第二安装支架,所述第二安装支架被附接至所述支架部分,并且沿大致水平的第二方向和正交于所述第一方向相对于所述支架部分可调节到适当位置;以及
双头螺栓构件,所述双头螺栓构件被附接至所述第二安装支架,并且相对于所述第二支架固定在期望的位置。
优选地,长形安装构件水平地延伸槽以提供相对于所述壁构件在所述大致水平的第一方向上的调节,并且所述第二安装支架具有多个槽以提供在所述第二方向上的调节。
优选地,所述双头螺栓构件是所述第二安装支架在其内突出的通道构件。
优选地,所述组件还包括固定至所述双头螺栓构件的下部分的盖。
本文还进一步公开了一种板和安装组件,所述板和安装组件包括:
长形安装构件,所述长形安装构件具有一对大致平行的纵向延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘横向间隔开,每个凸缘具有多个孔,所述多个孔沿所述凸缘在纵向上位于间隔开的位置处;至少一个板,所述至少一个板被附接至所述长形构件,并且具有夹部,所述夹部在穿过所述孔中的相应一个插入时弹性地变形以用于将所述板附接至所述构件,其中所述夹在与所述构件接合时防止在不使所述夹变形的情况下沿所述构件的横向方向从所述构件移除所述板。
本文还进一步公开了一种用于将多个面板固定到壁的安装组件,所述组件包括:
安装支架,所述安装支架待被固定至所述壁以便大致是直立的,并且所述面板将被附接到所述安装支架以便与所述壁间隔开,从而在所述壁与所述面板之间提供空腔;以及
条带,所述条带在所述构件之间邻近所述构件的下部分延伸,以便在所述面板与所述壁之间延伸并且在所述空腔的下部分处至少基本封闭所述空腔。
优选地,所述条带包括空气可以通过的孔,使得空气可以通过所述空腔。
优选地,所述条带是在加热时膨胀的聚合物,使得在加热所述时通道至少基本上闭合。
优选地,所述条带包括在所述条带的纵向方向上延伸的背衬构件。

具体实施方式
在附图的图1到图8中,示意性地描绘了多个面板10。面板10中的每一个是组件。面板10被固定至包括建筑物构件12的建筑物,其中面板10形成建筑物的外表皮。
面板10以竖直阵列和水平阵列进行布置。
面板10中的每一个包括内部面板构件(片材)13和外部面板构件(片材)14。
外部面板构件14具有一对大致水平延伸的边缘部分15和一对大致竖直延伸的边缘部分16。相邻面板10的相邻边缘部分16通过接合条带56进行接合。
边缘部分15和16为外部面板14提供大致矩形的构造,其中纵向边缘部分15的长度大于边缘部分16的长度。
边缘部分15和16围绕外部片材构件14的大致中央面板部17。
在一种优选形式中,中央面板部17变形以便具有多个纵向延伸的肋18,以加强中央面板部17。面板14的内侧在图2中示出,其中内部面板13被移除。
内部面板构件13包括水平延伸的边缘部分19和竖直延伸的边缘部分20,其中边缘部分19和20为内部面板13提供大致矩形的构造,其中边缘部分19比边缘部分20长。边缘部分19和20围绕大体中央面板部21。
边缘部分19中的每一个设置有孔22,并且边缘部分15中的每一个具有突部23,其中孔22和突部23定位成使得当面板构件14和15被联接时,突部23突出到孔22中。在组装期间,当面板构件13和14相对于彼此正确地定位时,突部23弹性地变形并且卡扣接合在孔22中的相关联的一个中。然后,突部23将面板构件13和14固定在一起。边缘部分19覆盖相应的边缘部分15,使得中央面板部17和21间隔开,使得每个面板10围成空间81。
在面板构件13和14的联接期间,边缘部分19向内弹性地彼此相对偏转,而边缘部分15由于与边缘部分19的接合而弹性地偏转分开。边缘部分15的这种弹性偏转使面板部分17处于张紧状态。
面板10通过安装组件24固定到建筑物。组件24被固定到建筑物的构件12。
组件24包括基部25,该基部可以是形成建筑物12的一部分的长形构件。固定至基部25的是第一支架26。支架26具有与边缘表面28接合的上和下凸缘27,使得防止支架26相对于基部25竖直地移动,但是能够相对于基部25水平地移动。
支架26还包括从凸缘27延伸的板部分29,该板部分设置有长形孔30。孔30在大致水平的方向上纵向伸长,并且紧固件穿过这些孔以与基部28接合。因此,紧固件直到张紧为止允许支架26和基部25在大致水平的方向上相对运动。
板部分29大致是平坦的并且在大致竖直的平面中延伸。板部分29从凸缘27延伸到横截面为“U”形的通道部32,以便提供朝向基部25开口的槽33。
部32还设置有槽34,该槽大致水平地延伸并且大致垂直于基部25。
夹持支架35位于槽33中,其中螺纹紧固件36穿过槽34以接合支架35中的螺纹通道37。
在支架35位于槽33中的情况下,螺纹紧固件36穿过槽34以螺纹接合在通道37中。
支撑在部32的上表面38上的是“U”形的另一支架39,其具有基部40,一对凸缘41从该基部垂下,其中凸缘41位于部32的任一侧上。
基部40具有一对孔42,螺纹紧固件36穿过这些孔。
在支架39搁在表面38上的情况下,螺纹紧固件36穿过孔42,槽34以螺纹接合在通道37中。在张紧螺纹紧固件36时,支架35将支架39相对于支架26夹持在固定位置。长形槽34用于在水平方向40上相对于支架26调节支架39,该水平方向垂直于方向31并且通常垂直于基部25。
