In view of the shortcoming of the outdoor lighting lamp in the prior art, the volume and the size of the outdoor lighting lamp are not easy to carry, and the portable light-emitting component capable of being spliced is innovatively provided based on the idea of breaking up the whole into parts so as to be spliced into a lighting or display device with a required structure, so that the outdoor requirement is at least met.
It should be noted that, the portable mode refers to that the size, weight, etc. of the light emitting component are easy to carry, and the size may be, for example, the size of a common mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.), or the size of a wearing article, an accessory, etc., so as to be convenient to carry.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of the assembly of the light emitting device 1 in an embodiment of the present application.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of light emitting assemblies 1 are shown.
Each light emitting assembly 1 includes: a housing 11, a light source module (not shown), and at least one electrical splice. In the embodiment shown in the figure, the electrical splicing parts are divided into an electrical splicing part 12 and an electrical splicing part 13 according to different structures.
In the present embodiment, the housing 11 is in the shape of a square box, but it can be modified in other embodiments, such as a cylindrical shape, a conical shape, a triangular shape, or a plate with different shapes; the housing 11 has a light emitting portion for emitting light, and the light emitting portion may be made of a transparent material such as glass, acrylic, or the like.
The light source module is mounted in the housing 11, can emit light, and can emit light from the light emitting portion.
In some embodiments, the light source module comprises an LED light source; in other embodiments, the light source module may also adopt other light sources, such as halogen light sources or other light sources.
The electrical splices 12, 13 are respectively disposed on the outer surface of the housing 11 of the light emitting module, so as to form an electrical connection when forming a structural connection with at least one other portable light emitting module 1.
Specifically, the structural connection may include: one or more combinations of positioning connection, clamping connection, magnetic attraction connection and bonding connection.
For example, the positioning connection comprises a male and female mating connection, such as mating male and female squares, spheres, or circles, or the like.
The snap connection may also be achieved by a male-female fit, but with the addition of a restriction, such as an elastic deformation, and/or a hook or stop, to limit the disengagement between the light emitting assemblies 1. For example, the engaging structure may be one of a ball joint and a fixing groove connected to the ball joint, and the other engaging structure is not described herein.
The magnetic attraction connection means that a magnet is arranged on the light-emitting component 1 so as to be connected with the magnet or metal arranged on other light-emitting components 1 when the light-emitting components are spliced.
The adhesion means that the adhesive connection is performed by means of glue, magic tape and the like.
Of course, in the embodiment of fig. 1, a positioning connection mode, that is, a mode of inserting through a concave-convex fit, is adopted.
The electrical splices 12 are designed as recesses, and the electrical splices 13 are designed as mating protrusions.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the electrical splicing portion 12 further includes: a first electrical connector 121; for connecting with the second electrical connector of another portable light-emitting device to form an electrical connection, of course, the labels of the first electrical connector 121 and the second electrical connector 131 are only for showing the structure thereof, and they are not actually connected.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the first electrical connector 121 and the second electrical connector 131 may be in the form of electrical sockets between pins and busbars, that is, for example, the first electrical connector 121 may be a pin, and the second electrical connector 131 is a matched busbar; alternatively, in other embodiments, the first electrical connector may be a busbar, and the second electrical connector may be a matching pin.
In order to enable each light emitting component 1 to splice more than two other light emitting components 1, it may have different number of electrically spliced portions 12, 13. For example, a plurality of electrical splices 12, providing a plurality of first electrical connectors 121; alternatively, one or more electrical splices 13 providing one or more second electrical connectors 131; alternatively, one or more first electrical connectors 121 and one or more second electrical connectors 131 are provided, one or more first electrical connectors 121 and one or more second electrical connectors 131.
For example, four side surfaces of the peripheral side of the square box-shaped light-emitting component 1 can be respectively provided with four electrical splicing parts, which can form the situations that the number of the electrical splicing parts 12 and 13 is 1:3, 2:2 and 3: 1; for example, one of the electrical splices 12 includes a first electrical connector 121, and the other three electrical splices 13 include a second electrical connector 131; or, two of the electrical splices 12 include the first electrical connector 121, and the other two electrical splices 13 include the second electrical connector 131; alternatively, three of the electrical splices 12 include the first electrical connector 121, and the other electrical splices 13 include the second electrical connector 131.
In other embodiments, if the light emitting devices are connected by a snap-fit connection or an adhesive connection, the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector can be electrically connected in a similar manner as described above.
And if the magnetic connection is adopted, the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector can be directly and mutually magnetically attracted, so that electrical conduction can be formed during the magnetic connection. For example, the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector of the two light emitting assemblies are magnetic switches, which attract each other and form electrical conduction; the principle is that when the light-emitting component is attracted, the metal reeds of the magnetic attraction switch are magnetized under the action of a magnetic field and attracted together, so that a circuit is conducted; when the light emitting components are separated, the metal reeds of the magnetic switch are separated, so that the circuit is disconnected.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural view of the assembly of light emitting devices 2 according to another embodiment of the present invention.
In fig. 2, each light emitting component 2 is shaped like a tile of a jigsaw puzzle, and the light emitting components 2 are spliced by a concave-convex clamping manner, in this embodiment, the mutually combined electrical splicing portions between the light emitting components 2 are respectively a circular plate and an arc-shaped recess with matched shapes and sizes, which is only an example and is not limited thereto.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electrical splicing portions of the light emitting assemblies 2 that are spliced together may be magnetically attracted, that is, the circular plate and the arc-shaped recess may be provided with a magnetically attracted switch, or they may be a part of the magnetically attracted switch.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of the assembly of light emitting devices 3 according to still another embodiment of the present application.
