Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a direct current breaker with an auxiliary switch, which solves the technical problem that the action state of a moving contact cannot be accurately reflected when a breaker operating mechanism triggers a microswitch of the auxiliary switch through a push rod due to the influence of processing and assembly in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the direct current breaker with the auxiliary switch provided by the invention is as follows: a direct current breaker with an auxiliary switch comprises a moving contact, a first switch and a second switch, wherein the moving contact is driven by an operating mechanism of the direct current breaker to realize closing operation; a circuit breaker frame; an auxiliary switch mounted on the circuit breaker frame, the auxiliary switch including at least one micro switch having a contact pin that is automatically resettable; the transmission part is movably assembled on the breaker frame in a reciprocating manner and is used for triggering a contact pin of the microswitch when the transmission part moves forwards, and the transmission part is in insulated transmission connection with the moving contact so as to drive the transmission part to move forwards by the moving contact which is switched on; the driving part with positive action drives the opening reset elastic part to deform so as to store elastic potential energy, and the elastic potential energy is released when the breaker is opened so as to drive the driving part to reversely act and reset and the driving part with reverse action and reset drives the moving contact to open the switch.
The beneficial effects are that: in the direct current circuit breaker provided by the invention, the driving part which is movably assembled on the circuit breaker frame in a reciprocating manner is in insulation transmission connection with the moving contact, so that the corresponding contact pin of the microswitch is directly triggered by the moving contact through the driving part, the accurate response capability of the trigger switch is improved, and the problem of inaccurate response caused by assembly and processing errors when the contact pin of the microswitch is triggered by an operating mechanism through the driving part in the prior art is solved. And, the separating brake elastic component that resets that corresponds the driving medium setting carries out the energy storage operation when the moving contact combined floodgate, and separating brake elastic component that resets warp in order to store the potential energy, and when needs circuit breaker separating brake, separating brake elastic component that resets release not only orders about the driving medium reverse action and resets, moreover, also orders about moving contact separating brake operation, and separating brake elastic component function that resets is various integrated, simplifies the circuit breaker structure.
Furthermore, the transmission part is in insulation jacking fit with the circuit breaker to realize insulation transmission connection between the transmission part and the circuit breaker. Furthermore, the transmission part is a push rod which is assembled on the breaker frame in a direct-acting guiding manner, the opening reset elastic part is a pressure spring sleeved on the push rod, one end of the pressure spring is pressed on the breaker frame, and the other end of the pressure spring is pressed on the insulating pressing head. The driving medium is the push rod, and the separating brake elastic component that resets is the pressure spring that acts on insulating top pressure head and circuit breaker frame, and overall structure is simple, convenient assembling.

Furthermore, a rotatable pressing plate is arranged corresponding to the auxiliary switch, the contact pin is located in the rotation stroke of the pressing plate, the push rod is provided with a pressing plate jacking end, when the push rod is driven by a closed moving contact to move forward, the pressing plate jacking end pushes the pressing plate to rotate forward to trigger the contact pin of the microswitch, the pressing plate is in transmission connection with a return spring, and the return spring applies acting force for driving the pressing plate to rotate reversely. The conversion from direct movement to rotation is realized by the matching of the pressing plate and the push rod, and the micro-switch is suitable for being applied to places with large moving contact action amplitude and small contact pin action amplitude of the micro-switch.
Furthermore, the pressing end of the pressing plate is rotatably provided with a pressing wheel so as to be matched with the pressing plate in a rolling and pressing manner when the push rod moves in the forward direction. The pressing wheel is matched with the pressing plate in a rolling and pressing mode, so that friction to the pressing plate is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and resistance is reduced.
Furthermore, the pressing plate is provided with a pressing plane which is in rolling and pressing fit with the pressing wheel, and the pressing plate is provided with a trigger stop position on the rotation stroke of the pressing plate, wherein the trigger stop position enables the pressing plane to be parallel to the direct-acting guide direction of the push rod. The special trigger stop position on the rotation stroke of the pressing plate is utilized, so that the top pressing plane of the pressing plate is parallel to the direct-acting guide direction of the push rod, and even if the push rod continues to slightly move, the situation of overvoltage cannot occur, and the microswitch can be effectively protected.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dc circuit breaker in this embodiment includes a moving contact 12, a fixed contact (not shown in the figure), and an operating mechanism (not shown in the figure), wherein the moving contact 12 is rotatably mounted on a busbar 16 through a corresponding moving contact rotating shaft, and the operating mechanism drives the moving contact to swing so as to be in closing contact with the fixed contact.
