Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the embodiments of the invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a charging device. The charging device mainly includes a charger female housing 20, an overcharge protection device 30, and a charging gun 50. The charging device can be applied to large cleaning equipment, such as a floor washing machine, a floor sweeping machine and the like, and can also be applied to equipment such as an electric vehicle and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited thereto.
The charging device according to the present embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the charger female socket 20 of the charging device is connected to the battery 10, for example, electrically via a wire. In the present embodiment, the battery 10 is a rechargeable battery, such as a lithium battery. The overcharge protection device 30 basically includes a locking member 31 and a push rod member 32. The locking member 31 is movable in a radial direction between an open position away from the female charger holder 20 and a locked position close to the female charger holder 20. The pusher member 32 is axially movable between an initial position away from the female charger holder 20 and a compressed position adjacent to the female charger holder 20. It is to be understood that fig. 1 and 2 only exemplarily show a partial structure of a charging device, and if the charging device is applied to a cleaning apparatus, the battery 10, the female charger holder 20, and the overcharge protection device 30 may be all disposed in a housing of the cleaning apparatus, and an opening is provided at a position of the housing corresponding to the female charger holder 20 so that the female charger holder 20 is engaged with the charging gun 50. In this document, in the charging device, "radial" refers to a radial direction of the charger female housing 20, and correspondingly, "axial" refers to an axial direction of the charger female housing 20.
In the present embodiment, the charging gun 50 is used to charge the battery 10. As shown in fig. 3, the charging gun 50 has a socket 51 and an abutting portion 52 provided outside the socket 51. The socket 51 is provided at one end of the charging gun 50 for being plugged to the female charger holder 20 to be electrically connected with the female charger holder 20 to charge the battery 10. The abutment 52 is for abutting against the push rod member 32.
Specifically, the abutment 52 includes a catch 54 and a rib 55. The catch 54 extends axially and is radially spaced from the spigot 51. The snap 54 may be used to snap to the snap portion 21 of the female charger holder 20, which will be described in detail below. The rib 55 extends axially and is circumferentially spaced from the catch 54. For example, the catch 54 and rib 55 may be spaced 180 apart. In this embodiment, the abutting portion 52 includes one catch 54 and one rib 55, but of course, the abutting portion 52 may include any suitable number of catches 54 and ribs 55, such as one catch 54 and two ribs 55, as desired. It should be noted that, in this document, regarding the charging gun 50, "radial" refers to a radial direction of the plug portion 51, and correspondingly, "axial" refers to an axial direction of the plug portion 51, and the radial direction of the female charger holder 20 is parallel to the radial direction of the plug portion 51, and the axial direction of the female charger holder 20 is parallel to the axial direction of the plug portion 51.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, during charging of the battery 10, the locking member 31 is in the locking position and locks the charging gun 50, and the abutting portion 52 abuts against the push rod member 32 to position the push rod member 32 in the compressed position. As shown in fig. 2, after the charging of the battery 10 is completed, the locking unit 31 is in the open position and releases the charging gun 50, and the push rod unit 32 moves to the initial position to push the plug 51 to move in a direction away from the female charger holder 20, so that the battery is in the non-charging state. Therefore, in the process of charging the battery 10, the charging gun 50 can be prevented from moving relative to the charger female socket 20, so that the charging gun 50 is always in a charging state, and after the charging of the battery 10 is completed, the plug part 51 is electrically disconnected from the charger female socket 20, so that the battery 10 is in a non-charging state, the overcharge phenomenon of the battery 10 is prevented, the battery 10 is protected, and the service life of the battery 10 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the locking member 31 includes a pair of electromagnets 33, and the pair of electromagnets 33 are disposed on opposite sides of the female charger holder 20. When the locking member 31 is in the locking position, the pair of electromagnets 33 are opposite in magnetic polarity, and therefore the pair of electromagnets 33 attract each other and are locked to the charging gun 50; when the locking member 31 is in the open position, the pair of electromagnets 33 have the same magnetic pole, and therefore the pair of electromagnets 33 repel each other and disengage from the charging gun 50 to unlock the charging gun 50. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the locking member 31 is not limited to the present embodiment, and the locking member 31 may include an actuator or an elastic member as needed.
In addition, the overcharge protection device 30 may further include a power supply system (not shown) and a detection device (not shown). The power supply system is used for supplying power to the electromagnet 33, and the detection device is used for detecting parameters such as electric quantity and voltage of the battery 10. During charging of the battery 10, the power supply system supplies power to the pair of electromagnets 33 such that the magnetic poles between the pair of electromagnets 33 are opposite, and the detection device detects a parameter of the battery 10. When the detection means detects that the parameter of the battery 10 does not reach the predetermined threshold value, the locking member 31 is always in the locking position, and when the parameter of the battery 10 reaches the predetermined threshold value, the power supply system supplies a reverse current to one of the pair of electromagnets 33, so that the magnetic poles between the pair of electromagnets 33 are the same and repel each other, thereby bringing the locking member 31 into the opening position.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the electromagnet 33 includes a chucking portion 34. The chucking part 34 is provided at one end of the electromagnet 33 and is constructed in a semicircular ring-shaped structure. Correspondingly, the charging gun 50 includes a projection 53, and the projection 53 is circumferentially disposed outside the socket 51 and connected to the rib 55. When the locking member 31 is in the locking position, the gripping parts 34 of the pair of electromagnets 33 abut against the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part 51 and against the side surfaces of the projecting parts 53, and the gripping parts 34 are further away from the female charger holder 20 in the radial direction with respect to the projecting parts 53, whereby the charging gun 50 can be prevented from being further away from the female charger holder 20 in the radial direction, and the phenomenon of interrupting the charging during the charging of the battery 10 can be prevented.
