The belt vibration-proof device aims to solve the problems in the prior art, namely solving the problems that the belt runs unstably and the whole machine vibrates seriously. The invention provides a washing machine, which comprises a motor and a speed reducer;
the speed reducer comprises a supporting plate, wherein a connecting hole is formed in the supporting plate, and a rod-shaped connecting piece is arranged in the connecting hole;

The speed reducer comprises a supporting plate, wherein a connecting hole is formed in the supporting plate and is a round hole, and a rod-shaped connecting piece is arranged in the connecting hole and can be a bolt, a screw, a rivet or a welding nail.
As shown in fig. 2, the motor 10 is mounted on the support plate, the motor 10 includes a handle 11, the handle 11 is a lug attached to the housing of the motor 10, and the number of the handles 11 of the motor 10 is typically two, three or four.

In particular, the diameter of each circular arc wall is set to the rod-shaped connecting piece plus the assembly tolerance. The diameters of all the arc-shaped walls are set to be equal, so that the effect of convenient manufacture and realization of matching is achieved.
In the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, a plane parallel to the support plate is taken as a cross section, and the centers of the plurality of arc-shaped walls 13 are arranged along the length direction of the long side of the elongated hole 12, in a specific example, the arc-shaped walls 13 are arc-shaped walls, and the center of the arc-shaped wall 13 refers to the center of the arc-shaped wall. The centers of the plurality of arc-shaped walls 13 are arranged along the length direction of the long side of the elongated hole 12, so that the plurality of arc-shaped walls 13 form the elongated hole 12. In the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, both long sides of the elongated hole 12 are wavy sidewalls, one wavy sidewall includes at least two arc-shaped walls 13, and the other wavy sidewall includes at least one arc-shaped wall 13 and at least one transition wall. The arc-shaped wall and the transition wall in the other wavy side wall are respectively arranged opposite to one arc-shaped wall in one wavy side wall, the shape of the transition wall is arc-shaped, and the curvature radius of the transition wall is larger than that of the arc-shaped wall 13. The arc-shaped walls 13 are used for matching with the rod-shaped connecting piece to realize a connecting function, and the transition wall is arranged between the two arc-shaped walls 13, so that the distance from the intersection point of two adjacent arc-shaped walls 13 in one wavy side wall to the corresponding area of the other wavy side wall can be increased, namely, the passing property of the rod-shaped connecting piece from one arc-shaped wall 13 to the other arc-shaped wall 13 is increased.
In a specific embodiment, one of the long sides of the elongated hole 12 includes four arc-shaped walls 13, the other long side of the elongated hole 12 includes two arc-shaped walls 13 and two transition walls, the two short sides of the elongated hole 12 respectively include one arc-shaped wall 13, and the arc-shaped walls 13 are arc-shaped walls, and the transition walls are arc-shaped walls, that is, the elongated hole 12 is composed of ten arc-shaped walls.
In the above specific embodiment, the diameter of the four curved walls 13 on one long side, the two curved walls 13 on the two short sides, and the two curved walls 13 on the other long side is 8.5mm, and the diameter of the transition wall on the other long side is 11 mm. Along the width direction of the short side of the elongated hole 12, the centers of circles of the ten circular arc-shaped walls are arranged in two rows, along the length direction of the long side of the elongated hole 12, the centers of circles of the ten circular arc-shaped walls are arranged in six rows at equal intervals, the first row and the sixth row respectively form a center of circle, the second row, the third row, the fourth row and the fifth row respectively comprise two centers of circles, and the first row and the second row respectively comprise five centers of circles. More specifically, along the length direction of the long side of the elongated hole 12, the distance between the centers of two adjacent arc-shaped walls 13 is 4.2-4.5 mm; the distance between the centers of two adjacent arc-shaped walls 13 along the width direction of the short side of the elongated hole 12 is 0.8-1.2 mm.