For the state that shows direct current breaker, correspond to dispose auxiliary switch 5, auxiliary switch 5 passes through auxiliary switch fixed axle 6 to be fixed between right side mounting panel 4 and left side mounting panel 11, and the both sides mounting panel corresponds and sets firmly on the frame bottom plate 17 of circuit breaker frame, and auxiliary switch 5 includes at least one micro-gap switch, and micro-gap switch has the contact foot that can reset automatically.
The two mounting plates are hinged with a pressing plate 3 through a pressing plate rotating shaft 8, the pressing plate 3 can rotate relative to an auxiliary switch 5, and a contact pin of the micro switch is just positioned in the rotating stroke of the pressing plate 3 so as to be triggered by the pressing plate. And, the corresponding pressure plate is also provided with a return spring, specifically a torsion spring 7, one end of the torsion spring 7 is pressed against the pressure plate, and the other end of the torsion spring is pressed against a screw fixedly arranged on the corresponding side mounting plate, so that the torsion spring 7 applies elastic acting force to the pressure plate 3, and further the pressure plate is forced to rotate reversely to leave the contact pin of the corresponding microswitch, and it needs to be explained that the pressure plate rotates forwardly to trigger the contact pin.
In fact, reciprocal activity is equipped with the driving medium on the frame riser 15 of circuit breaker frame, this driving medium is specifically push rod 13, the assembly of push rod 13 translation direction is on frame riser 15, push rod 13 is connected with moving contact 12 insulation transmission to the moving contact drive push rod forward action by the combined floodgate, and then trigger above-mentioned micro-gap switch's contact foot, in fact, in this embodiment, set up insulating roof pressure head 14 on push rod 13 in order to cooperate with moving contact 12 insulation roof pressure, in order to realize that push rod 13 is connected with moving contact 12 insulation transmission.
The push rod 13 is provided with a pressing plate jacking end which is a U-shaped head 9, a jacking wheel 1 is rotatably assembled at the U-shaped head 9, and when the push rod 13 is driven by a closed moving contact 12 to move forward, the jacking wheel 1 and the pressing plate 3 are in rolling jacking fit, so that the pressing plate 3 is driven to rotate forward to trigger a contact pin of a corresponding microswitch.
In addition, a switching-off reset elastic element is arranged corresponding to the push rod 13 and is in transmission connection with the push rod so as to apply a driving force to the push rod 13 to drive the push rod to perform reverse action reset and drive the moving contact to be switched off by the push rod which performs reverse action reset.
When the circuit breaker provided by this embodiment works, as shown in fig. 3, when the operating mechanism drives the moving contact 12 to close, the moving contact 12 pushes the push rod 13 to move forward through the insulating pushing head 14, the pushing wheel 1 on the push rod 13 is in rolling pushing fit with the press plate 3, the press plate 3 is driven to rotate forward by overcoming the elastic acting force of the torsion spring 7, so as to trigger the contact pin of the micro switch, and the auxiliary switch 5 gives the moving contact closing information.
It should be noted that, when the moving contact drives the push rod to move forward in the closing process, the moving contact drives the compression spring 10 serving as the opening reset elastic element to compress so as to store elastic potential energy, and in the closing state, the moving contact can be stopped at the closing position by the opening electromagnet, and when the opening operation is required, the opening electromagnet acts to release the stop, at this time, as shown in fig. 1, the compression spring 10 releases the potential energy, and the insulating pushing head 14 acts to replace the moving contact 12 to realize the opening operation, and meanwhile, the push rod 13 moves in the reverse direction, and at this time, the pressing plate 3 rotates in the reverse direction under the elastic acting force of the torsion spring 7 to reset, and no longer continuously triggers the contact pin of the micro switch, and the auxiliary switch outputs the opening.
In fact, when the top pressing wheel top pressing plate rotates forward to top press the contact pin of the trigger microswitch, in order to avoid over top pressing, the pressing plate is provided with a top pressing plane which is in rolling top pressing fit with the corresponding top pressing wheel, so that the pressing plate is provided with a trigger stop position which enables the top pressing plane to be parallel to the linear motion guide direction of the push rod on the rotation stroke of the pressing plate, when the pressing plate is at the trigger stop position, the top pressing plane of the pressing plate is parallel to the linear motion guide direction of the push rod, at the moment, the push rod which moves continuously does not press the pressing plate continuously any more, and the microswitch is prevented from being damaged due to over pressure.
