Background
The infusion apparatus is a disposable medical apparatus with large dosage and wide application range, and the dosage of the infusion apparatus is more than 50 hundred million in China every year in nearly 3 years. At present, transfusion systems widely used in China clinically are made of PVC materials and contain plasticizer diethyl phthalate (DEHP), but in recent years, reports that phthalic plasticizers such as phthalate can cause cancers and influence the development of child reproductive systems are continuously reported at home and abroad, and corresponding measures are taken in mainly developed countries in the world to strictly control the use of the phthalic plasticizers, so that the transfusion systems are produced by adopting PVC particles prepared by using epoxidized soybean butyl oleate as the plasticizer. The infusion set is formed by injection molding in the production process, but due to the nature of the infusion set, the temperature of the infusion set needs to be strictly controlled in the forming process, so that the quality of the finished infusion set can be ensured.

injecting glue, namely injecting the molten PVC plastic into a mold through an injection nozzle;
step four, pressure maintaining;
step five, cooling;
sixthly, opening the mold;
and step seven, demolding.
A method for injection molding of an infusion set, which comprises the following steps,
firstly, sol is prepared, wherein a charging barrel of an injection molding machine is sequentially provided with a charging barrel three section, a charging barrel two section and a charging barrel one section along the direction from a feed hopper to a nozzle, the charging barrel one section, the charging barrel two section and the charging barrel three section are heated to different temperatures, the temperatures are sequentially increased, and PVC plastics added into the charging barrel are heated to a molten state by the charging barrel;

and seventhly, demolding for 1 s.
The maximum speed refers to the maximum speed at which the extrusion screw moves during injection.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the charging barrel of the injection molding device and the injection molding method of the infusion set is divided into three sections, the temperature of each section of the charging barrel is controlled, the first section of the charging barrel is heated to 130 ℃ to play a preheating role, the second section of the charging barrel is heated to 160 ℃, the second section of the charging barrel is fully melted, and the third section of the charging barrel is heated to 145 ℃, so that the produced infusion set is stable in property;
2. according to the infusion apparatus injection molding device and method, the distances between the extrusion blades of the three sections of the charging barrel are gradually reduced, so that materials in the three sections of the charging barrel are compressed, and the quality of the infusion apparatus is ensured;
3. the male die and the female die of the infusion apparatus injection molding device and the infusion apparatus injection molding method are placed in the die groove, and the positioning is accurate.
