背景技术
卫生用品包括日化用品(洗手液、洗衣液);妇女经期卫生用品(卫生巾、卫生护垫、卫生栓);尿布等排泄物卫生用品[尿裤、尿布(垫、纸)、隔尿垫];皮肤、黏膜卫生用品(湿纸巾、卫生湿纸巾);隐形眼镜护理用品(隐形眼镜护理液、隐形眼镜保存液、隐形眼镜清洁剂);妇科卫生用品(女士抗/抑菌洗剂、阴道洗液);其他的一次性卫生用品(纸巾纸、卫生棉、化妆棉/纸/巾、手/指套 、口罩、纸质餐饮具、避孕套)等。其中尿裤、尿布(垫、纸)、隔尿垫的一个重要构件就是吸水芯体,现有的吸水芯体拉力强度不够,在使用过程中易断裂移位、结团的现象,因此设计一种卫生吸水芯体及其制备方法是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卫生吸水芯体及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种卫生吸水芯体,包括顶层1、中间层2和底层3,所述顶层1的底部设置有中间层2,所述中间层2的底部设置有底层4,所述顶层1和底层3为一种透气湿强纸,所述中间层2为高分子吸水树脂与低熔点复合短纤维混合层。
一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤,步骤一,原料准备;步骤二,顶层打底;步骤三,中间层成型;步骤四,底层覆盖;步骤五,复合成型;步骤六,检测储存;
其中在上述步骤一中,按照各组分的质量百分数分别是:29-32.5%的透气湿强纸、32.5-60%的高分子吸水树脂和10-35%的低熔点复合短纤维进行选取,并按照重量百分比之和为1进行称取;
其中在上述步骤二中,选取一半的透气湿强纸平铺在工作台上;
其中在上述步骤三中,中间层成型包括以下步骤:
1)在平铺好的透气湿强纸上利用气流成型技术铺上一层低熔点复合短纤维;
2)再在熔点复合短纤维层上播撒一层高分子吸水树脂;
其中在上述步骤四中,将剩余的透气湿强纸平铺在高分子吸水树脂层上;
其中在上述步骤五中,复合成型包括以下步骤:
1)通过电热加温或导热油辊点压在步骤四中所得芯体上,使其复合成型后呈蓬松或压实网型状;
2)将复合成型的吸水芯体按照所需规格切成标准大小,并除去多余边角料;
其中在上述步骤六中,将成型的吸水芯体进行拉力测试,抗拉强度合格者包装保存,不合格者进行回收。
根据上述技术方案,所述高分子吸水树脂原料在储存时需在干燥、通风、阴凉的环境中。
根据上述技术方案,所述吸水芯体的厚度为0.2-5mm。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤二中,工作台上位于透气湿强纸的两侧设置有隔板。

一种卫生吸水芯体,包括顶层1、中间层2和底层3,顶层1的底部设置有中间层2,中间层2的底部设置有底层4,顶层1和底层3为一种透气湿强纸,中间层2为高分子吸水树脂与低熔点复合短纤维混合层。
一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤,步骤一,原料准备;步骤二,顶层打底;步骤三,中间层成型;步骤四,底层覆盖;步骤五,复合成型;步骤六,检测储存;
其中在上述步骤一中,按照各组分的质量百分数分别是:26.5%的透气湿强纸、40%的高分子吸水树脂和33.5%的低熔点复合短纤维进行选取,并按照重量百分比之和为1进行称取;
其中在上述步骤二中,选取一半的透气湿强纸平铺在工作台上;
其中在上述步骤三中,中间层成型包括以下步骤:
1)在平铺好的透气湿强纸上利用气流成型技术铺上一层低熔点复合短纤维,低熔点复合短纤维的长度为5mm或6mm;
2)再在低熔点复合短纤维层上播撒一层高分子吸水树脂,工作台上位于透气湿强纸的两侧设置有隔板;
其中在上述步骤四中,将剩余的透气湿强纸平铺在高分子吸水树脂层上;
其中在上述步骤五中,复合成型包括以下步骤:
1)通过电热加温或导热油辊点压在步骤四中所得垫体上,使其复合成型呈蓬松或压实网型状,油辊的温度为80-140℃;
2)将复合成型的吸水芯体按照所需规格切成标准大小,并除去多余边角料;
其中在上述步骤六中,将成型的吸水芯体进行拉力测试,抗拉强度合格者包装保存,不合格者进行回收,抗拉强度合格标准为不低于53.4785N。