For convenience of description, referring to fig. 3, the arc-shaped walls 13 and the transition walls of the elongated hole 12 are uniformly numbered and labeled as a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, wherein the numbers h and j are transition walls with a radius of 5.5mm for increasing the passability of the rod-shaped connecting member from one arc-shaped wall 13 to the other arc-shaped wall 13, and the numbers a, b, c, d, e, f, g, and i are arc-shaped walls 13 for cooperating with the rod-shaped connecting member with a diameter of 4.3 mm.
In the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, both long sides of the elongated hole 12 are wavy sidewalls. One wavy side wall comprises at least two arc-shaped walls 13, the other wavy side wall comprises at least two arc-shaped walls 13, and the arc-shaped walls 13 in one wavy side wall are the same as at least one of the arc-shaped walls 13 in the other wavy side wall, wherein the number of the arc-shaped walls 13 in the two wavy side walls can also be the same, and the same arc-shaped walls 13 mean that the curvatures of the arc-shaped walls 13 are the same.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, a mounting hole 14 is formed in a region of the handle 11 corresponding to the connection hole, a first gasket 20 is disposed in the mounting hole 14, and the elongated hole 12 is formed in the first gasket 20. The elongated hole 12 is formed in the first spacer 20, and the first spacer 20 is formed in the handle 11, so that direct contact between the rod-shaped connecting member and the handle 11 can be prevented, and the life of the handle 11 of the motor 10 can be prolonged.
The shape of the mounting hole 14 in the handle 11 is not particularly limited as long as the first gasket 20 can be reliably connected to the handle 11. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the shape of the mounting hole 14 is the same as the shape of the elongated hole 12, the cross-sectional area of the mounting hole 14 is larger than that of the elongated hole 12, the mounting hole 14 is also formed with arc-shaped walls, a wedge-shaped structure is formed between adjacent arc-shaped walls, and the outer side wall of the first gasket 20 is matched with the inner side wall of the mounting hole 14, so that the first gasket 20 is reliably fixed in the mounting hole 14.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a height adjusting member 21 disposed between the support plate and the handle 11, both ends of the height adjusting member 21 are respectively in contact with the support plate and the first spacer 20, and the height adjusting member 21 is used for adjusting the installation height of the motor 10 relative to the support plate, so as to adjust the axial height of a driving pulley installed on a motor shaft of the motor 10, ensure smooth operation of belt transmission, and reduce vibration.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the height adjuster 21 is a flange located on an outer side wall of the first gasket 20, the flange protrudes outward of the first gasket 20, the outer side of the first gasket 20 refers to an outer side wall side of the elongated hole 12, the flange is located opposite to one end of the outer side wall of the elongated hole 12, and the flange is generally shaped as a circular ring structure, and in a specific example, the flange is integrally formed with the first gasket 20.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a second gasket 30, the second gasket 30 is provided with a long hole 12, the second gasket 30 is disposed on a side of the handle 11 away from the height adjusting member 21, and the second gasket 30 can increase the connection strength of the motor 10 mounted on the speed reducer.
In an exemplary embodiment, the connection hole formed in the support plate of the reducer is a flanged hole of M8, the rod-shaped connection member is a bolt of M8, the bolt is provided with a nut, and the flange of the first spacer 20 and the second spacer 30 can both increase the connection strength of the motor 10 mounted on the reducer.
When mounting, the end of the first gasket 20 remote from the flange is inserted into the mounting hole 14, the flange is in contact with one side wall of the handle 11, the second gasket 30 is disposed on the other side wall of the handle 11 remote from the flange, and the handle 11 is sandwiched between the flange and the second gasket 30. The end of the first washer 20 remote from the flange is inserted into the mounting hole 14 and normally contacts the second washer 30, and a rod-like connecting member is disposed in the elongated holes 12 of the first and second washers 20 and 30 to mount the motor 10 on the reducer.

The washing machine of the embodiment of the invention can realize the reliable fixation of the motor 10 only by the structure of the strip hole 12, has simple structure, can drive belt wheels with different sizes or different diameters, and has good compatibility.