The push rod part 32 is sleeved outside the charger female socket 20. As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the push rod member 32 includes a push rod 35 sleeved outside the female charger seat 20 and a biasing member 36 disposed in the push rod 35, the push rod 35 is configured to abut against the abutting portion 52, and the biasing member 36 is configured to apply a pushing force to the push rod 35 in an axial direction away from the female charger seat 20. Specifically, the push rod 35 includes a first side wall 37 and a second side wall 38 extending in the circumferential direction, and an end wall 39 connecting the first side wall 37 and the second side wall 38, the first side wall 37 is located outside the second side wall 38, the biasing member 36 is circumferentially disposed between the first side wall 37 and the second side wall 38, and one end of the biasing member 36 abuts against the end wall 39, the other end abuts against the charger female socket 20, and the end wall 39 is used for abutting against the abutting portion 52.
Referring back to fig. 2, the push rod 35 may further include a connecting portion 41, the connecting portion 41 being configured to extend axially through the charger female socket 20 from an inner side of the end wall 39. Specifically, the connecting portion 41 is configured as a columnar structure, and a through hole through which the connecting portion 41 extends is provided on the female charger holder 20. A nut may be provided at a free end of the connection portion 41, and the nut is screwed on the connection portion 41 such that the push rod 35 is movably connected to the charger female socket 20. Fig. 2 shows an exemplary embodiment in which the plunger 35 comprises two spaced-apart connecting portions 41. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the number of the connection portions 41 is not limited to the present embodiment, and the number of the connection portions 41 may be four or six as necessary.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the female charger holder 20 has a snap-in portion 21, and the snap-in portion 21 may be configured to extend in the axial direction and have a receiving groove 22 extending in the axial direction. Specifically, the receiving groove 22 may be configured in an elongated shape and have an opening located radially outward. One end of the buckle 54 of the charging gun 50 is used for being buckled to the buckling part 21 to prevent the charging gun 50 from being separated from the female charger seat 20.
As shown in fig. 3, the catch 54 includes a first projection 57 extending in the radial direction, the first projection 57 being provided at one end of the catch 54. When the clip 54 is snapped to the clip portion 21, the first protrusion 57 is at least partially disposed in the receiving groove 22. As shown in fig. 6, the first projection 57 is at least partially disposed in the receiving groove 22 and is axially spaced from the inner surface of the receiving groove 22 during charging of the battery 10. As shown in fig. 7, when the charging of the battery 10 is completed, the pushing rod member 32 pushes the charging gun 50 outward in the axial direction, so that the first protrusion 57 moves in the receiving groove 22 in the axial direction until it abuts against the inner surface of the receiving groove 22 in the axial direction, at which time the electrical connection of the plug portion 51 to the female charger holder 20 is disconnected, and the battery 10 is in the non-charging state. However, since the latch 54 is engaged with the latch portion 21 at this time, the plug portion 51 of the charging gun 50 cannot be pulled out from the charger female socket 20, and thus the charging gun 50 can be prevented from being damaged by dropping.
Referring back to fig. 3 and 8, the charging gun 50 also has a button 56, the button 56 being provided at the other end of the catch 54. Specifically, the catch 54 includes a second projection 58 extending in the radial direction, and the second projection 58 is provided at the other end of the catch 54, i.e., the end remote from the first projection 57. The second projection 58 may be configured as a columnar or hollow columnar structure. The second protrusion 58 is sleeved with an elastic member 59. The elastic member 59 may be a helical compression spring. The button 56 is captured between the housing of the charging gun 50 and the second projection 58.
With continued reference to fig. 8, when the button 56 is pressed, the catch 54 is tilted so that the end of the catch 54 remote from the button 56 moves in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the button 56 to disengage from the catch 21, that is, the first projection 57 withdraws from the receiving groove 22, whereby the plug portion 51 can be pulled out from the female charger holder 20. When the pressure on the push button 56 is removed, the elastic member 59 can exert an elastic force on the catch 54, so that the push button 56 returns to the original position, i.e., against the housing of the charging gun 50.
According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a cleaning system, a cleaning apparatus and a charging gun. The cleaning system includes a cleaning device and a charging gun, and the charging gun is used to charge the cleaning device. The cleaning device may be a large cleaning device, such as a (hand or driver) sweeper, a scrubber, or also a small cleaning device for domestic use, such as a sweeping robot, a vacuum cleaner, etc.