In the present embodiment, each light emitting component 3 may be a hexagonal plate-shaped structure, so that a three-dimensional spherical structure is formed by splicing, which can be used for illumination or display. Of course, the hexagonal plate structure is only an example, and is not limited to the number of sides, and may be other polygons, such as pentagon, heptagon, or other number of polygons.
Optionally, the structural connection between the light emitting assemblies 3 in this embodiment may be one or more of a positioning connection, a snap connection, a magnetic attraction connection, or an adhesive connection.
Preferably, can adopt magnetism to inhale the connection to satisfy the demand that adjacent light emitting component 3 spliced at different angles.
In some embodiments, each of the light emitting assemblies may be individually applied for illumination.
Optionally, the housing of each light emitting assembly may be provided with a mounting portion for mounting to a carrier, the mounting portion comprising: one or more combinations of the insertion part, the hanging part, the supporting part and the bonding part.
For example, the plug part is a socket or a plug, etc., and is matched with the plug or the socket on the carrier to complete installation; the hanging part can be a hook, a hanging rope and the like, and is used for hanging on the carrier; the support part is, for example, a bracket; the bonding portion is, for example, a magic tape, an adhesive, or the like.
In outdoor scenes, the light-emitting component can be installed in any suitable environment by using the installation part for use; for example, hanging on a tree branch, or adhering to clothing, a bag, or within a transportation vehicle.
The portable light-emitting component emits light when being triggered by a signal under the condition of power supply.
Wherein, when the light-emitting component is used alone, for example, for illumination or display, the signal triggering mode for triggering the work of the light-emitting component comprises the following steps: one or more combinations of switch activation, contact activation, and inductive activation.
For example, the light-emitting component can be provided with a switch key, and the on and off of the light-emitting component can be triggered by a user key; alternatively, the light emitting element may be provided with, for example, a metal contact or the like, which is turned on and off by a conductive contact; or, the light emitting component can be provided with a pressure sensing or capacitance sensing type touch part which is switched on and off by sensing the touch of a user; or, the light emitting component can be provided with an infrared sensing part, and the light emitting component is turned on or off by sensing that a user shields the infrared sensing part.
For example, in a field environment, if a distress call is required in distress, a plurality of light-emitting assemblies can be spliced into a number shape, a letter shape or other words such as "SOS", "HELP", etc. to indicate or ask for HELP.
The light emitting modules 1, 2, and 3 in the above embodiments may be lighting modules for lighting purposes, or may be display panels for display purposes.
The splicing of different structures can be performed according to different requirements, for example, the splicing structure of the light emitting assembly 1 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and if the light emitting assembly 1 is a lighting module, a planar lighting lamp can be formed; if the light-emitting component 1 is a display screen, the display screen can be spliced into a planar combined display screen; the embodiment of fig. 2 is similar. If the lamp is outdoors, a plane lighting lamp or a display screen formed by splicing the light-emitting components 2 can be used for carrying out a larger range of lighting or entertainment.
However, the light emitting assemblies 3 in the embodiment of fig. 3 form a stereoscopic lighting fixture or a combined display screen, so that lighting or displaying at multiple angles can be realized.
Therefore, the spliced illumination lamp or combined display screen can present different preset patterns by controlling the illumination states or display contents of the different light-emitting assemblies 1, 2 and 3, and for example, the spliced illumination lamp or combined display screen can display information such as 'SOS', 'HELP', 'rescue' and the like to various angles to ask for HELP.
Taking displaying preset pattern Arabic numerals "1" as an example, the lighting lamp is enabled to present a pattern of "1" by enabling three light-emitting assemblies in a middle column of the lighting lamp with a 9-grid structure to be lightened, and other 6 light-emitting assemblies to be extinguished; or, if three light-emitting assemblies in the middle column of the 9-grid combined display screen display a pattern of "1" and other parts of pure white, and the other 6 light-emitting assemblies all display pure white patterns, a pattern display of "1" is formed on the combined display screen.
In the scenario of splicing and using a plurality of light emitting assemblies 1, 2, 3, the light emitting assemblies 1, 2, 3 can change the light emitting state by receiving the control signal, and then, for example, the previous two embodiments of "1" pattern display are realized.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a circuit structure of a light emitting device according to the present application.
In the present embodiment, the portable light emitting assembly 4 includes:
a power supply module 41 coupled to the light source module 40 to supply power; the power supply module 41 includes: the power supply driving module, the self-powered module and/or the rechargeable module; the power driving module drives the power module 41 after receiving a power signal; the self-powered module comprises: solar cells, and/or triboelectric nano-generation cells; the chargeable module comprises: a rechargeable battery is provided. Due to the adoption of the self-powered module and/or the rechargeable module, the portable light-emitting component 4 can be charged by the self-powered module, or the solar energy or the friction energy is converted into the electric energy to be used by the portable light-emitting component 4 in the field environment. Further, the portable light emitting component 4 can also provide power for an external device (e.g. a mobile device) through its interface (e.g. USB interface, Micro USB interface, USB Type C interface, Lightning interface) when its power is sufficient.