具有“U”形横截面的长形通道构件(双头螺栓)43具有纵向延伸的基部44和滑动凸缘45。通道构件43被放置在支架39上方以位于凸缘45之间。之后,螺纹紧固件可以穿过凸缘45以接合在凸缘41中的通道孔46中,以将通道构件43固定到支架39。通道构件43在其下端由盖71封闭。多个构件43将在水平间隔的部分处固定至构件壁。
通道构件43具有安装突起47,该安装突起包括向上突出的凸缘48,该凸缘相对于凸缘44的其余部分向外间隔开。弹性突部49位于凸缘48上方。
凸缘48的后面是向上开口的槽50,该槽接纳安装条带51。安装条带51具有“S”形横向构造,以便具有向下延伸的凸缘52,该凸缘被接纳在槽50内以将条带51附接到通道构件43。在将凸缘52插入槽50中的过程中,突部49弹性变形以由此允许凸缘52通过。当凸缘52完全插入槽50中时,允许凸缘48向外移动,以便在条带51上方间隔开地放置,以将条带51保持固定到槽50。
条带52还具有向上突出的凸缘53,该凸缘提供槽54。
面板10中的每一个均设置有槽接合部55,该槽接合部是内部面板构件13的一部分,该部分向下突出并接合在槽34中,以将每个面板10固定到安装条带51,从而固定到建筑物构件12。
通道构件43的下部分由盖71封闭。盖71包括呈“U”形构造的主体72,以便具有通过大致平坦的基部74接合的一对凸缘73。凸缘73被定位成与凸缘45相邻,使得螺纹紧固件可以穿过凸缘73中的孔75,同时也接合凸缘75。基部74在构件43的下端处封闭构件43的纵向延伸的空腔76。
盖71还具有通过唇缘78固定到基部74的平台77。平台77支撑条带79,该条带在相邻构件43之间延伸以封闭面板10与壁之间的空腔。
条带19具有多个通道80,所述多个通道提供空气流动通过面板10与壁之间的空腔,然而,条带79由聚合物形成,使得当加热时条带79膨胀以关闭通道80。在一实施例中,条带79如果由塑料材料制成,则可以包括:
PVC树脂 40-60%
填料 10-20%
增塑剂 10-20%
稳定剂 1-2%
润滑剂 1-2%
膨胀剂 2-8%(既是阻燃剂又是发泡剂)
优选地,条带79至少部分地由固定至条带79的纵向延伸的金属带81支撑。优选地,带81具有孔82,这些孔提供空气流过带81并因此穿过通道80。
水平相邻的面板10通过接合条带56固定在一起。接合条带56具有两个“U”形边缘部分57,这些边缘部分被接纳在内部面板构件13的相应形状的边缘部分58。边缘部分58具有弹性突部59,这些弹性突部当被移动超过边缘部分57时偏转到防止面板10与安装条带56之间相对运动的位置。
在图9和图10中,示意性地示出了固定至建筑物构件61的太阳能面板安装板60,该建筑物构件可以是壁构件或屋顶构件。
将板60固定到构件61的是安装组件62。安装组件62包括通道构件63,该通道构件纵向伸长以具有纵向基部64和一对大致平行的共同延伸的侧凸缘65。螺纹紧固件66穿过基部64并将通道构件62固定到构件61。
凸缘65中的每一个均包括接合部67,每个接合部包括多个孔68,这些孔位于通道构件63的纵向上的相等间隔的位置处。
板60中的每一个均至少具有弹性的突部69,该突部与孔68中的相应一个接合以将板60固定到组件62。在将板60相对于组件62安装期间,突部69弹性变形,直到其端部位置可位于孔68中为止。
板60中的每一个均具有侧凸缘70,这些侧凸缘围绕将接纳太阳能面板的空间。
当安装在屋顶上时,通道构件63用作檐槽。
Claims (15)
1.一种将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,所述组件包括:
待被固定至所述壁构件的第一安装支架,所述第一安装支架沿水平的第一方向相对于所述壁构件调节到适当位置,并且提供水平的支架部分以向外地延伸背离所述壁构件;
第二安装支架,所述第二安装支架被附接至所述支架部分,并且沿水平的第二方向和正交于所述第一方向相对于所述支架部分调节到适当位置;
双头螺栓构件,所述双头螺栓构件被附接至所述第二安装支架,并且相对于所述第二安装支架固定在适当的位置,所述双头螺栓构件具有安装突起,所述安装突起具有向上突出的凸缘,其中弹性突部位于所述向上突出的凸缘上方,以及
“S”形横向构造的安装条带,以便具有向下延伸的凸缘和向上突出的凸缘以接合和固定面板组件,所述向下延伸的凸缘被所述双头螺栓构件的所述向上突出的凸缘接纳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,其中,长形安装构件水平地延伸以提供相对于所述壁构件在所述水平的第一方向上的调节,并且所述第二安装支架具有多个槽以提供在所述第二方向上的调节。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,其中,所述双头螺栓构件是所述第二安装支架在其内突出的通道构件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,其中,所述组件还包括固定至所述双头螺栓构件的下部分的盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,所述安装组件用于将多个面板固定到壁,所述安装组件包括:
