Preferably, the processing step further comprises a selenium-rich edible fungus additive, and the edible fungus additive is prepared by crushing the selenium-rich material into particles with the diameter of 450-500 meshes by a crusher, and then adding a buffer for mixing.
Preferably, the buffering agent is prepared by mixing cyclodextrin and diatomite according to the mass ratio of 1, 4 to 1.

the trace part comprises glucosyl stevioside, minerals, vitamins and blueberry fruit powder;
the coarse cereals are obtained through a heating and curing treatment process, and the heating and curing treatment process comprises two steps;
microwave heating, namely penetrating the materials by the energy of a microwave oven so as to heat and cure the coarse cereals by utilizing the microwave heating property,

Wherein, in the selenium-rich material, the raw materials of peanut protein, soybean peptide, mung bean peptide, wheat peptide, walnut peptide, balsam pear peptide, ginseng peptide, albumin peptide, collagen peptide, sea cucumber intestinal peptide and oyster peptide are mixed according to the ratio of 6: 1.
Wherein the ratio of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide, lentinan and yellow pindian selenium Auricularia in the selenium-rich material is 5: 3: 2.
Wherein the ratio of glucosyl stevioside, mineral substances, vitamins and blueberry fruit powder in the trace part is 3: 1: 4.

The processing step also comprises a selenium-rich edible fungus additive, and the preparation method of the edible fungus additive comprises the steps of firstly crushing the selenium-rich material into particles with the diameter of 450-mesh and 500-mesh by a crusher, and then adding a buffering agent for mixing, so that the contact area between the mixer and the crushing is effectively increased.
The buffering agent is formed by mixing cyclodextrin and diatomite according to the mass ratio of 1 character 1.4 to 1, the diatomite has very strong adsorbability, the color is white or light brown, the diatomite is porous and loose and has certain water absorption performance and permeability, the cyclodextrin has very strong adsorbability and can slowly release selenium in a fungus base, a selenium source stably exists in the fungus base and is not lost, the storage time is prolonged, the selenium-rich edible fungus base can effectively increase the total selenium content in the edible fungus by 100-300 times, the total selenium content mixed in the fungus base is high, and the total selenium content of the harvestable edible fungus is relatively improved.
Wherein the weight average of the ratio of each component is in unit of mass.
The organic solvent is any one of alcohol, acetone or propanol, and the edible fungus raw material is any one of the following: auricularia, Hericium Erinaceus, Lentinus Edodes, Ganoderma or Cordyceps militaris.
When the crushed raw materials are added into hot water and cold water, the volumes of the cold water and the cold water are 8 to 10 times of the volume of the raw materials, so that the soaking is facilitated.

the selenium-rich material comprises hericium erinaceus polysaccharide, lentinan, yellow pindian selenium agaric, cordyceps militaris and tricholoma matsutake, peanut protein, soybean peptide, mung bean peptide, wheat peptide, walnut peptide, balsam pear peptide, ginseng peptide, albumin peptide, collagen peptide, sea cucumber intestinal peptide and oyster peptide;
the coarse cereals comprise oat, buckwheat, naked barley, coix seed, black bean, mung bean, kidney bean, small red bean, black rice, brown rice and red polished round-grained rice;
the trace part comprises glucosyl stevioside, minerals, vitamins and blueberry fruit powder;

The solid beverage for regulating sub-health selenium peptide polysaccharide protein complex function and the processing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the selenium-rich material, the raw materials of peanut protein, soybean peptide, mung bean peptide, wheat peptide, walnut peptide, balsam pear peptide, ginseng peptide, albumin peptide, collagen peptide, sea cucumber intestinal peptide and oyster peptide are mixed according to the ratio of 6: 1.

The solid beverage for regulating sub-health selenium peptide polysaccharide protein complex function and the processing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ratio of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide, lentinan and yellow pindian selenium agaric in the selenium-rich material is 5: 3: 2.

The solid beverage for regulating sub-health selenium peptide polysaccharide protein complex function and the processing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ratio of the glucosyl stevioside, the mineral substances, the vitamins and the blueberry fruit powder in the trace part is 3: 1: 4.