In the direct current circuit breaker that this embodiment provided, because the push rod directly is triggered the action by the moving contact, has effectively guaranteed the action degree of accuracy, moreover, owing to utilize the clamp plate to realize directly moving to pivoted conversion for moving contact action amplitude can with the little action amplitude phase-match of micro-gap switch contact pin, guarantee the action precision. In addition, due to the existence of the pressure spring 10, potential energy can be accumulated when the moving contact is switched on, so that the effects of driving the moving contact to be switched off and driving the push rod to reversely act and reset can be achieved, the number of parts is reduced, and the structure of the circuit breaker is simplified.
In this embodiment, the structure of the dc circuit breaker is the same as that of the dc circuit breaker in the prior art as a whole, and the difference mainly lies in the structures such as the auxiliary switch, the push rod, and the pressing plate provided in this embodiment. For example, the auxiliary switch, the push rod, the pressing plate and other structures in this embodiment may be applied to the dc high-speed circuit breaker disclosed in the chinese patent with the publication number CN102856128B, so as to display the opening and closing state of the dc high-speed circuit breaker.
In the embodiment, the insulating jacking head is arranged on the push rod to realize the insulating jacking fit, in other embodiments, an insulating layer can be arranged at the end part of the push rod to realize the insulating jacking fit with the moving contact, or the push rod is directly made of an insulating material meeting the rigidity requirement, and only the insulating transmission connection with the moving contact is ensured.
In this embodiment, the push rod is as driving medium and the insulating roof pressure cooperation of moving contact to realize that the push rod is connected with the insulating transmission of moving contact, simple structure, convenient assembling. In other embodiments, in order to satisfy the insulated transmission connection, the push rod and the moving contact can be assembled together through an insulated transmission pin, and the insulated transmission connection between the push rod and the moving contact is realized through the insulated transmission pin.
In this embodiment, the push rod is the direction translation removal on the circuit breaker frame, is convenient for realize the transmission conversion, simplifies structural design. In other embodiments, under the condition of satisfying normal transmission, a rotating disc can also be arranged on the circuit breaker frame, a convex-column moving contact is arranged on the rotating disc in an insulating abutting-pressing fit mode, an abutting-pressing wheel is arranged on the rotating disc in a rolling abutting-pressing fit mode with a pressing plate, at the moment, the rotating positions of the pressing plate and the abutting-pressing wheel need to be noticed, and when the moving contact drives the rotating disc to rotate forwards through the convex column, the rotating disc can drive the pressing plate to rotate forwards through the abutting-pressing wheel to trigger a contact pin of the microswitch.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate is hinged to the mounting plates on both sides to be rotatably arranged relative to the auxiliary switch. In other embodiments, the pressure plate can also be directly hinged on the auxiliary switch so as to meet the requirement that the pressure plate triggers the contact pin of the corresponding microswitch in the rotating process.
In this embodiment, the opening reset elastic piece is a pressure spring, and is convenient to assemble on the push rod. In other embodiments, for the push rod, the opening return elastic element can also be a tension spring, and the tension spring can be sleeved on the push rod. Of course, when the transmission member is a rotating member, the opening reset elastic member can be a tension spring, a compression spring or a torsion spring, and the opening reset elastic members are in transmission connection with the transmission member and used for driving the transmission member to reversely move and reset and driving the moving contact to open the switch by the transmission member which reversely moves and resets, and the performance of the opening reset elastic member can meet the normal opening energy storage requirement as long as the requirement can be met.
In this embodiment, the pressing end of the pressing plate of the push rod is provided with a pressing wheel to avoid the pressing plate from being damaged by friction and reduce the precision. In other embodiments, if the pressing end of the push rod and the pressing plate have better wear resistance, the pressing wheel can be omitted, and the push rod directly presses the pressing plate.
In this embodiment, the reset spring that corresponds drive clamp plate antiport is the torsional spring, and it is comparatively convenient to install. In other embodiments, a tension spring or a compression spring can be used as a return spring to drive the pressing plate to rotate reversely so as to release the jacking pressure on the corresponding contact pin of the microswitch.

In other embodiments, if the moving contact of the corresponding circuit breaker has a small motion amplitude, or the contact pin on the micro switch can meet the requirement of a large motion amplitude, the pressing plate can be omitted, and the push rod directly triggers the contact pin of the micro switch, at this time, the corresponding top pressing end of the push rod can be designed to be in a conical structure, so as to press down the contact pin of the micro switch, and in fact, the relative balance between the moving displacement of the direct-acting push rod and the pressing displacement of the contact pin can be effectively adjusted by adjusting the taper of the conical structure.
