Background
When carrying out wind power generation, need fix a plurality of cables on the pylon that is located wind power generation tower section of thick bamboo outer wall, at present, rely on cable mounting fixture to be fixed in the cable on the pylon mostly. Most of the existing cable fixing clamps comprise clamping blocks which are arranged in pairs and have certain adjusting spaces, a cavity for accommodating a cable is arranged between the two clamping blocks, and when the cable fixing clamps are used, the two clamping blocks are screwed up by means of bolts.
However, since tens of cables need to be fixed to the tower of the wind turbine tower, if the number of cables is small, and tens of cables is large, the cable fixing holes are formed in a plurality of layers in the conventional jig used for fixing the cables, and then the cable fixing holes are sequentially inserted through the cable fixing holes in the jig by bolts having a long length, the cables are easily twisted and dislocated, and the cable jig is inconvenient to mount and dismount. In addition, since the length and weight of the cable for wind power generation are high, the cable is liable to slip down as the use time is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above disadvantages, an object of the present invention is to provide a cable fixing clip and a cable fixing mechanism, which can ensure firm fixing of a cable, and the cable fixing clip of the present invention is easy to disassemble and assemble and convenient to use.
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a cable fixing clamp, which comprises a first clamping block and a second clamping block which are oppositely arranged, and further comprises a third clamping block, wherein the second clamping block is positioned between the first clamping block and the third clamping block, and further comprises a fixing bolt which sequentially penetrates through the first clamping block and the second clamping block and is connected with the third clamping block, a first accommodating groove which is recessed far away from the second clamping block is arranged on the surface of the first clamping block, which is close to the second clamping block, the first accommodating groove and the second clamping block form a cable accommodating cavity for fixing a cable, the first accommodating groove comprises a groove bottom area and a groove wall area which are sequentially connected, the width of the groove bottom area gradually increases towards the direction close to the groove wall area, the surfaces, which are close to each other, of the second clamping block and the third clamping block are recessed towards the directions far away from each other to form a first clamping groove body and a second clamping groove body, the first clamping groove body and the second clamping groove body are matched with each other to form a clamping cavity. According to the cable fixing clamp, the first clamping block, the second clamping block and the third clamping block are arranged, so that the cable can be firmly clamped, and the cable fixing clamp is convenient to fix with other mechanisms and use; because the width of the groove bottom area of the first accommodating groove is gradually increased towards the direction close to the groove wall area, the cable can be firmly limited in the first accommodating groove.

The surface of the first clamping block 1 close to the second clamping block 2 is provided with a first accommodating groove 11 which is sunken towards the position far away from the second clamping block 2, the first accommodating groove 11 comprises a groove bottom area 111 and a groove wall area 112 which are sequentially connected, and the width of the groove bottom area 111 gradually increases towards the direction close to the groove wall area 112. The first accommodating groove 11 and the second clamping block 2 form a cable accommodating cavity 6 for fixing cables, and the cross section of the groove bottom area 111 of the invention is in a round-angle V shape, so that when the cables are fixed, one cable is arranged corresponding to the groove bottom area, and two cables are arranged corresponding to the groove wall area, so that three cables distributed in a shape like a Chinese character pin can be placed in the cable accommodating cavity 6 of the embodiment.
After the cable is placed in the cable accommodating cavity 6, the fixing bolt 4 sequentially penetrates through the first clamping block 1, the second clamping block 2 and the third clamping block 3 to be fixedly connected, and the cable is clamped.
The second clamping block 2 is provided with a first inserting plate 23 extending towards the first clamping block 1, the outer surface of a groove wall area 112 of the first clamping block 1 is provided with a first inserting groove 12 matched with the first inserting plate 23, the edge of the second clamping block 2 perpendicular to the edge provided with the first inserting plate 23 is provided with a second inserting groove 21, and the third clamping block 3 is provided with a second inserting plate 32 matched with the second inserting groove 21. Thus, the first clamp block 1, the second clamp block 2, and the third clamp block 3 can be stably connected. The surfaces of one sides of the first clamping block 1 and the second clamping block 2 close to the cables are provided with a plurality of anti-skid grooves which are vertical to the arrangement direction of the cables. Therefore, the anti-slip and fixing effect on the cable can be achieved.
The surfaces of the second clamping block 2 and the third clamping block 3 which are close to each other are far away from each other and are recessed to form a first clamping groove body 22 and a second clamping groove body 33, and the first clamping groove body 22 and the second clamping groove body 33 are matched with each other to form a clamping cavity. The length setting direction of the clamping cavity is perpendicular to the radial setting direction of the cable. Therefore, the clamping cavity of the cable fixing clamp is fixed with other mechanisms to fix the cable fixing clamp, and then the cable is fixed.
Example two:
referring to fig. 2, the cable fixing mechanism of the present embodiment includes the cable fixing clip of the first embodiment, and further includes a cable connecting portion detachably connected to the cable fixing clip. The cable connecting portion of this embodiment includes the cable ladder 7 and the clamp rail 8 that are located between second grip block 2 and the third grip block 3, and the cross section of the clamp rail 8 of this embodiment is as shown in fig. 3, and the both sides of clamp rail 8 are provided with a flange 81 that extends to keeping away from clamp rail 8 respectively, are provided with a plurality of mounting holes that supply fixing bolt 4 to pass along its length on flange 81, therefore, can carry out the fixed of multiunit cable simultaneously on clamp rail 8.

The cable ladder 7 further includes fixing brackets 72 at both ends of the connecting rail 71 and perpendicularly connected thereto, so that the cable can be fixed by fixing the fixing brackets 72 to a building or other mechanism.
