Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a multipurpose aerosol generating product inner member, which comprises a hollow cylinder body 51 and air-permeable sealing pieces 52 positioned at two ends of the cylinder body 51;
the cylinder 51 is filled with functional materials.
Preferably, the breathable closure member 52 is selected from a gas-impermeable material having ventilation holes 521 formed thereon;
or the breathable closure member 52 is selected from breathable materials, with or without ventilation holes 521 on the top surface;
the vent hole 521 penetrates the air-permeable sealing member 52 in the axial direction.
Preferably, the material of the cylinder 51 is selected from paper materials, resin materials or inorganic materials, the resin materials are selected from PEEK, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate or polylactic acid, and the inorganic materials are selected from alumina, silicon carbide, silicon nitride or diatomite;
the air-permeable material is selected from a paper material or an inorganic porous material, and the inorganic porous material is selected from alumina, silicon carbide, silicon nitride or diatomite; the resin material is selected from PEEK, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate or polylactic acid.
Preferably, the gas-permeable sealing member 52 at least one end is a gas-permeable sealing plug in the form of a sealing cap, which is detachably coupled to the cylinder 51.
Preferably, the breathable closure 52 includes a closure 522 and a closure wall 523; the plug cap 522 is axially located between the upstream end to the downstream end of the plug wall 523.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an aerosol-generating article of bulk smoking material comprising a tube 1, and, located within the tube 1, an aerosol-generating component 2, a filter component 4 arranged in that order from a distal lip end to a proximal lip end;
the aerosol generating component 2 is an inner member of the multipurpose aerosol generating article according to the first aspect of the present invention, and the functional material contained in the hollow cylinder 51 is a smoking material in the form of particles, powder, filaments or a cigarette paste.
The smoking material is exemplified here, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any smoking medium that can be contained in the cylinder 51 may be used.
The "sequential arrangement" is not sequential, that is, the two adjacent aerosol generating component 2 and the filtering component 4 may be closely adjacent, and other components or a cavity may be inserted between the two adjacent components. The other part can be a cooling and flavoring part with a cooling and flavoring material.
In addition, when the multipurpose aerosol-generating article inner member is used as the aerosol-generating unit 2, a sealing film may be added to the distal end face of the aerosol-generating article, or the distal end breathable sealing material 52 may be used as a seal without using a sealing film.
Preferably, a multifunctional component 3 is further arranged between the aerosol generating component 2 and the filtering component 4, the multifunctional component 3 is a supporting component loaded with materials with cooling, flavoring and harm reducing functions, or the multifunctional component 3 is a cavity reserved between the aerosol generating component 2 and the filtering component 4, and the cavity is filled with materials with cooling, flavoring and harm reducing functions.
The invention provides an aerosol generating product of bulk cooling material, which comprises a pipe fitting 1, an aerosol generating component 2, a multifunctional component 3 and a filtering component 4, wherein the aerosol generating component 2, the multifunctional component 3 and the filtering component 4 are positioned in the pipe fitting 1 and are sequentially arranged from a far lip end to a near lip end;
the multifunctional component 3 is an inner component of the multipurpose aerosol generating product according to the first aspect of the invention, and the functional material contained in the hollow cylinder 51 is a material with the functions of cooling, increasing aroma and reducing harm in the form of particles, powder or a cigarette paste;
the aerosol-generating member 2 is a smoking material in the form of granules, powder, strands or a smoke paste.
The aerosol generating component 2, the multifunctional component 3 and the filtering component 4 may be closely adjacent to each other, or other components may be inserted between the adjacent two, or a cavity may be reserved. The other part can be a cooling and flavoring part with a cooling and flavoring material.
When the multi-purpose aerosol generating article inner member is used as the multi-function component 3, if the smoking material of the aerosol generating component 2 is in the form of particles, powder, filaments or a paste, the distal lip end of the aerosol generating article needs to be sealed, or any form that can ensure that the smoking material does not fall off can be used.