安装支架,所述安装支架待被固定至所述壁以便是直立的,并且所述面板将被附接到所述安装支架以便与所述壁间隔开,从而在所述壁与所述面板之间提供空腔;以及
条带,所述条带在所述构件之间邻近所述构件的下部分延伸,以便在所述面板与所述壁之间延伸并且在所述空腔的下部分处至少封闭所述空腔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,其中,所述条带包括空气能够通过的孔,使得空气能够通过所述空腔。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,其中,所述条带是在加热时膨胀的聚合物,使得在加热时通道至少闭合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的将面板固定到壁构件的安装组件,其中,所述条带包括沿所述条带的纵向方向延伸的背衬构件。
9.一种包括板和权利要求1所述的安装组件的装置,包括:
长形安装构件,所述长形安装构件具有一对平行的纵向延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘横向间隔开,每个凸缘具有多个孔,所述多个孔沿所述凸缘在纵向上位于间隔开的位置处;
至少一个板,所述至少一个板被附接至所述长形安装构件,并且具有夹部,所述夹部在插入穿过所述孔中的相应一个时弹性地变形,以用于将所述板附接至所述长形安装构件,其中所述夹部在与所述长形安装构件接合时,防止在不使所述夹部变形的情况下沿所述长形安装构件的横向方向从所述长形安装构件移除所述板。
10.一种包括权利要求1所述的安装组件的面板组件,所述面板组件包括:
具有矩形构造的内片材构件,所述内片材构件具有:第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分,所述边缘部分平行且横向间隔开;以及第三边缘部分和第四边缘部分,所述第三边缘部分和所述第四边缘部分平行且横向间隔开,并且垂直于所述第一边缘部分和所述第二边缘部分;中央片材部,所述中央片材部在所述边缘部分之间延伸,其中至少所述第一边缘部分和所述第二边缘部分从所述中央部沿相对于所述中央部横向的方向延伸;
具有矩形构造的外片材构件,所述外片材构件具有:第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分,所述第二边缘部分平行且横向间隔开;以及第三边缘部分和第四边缘部分,所述外片材构件的第三边缘部分和第四边缘部分平行且横向间隔开,并且垂直于所述外片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分;中央片材部,所述中央片材部在所述外片材构件的边缘部分之间延伸,其中至少所述外片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分从所述外片材构件的中央部沿相对于所述外片材构件的中央部横向的方向延伸;并且其中
所述内片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分与所述外片材构件的第一部分和第二部分接合,其中所述内片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分位于所述外片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分之间并且与之接合,以向所述外片材构件施加向外的力,使得所述外片材构件的中央部处于张紧状态。
11.根据权利要求10所述的面板组件,其中,所述内片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分弹性地变形,以便接合所述外片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分以张紧所述外片材构件的中央部。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的面板组件,其中,所述内片材构件和所述外片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分旨在水平定向,其中所述内片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分均具有至少一个孔,并且所述外片材构件的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分具有接合在所述孔中的突部。
13.根据权利要求12所述的面板组件,其中,所述突部弹性地变形以卡扣接合在它们相应的孔中,以将所述内片材构件固定至所述外片材构件。
14.根据权利要求10所述的面板组件,其中,所述内片材构件的第一边缘部分覆盖所述外片材构件的第一边缘部分,使得所述内片材构件的中央部与所述外片材构件的中央部间隔开,使得所述面板组件包围空间。
15.根据权利要求10所述的面板组件,其中,所述内片材构件的中央部设置有多个肋,所述多个肋平行于所述内片材构件的第二边缘部分延伸。
