The door seal structure of the ultra-low temperature refrigerator is similar to that of a household refrigerator, and is sealed by adopting a sealing strip. But the sealing strip can take place deformation after using for a certain time, has great clearance between sealing strip and the refrigerator box after the refrigerator door is closed, causes the problem such as leaking cold, local icing. Continuous cold leakage not only causes the energy consumption of the ultra-low temperature refrigerator to rise, but also causes the icing inside the refrigerator, and the refrigerator is power-off to clear the icing, so that the long-term reliable storage of biological materials is not facilitated.