The invention provides an aerosol generating product of bulk filter material, which comprises a pipe 1, an aerosol generating component 2, a multifunctional component 3 and a filter component 4, wherein the aerosol generating component 2, the multifunctional component 3 and the filter component 4 are positioned in the pipe 1 and are sequentially arranged from a far lip end to a near lip end;
the filter member 4 is an inner member of the multipurpose aerosol-generating article according to the first aspect of the present invention, and the functional material contained in the hollow cylinder 51 is a material having a filtering function in the form of particles, powder or chips;
the aerosol generating component 2 is a smoking material in the form of granules, powder, filaments or a smoke paste;
the multifunctional component 3 is a supporting component carrying materials with cooling, aroma-enhancing and harm-reducing functions, or the multifunctional component 3 is a cavity reserved between the aerosol generating component 2 and the filtering component 4, and the materials with cooling, aroma-enhancing and harm-reducing functions are filled in the cavity.
The aerosol generating component 2, the multifunctional component 3 and the filtering component 4 may be closely adjacent to each other, or other components may be inserted between the adjacent two, or a cavity may be reserved. The other part can be a cooling and flavoring part with a cooling and flavoring material.
Preferably, the material with the filtering function is selected from cotton, flax fiber, bamboo fiber, diatomite particles and porous adsorption material.
When the multipurpose aerosol generating article inner member is used as the filter component 4, if the smoking material of the aerosol generating component 2 is in the form of particles, powder, strands or a paste, the distal lip end of the aerosol generating article may need to be sealed, or any form may be used that ensures that the smoking material does not fall off.
The material with the functions of cooling, flavoring and reducing harmful substances can be in the form of particles, powder, blasting beads and paste, and aims to lower the temperature of the aerosol, flavor the aerosol and reduce harmful substances in the aerosol. The material with the functions of cooling, increasing aroma and reducing harm is selected from diatomite, fragrant particles, activated carbon, heat-conducting gel, a hydrated salt cooling material and a waxy material;
the pipe fitting 1 is a tubular structure made of a material with certain hardness, and can also be a tubular structure formed by wrapping paper on the aerosol generating component 2 and the filtering component 4. That is, the tube material may be a tubular material having a certain shape and a certain hardness and stiffness, and the aerosol-generating component, the functional component, the filter component, and the like may be directly filled therein to form the aerosol-generating article. Alternatively, the aerosol-generating article may be formed by winding an outer layer of paper with the aerosol-generating member, the functional member, the filter member, and the like arranged in this order
In the above aerosol-generating article, when the form of the functional material is selected from powders, the breathable closure members 52 at both ends may be selected from non-perforated breathable materials such as highly permeable paper.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides a multipurpose aerosol generating product inner member, which comprises a hollow cylinder body 51 and air-permeable sealing pieces 52 positioned at two ends of the cylinder body 51; the cylinder body 51 can be filled with functional materials to have multiple functions, the air-permeable sealing pieces 52 at two ends allow air flow channels, and the inner component of the aerosol generating product has simple structure and multiple purposes in the aerosol generating product.
2. In a preferred embodiment, the gas-permeable closure 52 at least one end is a gas-permeable closure plug in the form of a sealing cap, which is removably connected to the barrel 51. It is more convenient to load the functional material into the cylinder 51.
3. The multipurpose aerosol generating product inner member of the invention can be used as the aerosol generating component 2 by filling the hollow cylinder body 51 with the smoking material in the form of particles, powder, filaments or cigarette paste, because the inner member is provided with the air-permeable sealing pieces 52 at two ends, the smoking material in the cylinder body 51 can be prevented from scattering, thereby avoiding the problems that when the smoking material in the form of particles, powder, filaments or cigarette paste is used, the far lip end of the aerosol generating component needs to be separately sealed, and the blocking component needs to be arranged at the near lip end side of the aerosol generating component.
4. When the aerosol generating component is selected from granular, powder or paste smoking materials, the integral structure of the inner member can not only support, obstruct and prevent the smoking materials of the aerosol generating component 2 from scattering, but also adjust the functions of the inner member 51 by adjusting the types of the materials in the cylinder body, so that the inner member has the functions of cooling, increasing fragrance and reducing harm.