一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤,步骤一,原料准备;步骤二,顶层打底;步骤三,中间层成型;步骤四,底层覆盖;步骤五,复合成型;步骤六,检测储存;
其中在上述步骤一中,按照各组分的质量百分数分别是:32.5%的透气湿强纸、35%的高分子吸水树脂和32.5%的低熔点复合短纤维进行选取,并按照重量百分比之和为1进行称取;
其中在上述步骤二中,选取一半的透气湿强纸平铺在工作台上;
其中在上述步骤三中,中间层成型包括以下步骤:
1)在平铺好的透气湿强纸上利用气流成型技术铺上一层低熔点复合短纤维,低熔点复合短纤维的厚度为5mm或6mm;
2)再在低熔点复合短纤维层上播撒一层高分子吸水树脂,工作台上位于透气湿强纸的两侧设置有隔板;

其中在上述步骤六中,将成型的吸水芯体进行拉力测试,抗拉强度合格者包装保存,不合格者进行回收,抗拉强度合格标准为不低于53.4785N。

综上所述,本发明,利用热压使得湿强纸和低熔点复合短纤维紧紧锁住了高分子吸水树脂,既限制了高分子吸水树脂的滑动,又加强了本发明的拉力强度,且锁水性能好。

Claims (9)
1.一种卫生吸水芯体,包括顶层(1)、中间层(2)和底层(3),其特征在于:所述顶层(1)的底部设置有中间层(2),所述中间层(2)的底部设置有底层(4),所述顶层(1)和底层(3)为一种透气湿强纸,所述中间层(2)为高分子吸水树脂与低熔点复合短纤维混合层。
2.一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤,步骤一,原料准备;步骤二,顶层打底;步骤三,中间层成型;步骤四,底层覆盖;步骤五,复合成型;步骤六,检测储存;其特征在于:
其中在上述步骤一中,按照各组分的质量百分数分别是:29-32.5%的透气湿强纸、32.5-60%的高分子吸水树脂和10-35%的低熔点复合短纤维进行选取,并按照重量百分比之和为1进行称取;
其中在上述步骤二中,选取一半的透气湿强纸平铺在工作台上;
其中在上述步骤三中,中间层成型包括以下步骤:
1)在平铺好的透气湿强纸上利用气流成型技术铺上一层低熔点复合短纤维;
2)再在低熔点复合短纤维层上播撒一层高分子吸水树脂;
其中在上述步骤四中,将剩余的透气湿强纸平铺在高分子吸水树脂层上;
其中在上述步骤五中,复合成型包括以下步骤:
1)通过电热加温或导热油辊点压在步骤四中所得芯体上,使其复合成型后呈蓬松或压实网型状;
2)将复合成型的吸水芯体按照所需规格切成标准大小,并除去多余边角料;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生吸水芯体,其特征在于:所述高分子吸水树脂原料在储存时需在干燥、通风、阴凉的环境中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生吸水芯体,其特征在于:所述吸水芯体的厚度为0.2-5mm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,工作台上位于透气湿强纸的两侧设置有隔板。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三1)中,低熔点复合短纤维的长度为5mm或6mm。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三2)中,播撒高分子吸水树脂时避免大的气流波动。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五1)中,油辊的温度为80-140℃。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生吸水芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中,抗拉强度合格标准为不低于53.4785N。
