Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性防水涂料,所述水性防水涂料由如下重量份的组分组成:组合树脂50‑90份,功能粉剂8‑20份,助剂1‑10份。本发明中,采用适当的比例,相互协同作为连接料的到的涂层防水防腐、耐划耐磨、硬度极高;并加入适当的助剂之间相互协调,使得制得的该水性防水涂料的性能优越,本涂料所采用的为无色或浅色透明材料,后期堵漏施工不会影响原本施工对象的风格;应用涂装基材种类多,水泥、瓷砖、钢铁、塑料均有很好的附着力,耐候耐腐蚀性强。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体为一种水性防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的防水涂料有两大类:一是聚氨酯类防水涂料,这类材料一般是由聚氨脂与煤焦油作为原材料制成,它所挥发的焦油气毒性大,且不容易清除,因此在中国被禁止使用,尚在销售的聚氨脂防水涂料,是用沥青代替煤焦油作为原料,但在使用这种涂料时,一般采用含有甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂来稀释,因而也含有毒性;另一类为聚合物水泥基防水涂料,它由多种水性聚合物合成的乳液与掺有各种添加剂的优质水泥组成,聚合物树脂的柔性与水泥的刚性结为一体,需呈现一定的颜色,使得其在使用范围上存在局限性,因此市场急需一种施工简单应用广泛安全环保且不影响原被涂设施风格的防水涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现实存在的技术问题,提供一种水性防水涂料及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
所述水性防水涂料由如下重量份的组分组成:组合树脂50-90份,功能粉剂8-20份,助剂1-10份。
其中,所述组合树脂由如下质量份的组分组成:水性环氧树脂18-26份,改性水性丙烯酸树脂20-35份,水性聚氨酯15-28份,活性二氧化硅16-25份。
其中,所述功能粉剂由如下质量份的组分组成:石蜡粉3-12份,增稠剂1-3份。
其中,所述助剂由如下质量份的组分组成:防沉剂1-20份、流平剂8-15份、消泡剂1-3份、杀菌剂1-2份和附着力促进剂5-11份。
其中,所述水性防水涂料由下述质量百分比的原料组成:水性环氧树脂27%、改性水性丙烯酸树脂24.5%、水性聚氨酯18%、活性二氧化硅23%、石蜡粉2.5%、增稠剂1.4%、流平剂1.1%、消泡剂0.3%、抗静电剂0.8%、附着力促进剂0.8%、PH稳定剂0.3%、杀菌剂0.2%、防尘剂0.1%。
一种水性防水涂料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、预混:将水性环氧树脂、改性水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯、活性二氧化硅、石蜡粉、增稠剂、流平剂、杀菌剂、防尘剂按上述比例混合形成组合混料;
b、分散:将组合混料搅拌分散,然后经研磨得到组合粉料;
c、制剂:将组合粉料按上述比例再加入的消泡剂、抗静电剂、PH稳定剂、防尘剂和附着力促进剂,搅拌混匀过滤,即得水性防水涂料。
其中,步骤b所述的物料研磨至细度达到25μm以下。
其中,步骤c所述的搅拌转速为1000r/min-2000r/min,搅拌时间为10min-30min。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,合理搭配几种优质树脂:其中,改性水性聚丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂按一定比例结合使用安全无毒、质地紧密有很好的防水防腐效果;水性聚氨酯树脂有优越的可塑延展性,对细微的裂痕封堵效果奇佳且由于树脂的特殊交联反应条件能实现在湿度条件较大的环境施工;活性二氧化硅树脂不但透明透气可实现对涂刷物本色风格的保护;采用适当的比例,相互协同作为连接料的到的涂层防水防腐、耐划耐磨、硬度极高;并加入适当的助剂之间相互协调,使得制得的该水性防水涂料的性能优越,可以基本解决上述问题。
2、本发明中,涂料完全采用纯水性材料,无刺激性气味施工环境好,在空气流动差的环境地下室防水补漏施工优势明显;流动好可调整粘度范围大可喷雾器喷涂也可浸涂或刷涂;抗拉伸强度好,对涂装平整度基本无要求,无需配合涤纶丙纶等材料可直接使用;本涂料所采用的为无色或浅色透明材料,后期堵漏施工不会影响原本施工对象的风格;应用涂装基材种类多,水泥、瓷砖、钢铁、塑料均有很好的附着力,耐候耐腐蚀性强。

实施例一,一种水性防水涂料,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:水性环氧树脂26.9%、改性水性丙烯酸树脂24.5%、水性聚氨酯20%、活性二氧化硅20%、石蜡粉3.5%、增稠剂(GN-1-20)1.3%、流平剂(AKN-2280)1.0%、消泡剂(Z-5189)0.3%、抗静电剂(Silok8141F)0.8%、附着力促进剂(F4190)1.1%、PH稳定剂(AMP-95)0.3%、杀菌剂(VK320)0.2%、防尘剂0.1%;
