the sealing plate 404, and the third sealing ring 603 ensures airtightness between the coffee basket body 502 and the coffee basket cover 501. The first seal 601, the second seal 602, and the third seal 603 are all for ensuring the sealing performance in the coffee basket 502, so that the hot water can be vaporized and expanded in the coffee basket 502 sufficiently to squeeze the coffee.
The shower 504 is fixed on the powder inlet passage 5012, and the shower 504 is used for enabling coffee powder to be uniformly dispersed when entering the coffee basket 502 and to be fully paved on the filter screen at the bottom of the coffee basket 502 so as to ensure that pasty coffee water is formed after hot water enters and is fully paved on the filter screen, so that the air tightness in the coffee basket 502 is maintained; the coffee basket frame 503 is disposed outside the coffee basket body 502, and the coffee basket body 502 is fixed on the machine body 101 through the coffee basket frame 503.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the motor 401 is in transmission connection with the driving wheel 402, one side of the pin 403 is fixed to the driving wheel 402, the other side of the pin is movably connected to the sealing plate 404, the sealing plate 404 is provided with the water inlet 4041 and the powder inlet 4042, and the sealing plate 404 is located between the machine body 101 and the brewing device 50. The sealing plate 404 is provided with a through hole 4043, the coffee basket cover 501 is provided with a guide rail 5013, the sealing plate 404 is located on the guide rail 5013, the pin shaft 403 is sleeved on the sealing plate 404, and the pin shaft 403 slides on the through hole 4043.
The motor 401 drives the driving wheel 402 to do circular motion, the driving wheel 402 is a cam, the circular motion of the driving wheel 402 is converted into the linear motion of the sealing plate 404 through the pin shaft 403 and the through hole 4043, the circular motion is equivalent to a cam-link mechanism, in the rotating process of the driving wheel 402, the pin shaft 403 pulls the sealing plate 404 to do linear motion, the position of the pin shaft 403 on the through hole 4043 continuously changes along with the rotating angle of the driving wheel 402, and the sealing plate 404 is always positioned on one straight line; the guide rails 5013 on the coffee basket cover 501 limit the two sides of the sealing plate 404, and the sealing plate 404 can only move linearly on the coffee basket cover 501.
The water supply device comprises a water tank 301, a heating component 302 and a pressure water supply component 303, wherein the pressure water supply component 303 is communicated with the water tank 301, and the heating component 302 is arranged on the pressure water supply component 303. The pressure water supply component 303 comprises a pressure valve, water is heated to a certain temperature by the heating component 302 after entering the coffee machine, and then is stored in the water tank 301, when the coffee machine needs hot water to brew coffee powder, the hot water is pressurized to a certain degree through the pressure valve, then is sprayed out from the water outlet channel 304, and enters the coffee basket body 502 through the water inlet 4041 and the water inlet channel 5011; the hot water enters the coffee basket body 502 to be mixed with the coffee powder to initially form pasty coffee water, the pasty coffee water blocks the filter screen at the bottom of the coffee basket body 502, a sealed space is formed in the coffee basket body 502, the pressurized hot water can be vaporized and expanded in the coffee basket body 502 to pressurize the pasty coffee water, the extraction effect of the coffee powder and the water is improved, the pasty coffee water flows out of the filter screen after being pressurized and is caught by the coffee cup 104, and the edible coffee is obtained.
The grinding device 20 comprises a power mechanism 204, a transmission mechanism 201, an inner grinding wheel 202 and an outer grinding wheel 203, wherein the power mechanism 204 is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism 201, the inner grinding wheel 202 is fixed with the transmission mechanism 201, and the outer grinding wheel 203 is sleeved on the inner grinding wheel 202.
The power mechanism 204 rotates to drive the transmission mechanism 201, the transmission mechanism 201 transmits power to the inner grinding wheel 202, the transmission mechanism 201 is a torsion transmission mechanism 201, teeth are arranged on the outer side of the inner grinding wheel 202, teeth are arranged on the inner side of the outer grinding wheel 203, the outer grinding wheel 203 is fixed, the inner grinding wheel 202 is driven to rotate, the outer grinding wheel 203 and the inner grinding wheel 202 rotate relatively, coffee beans fall into the space between the outer grinding wheel 203 and the inner grinding wheel 202 from the bean box 102 to be ground into powder, and the ground coffee powder reaches the coffee basket body 502 from the powder outlet channel 205, the powder inlet hole 4042 and the powder inlet channel 5012.
The coffee machine control method comprises the following steps:
the sealing plate 404 is slid to a second position with the water outlet passage 304, the powder inlet 4042, and the powder inlet passage 5012 aligned;
the coffee grounds enter the coffee basket body 502;
the sealing plate 404 is slid to a first position with the inlet passage 5011, inlet aperture 4041, and inlet device aligned;
the hot water enters the coffee basket 502 where it vaporizes and expands;
the water and the coffee powder are fully mixed to obtain mixed liquid.
