Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a system, electronic equipment and a storage medium for judging the strength of an FDS process plate, wherein the judging method comprises the following steps: setting: setting the lower limit value of the piercing force of the riveting points with different point numbers on the workpiece; the acquisition step: calling riveting data information of a current riveting point stored in riveting equipment; the processing steps are as follows: obtaining the maximum downward pressure of the current riveting point in the puncturing stage according to the riveting data information; judging: comparing the maximum lower pressure of the current riveting point in the puncturing stage with the lower limit value of the puncturing force of the riveting point with the same kind of point number as the current riveting point, if the lower pressure of the current riveting point is smaller than the lower limit set value of the puncturing force, judging that the plate strength is weakened, otherwise, judging that the plate strength is normal. The invention can monitor whether the strength of the plate in the FDS process is weakened or not in real time, can accurately know the change of the strength of the plate through an algorithm, can timely find the quality problem in the production process, and reduces the conditions of scrapping of the white car body and the like caused by the weakening of the strength of the plate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an FDS riveting process, in particular to a judging method for weakening plate strength of the FDS riveting process, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
The FDS (self tapping and hot melting) technology is to enable a cutter head to rotate at a high speed, rub with a plate to be connected under the action of downward pressure, enable the plate to be connected to locally soften and plastically flow, form a connection area, and finally realize connection with threads on the outer side of a screw through tapping and meshing.
The FDS process comprises the steps of pre-perforating, cap searching, puncturing, tapping, screwing, seating and the like. FDS are widely used in automotive joints because of their simplicity of operation and ability to obtain better quality connectors.

Because of the particularity of the white car body, the strength of each sheet material cannot be measured manually in real time in the production process.
At present, an operator only uses a torque wrench to test whether defects such as sliding teeth, unseating and the like are generated on each point of the FDS, in actual production, a detector cannot detect the strength of a plate, the strength of the plate cannot be detected in time in the production process, then the quality defect is found, and the quality defect cannot be found in time, so that the white car body is possibly scrapped.

The invention also provides an electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores an application program, and the processor is used for running the application program in the memory to realize the steps of the method for judging the strength of the plate according to the FDS riveting process.
The present invention also provides a storage medium storing a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor to perform the steps of the FDS riveting process panel strength determination method according to the above description.
The invention can monitor whether the strength of the plate in the FDS process is weakened or not in real time, can accurately know the change of the strength of the plate through an algorithm, can timely find the quality problem in the production process, and reduces the conditions of scrapping of the white car body and the like caused by the weakening of the strength of the plate.
The invention can replace manual detection, greatly helps production personnel analyze quality defects, reduces production cost and improves production efficiency.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
The invention is applied to a hot-melt self-tapping process (FDS riveting process). In practicing the present invention, we find that: the plate strength is reduced and the required penetration pressure value is reduced. Based on the method, a lower pressure value less than a lower limit set value of the puncturing force in the puncturing stage is used as a criterion for weakening the plate strength. The name of the maximum downward pressure in the puncturing phase in the data is also called puncturing-downward pressure.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for determining the strength of the panel in the FDS riveting process according to the present invention includes:
setting step S1: setting the lower limit value of the piercing force of the riveting points with different point numbers on the workpiece, for example, setting the lower limit value of the piercing force of the riveting points with different point numbers on the white lathe body one by one;

In an embodiment, the invention calls the riveting data information in the group control database through the data acquisition system, and as shown in fig. 2, the riveting data information comprises a stored car body number, a stored curve, a plate overlap combination and a stored point number. The stored car body numbers and the stored curves are provided by the equipment storage section from a group control database of a group control software end. The plate overlap combination and the stored point number are provided by a CSV file at the equipment storage end from a group control database at the group control software end. The riveting data information also comprises a screw model, which is manually input.
In an embodiment, the maximum downward pressure of the puncturing stage is obtained by calling a characteristic data file or a curve file of the riveting equipment through the data acquisition system.
In one embodiment, deparg devices (FDS devices provided by Deparg) are used to perform different matrix overlapping, the puncture pressure is obtained through Deparg software (device software configured for its FDS devices by Deparg), and then whether the plate strength weakening occurs is determined through a program already set by the operator. If so, the strength of the bottom plate of the connecting piece is tested, so that the accuracy of the algorithm is verified.
The invention collects each point curve in actual production and converts the curve into data. And carrying out inductive fitting according to a large amount of data and outputting a corresponding judgment algorithm.
In the present invention, the method of setting the puncture force lower limit value is as follows:
inputting the point number of the riveting point;
Searching a plurality of pieces of riveting data information of the same kind of point number as the riveting point, and calculating the average value u and standard deviation sigma of the maximum downward pressure in the puncturing stage; and
Mu-3 sigma is set as the lower limit value of the puncture force.
For example, 100 pieces of data are taken from the field, the average value u and standard deviation σ thereof are calculated, and μ -3σ is set as the puncture force lower limit value.
The invention also provides a FDS process plate strength judging system, as shown in fig. 3, which comprises a setting unit 10 for setting the lower limit value of the piercing force of the riveting points with different point numbers on the workpiece; the acquisition unit 20 is used for calling riveting data information of the current riveting point stored in the riveting equipment; the processing unit 30 is configured to obtain a maximum pressing force of the current riveting point in a piercing stage according to the riveting data information; a judging unit 40, configured to compare the maximum lower pressure of the current riveting point in the piercing stage with a lower limit value of the piercing force of the riveting point with the same point number as the current riveting point, and judge that the plate strength is weakened if the lower pressure of the piercing stage is less than the lower limit set value of the piercing force, otherwise judge that the plate strength is normal; and an alarm unit 50 for giving an alarm to inform the relevant person when it is determined that the strength of the panel is weakened.
The FDS process board strength determining system may be integrated in an electronic device, which may be a server or a terminal.
The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, network acceleration services (Content Delivery Network, CDN), basic cloud computing services such as big data and an artificial intelligent platform.
The terminal can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, etc. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication.
The computer-readable storage medium may include: a Read Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk or optical disk, etc., which stores an FDS process panel strength determination program for implementing the steps of the above-described FDS process panel strength determination method.