5. The hollow cylinder 51 of the inner member of the multipurpose aerosol generating product can be filled with materials with filtering function to be used as the filtering component 4, and the cylinder 51 can be filled with filtering materials in various forms and can be added with cooling, flavoring or harm reducing materials, thereby not only widening the selection forms of the filtering materials, but also facilitating the addition of functional materials.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and drawings, which are given by way of illustration and not by way of limitation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multipurpose aerosol-generating article inner member comprises a hollow cylinder body 51 and air-permeable sealing pieces 52 positioned at two ends of the cylinder body 51; the cylinder 51 is filled with functional materials. The breathable closure 52 is selected from highly breathable paper, without the need to perforate the breathable closure 52.
The ventilation sealing piece 52 may be perforated to increase ventilation, but the diameter of the perforation is smaller than the size of the functional material particles in the cylinder 51, so as to avoid scattering of the smoking material particles, as shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the multipurpose aerosol-generating article inner member comprises a hollow cylinder body 51 and air-permeable sealing pieces 52 positioned at two ends of the cylinder body 51; the cylinder 51 is filled with functional materials. The gas-permeable closure 52 is a gas-permeable closure plug in the form of a sealing cap, which is detachably connected to the cylinder 51. The breathable closure 52 includes a closure 522 and a closure wall 523; the stopper 522 is located axially at a middle portion (waist) of the stopper wall 523. The plug 522 has a vent hole 521 axially penetrating the plug 522. The breathable closure 52 on the distal labial side is selected from highly breathable paper, without the need to perforate the breathable closure 52.
The ventilation sealing piece 52 may be perforated on the far lip end side to increase ventilation, but the diameter of the perforation is smaller than the size of the functional material particles in the cylinder 51 to avoid scattering of the smoking material particles, as shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 7, 8, the multi-purpose aerosol generating article inner member differs from the multi-purpose aerosol generating article inner member shown in fig. 4, 5 in that: the plug cap 522 is located axially at the downstream end of the plug wall 523.
The ventilation sealing piece 52 on the far lip end side may be perforated to increase ventilation, but the diameter of the perforation is smaller than the size of the functional material particles in the cylinder 51, so as to avoid scattering of the smoking material particles, as shown in fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 10, 11, the multi-purpose aerosol generating article inner member differs from the multi-purpose aerosol generating article inner member shown in fig. 4, 5 in that: the plug cap 522 is located axially at the upstream end of the plug wall 523.
The ventilation sealing piece 52 may be perforated on the far lip end side to increase ventilation, but the diameter of the perforation is smaller than the size of the functional material particles in the cylinder 51 to avoid scattering of the smoking material particles, as shown in fig. 12.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 13, this embodiment is an aerosol-generating article of bulk smoking material comprising a tube 1, and an aerosol-generating component 2, a multi-functional component 3 and a filter component 4 located within the tube 1 and arranged in that order from a distal lip end to a proximal lip end;
the aerosol generating component 2 is a multipurpose aerosol generating article inner member, and the functional material contained in the hollow cylinder body 51 is a smoking material in the form of particles;
the multifunctional component 3 is a supporting and blocking component with an airflow channel, and the multifunctional component 3 also contains materials with the functions of cooling, flavoring and harm reduction.

Example 2
As shown in fig. 14, the present embodiment is an aerosol generating product of bulk cooling material, which comprises a tube 1, and an aerosol generating component 2, a multifunctional component 3, and a filtering component 4, which are located in the tube 1 and arranged in sequence from a far lip end to a near lip end;
the multifunctional component 3 is an inner component of a multipurpose aerosol generating product, and the functional material contained in the hollow cylinder body 51 is a material with the functions of cooling, increasing aroma and reducing harm in a particle form; the aerosol-generating component 2 is a smoking material in particulate form.

Example 3
As shown in fig. 15, the present embodiment is an aerosol-generating article of bulk filter material, which comprises a tube member 1, and an aerosol-generating member 2, a multi-functional member 3, and a filter member 4, which are arranged in this order from a distal lip end to a proximal lip end, in the tube member 1;
the filter component 4 is a multipurpose aerosol generating product inner member, and the functional material contained in the hollow cylinder 51 is a material with a filtering function in the form of fragments;
the aerosol generating component 2 is a smoking material in particulate form;
the multifunctional component 3 is a supporting and blocking component with an airflow channel, and the multifunctional component 3 also contains materials with the functions of cooling, flavoring and harm reduction.
The material with the filtering function is selected from cotton products.