其制备方法为:将水性环氧树脂、改性水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯、活性二氧化硅、石蜡粉、增稠剂、流平剂、杀菌剂、防尘剂按上述比例混合形成组合混料;将组合混料搅拌分散,然后经研磨得到组合粉料;将组合粉料按上述比例再加入的消泡剂、抗静电剂、PH稳定剂、防尘剂和附着力促进剂,搅拌混匀过滤,其粘度达到涂4#杯40-150秒,过滤包装即得“产品A”。
实施例二,一种水性防水涂料,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:水性环氧树脂24%、改性水性丙烯酸树脂26.4%、水性聚氨酯19.3%、活性二氧化硅22%、石蜡粉2.5%、增稠剂(GN-1-20)1.8%、流平剂(AKN-2280)1.5%、消泡剂(Z-5189)0.3%、抗静电剂(Silok8141F)0.6%、附着力促进剂(F4190)1.0%、PH稳定剂(AMP-95)0.3%、杀菌剂(VK320)0.2%、防尘剂0.1%;
其制备方法为:将水性环氧树脂、改性水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯、活性二氧化硅、石蜡粉、增稠剂、流平剂、杀菌剂、防尘剂按上述比例混合形成组合混料;将组合混料搅拌分散,然后经研磨得到组合粉料;将组合粉料按上述比例再加入的消泡剂、抗静电剂、PH稳定剂、防尘剂和附着力促进剂,搅拌混匀过滤,其粘度达到涂4#杯40-150秒,过滤包装即得“产品B”。
实施例三,一种水性防水涂料,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:水性环氧树脂27%、改性水性丙烯酸树脂24.5%、水性聚氨酯18%、活性二氧化硅23%、石蜡粉2.5%、增稠剂(GN-1-20)1.4%、流平剂(AKN-2280)1.1%、消泡剂(Z-5189)0.3%、抗静电剂(Silok8141F)0.8%、附着力促进剂(F4190)0.8%、PH稳定剂(AMP-95)0.3%、杀菌剂(VK320)0.2%、防尘剂0.1%;
其制备方法为:将水性环氧树脂、改性水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯、活性二氧化硅、石蜡粉、增稠剂、流平剂、杀菌剂、防尘剂按上述比例混合形成组合混料;将组合混料搅拌分散,然后经研磨得到组合粉料;将组合粉料按上述比例再加入的消泡剂、抗静电剂、PH稳定剂、防尘剂和附着力促进剂,搅拌混匀过滤,其粘度达到涂4#杯40-150秒,过滤包装即得“产品C”。
试验例,将上述实施例所制得的产品,进行相关性能测试,其测试方法均按照相关标准,其测试结果见表1。

1.一种水性防水涂料,其特征在于:所述水性防水涂料由如下重量份的组分组成:组合树脂50-90份,功能粉剂8-20份,助剂1-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性防水涂料,其特征在于:所述组合树脂由如下质量份的组分组成:水性环氧树脂18-26份,改性水性丙烯酸树脂20-35份,水性聚氨酯15-28份,活性二氧化硅16-25份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种水性防水涂料,其特征在于:所述功能粉剂由如下质量份的组分组成:石蜡粉3-12份,增稠剂1-3份。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种水性防水涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂由如下质量份的组分组成:防沉剂1-20份、流平剂8-15份、消泡剂1-3份、杀菌剂1-2份和附着力促进剂5-11份。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种水性防水涂料,其特征在于:所述水性防水涂料由下述质量百分比的原料组成:水性环氧树脂27%、改性水性丙烯酸树脂24.5%、水性聚氨酯18%、活性二氧化硅23%、石蜡粉2.5%、增稠剂1.4%、流平剂1.1%、消泡剂0.3%、抗静电剂0.8%、附着力促进剂0.8%、PH稳定剂0.3%、杀菌剂0.2%、防尘剂0.1%。
6.一种水性防水涂料制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、预混:将水性环氧树脂、改性水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯、活性二氧化硅、石蜡粉、增稠剂、流平剂、杀菌剂、防尘剂按上述比例混合形成组合混料;
b、分散:将组合混料搅拌分散,然后经研磨得到组合粉料;
c、制剂:将组合粉料按上述比例再加入的消泡剂、抗静电剂、PH稳定剂、防尘剂和附着力促进剂,搅拌混匀过滤,即得水性防水涂料。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种水性防水涂料制备方法,其特征在于:步骤b所述的物料研磨至细度达到25μm以下。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种水性防水涂料制备方法,其特征在于:步骤c所述的搅拌转速为1000r/min-2000r/min,搅拌时间为10min-30min。
