Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial or civil heating ventilation air conditioners, and relates to a ventilation and smoke exhaust system of an industrial factory building, in particular to an air supply and air pipe system which provides clean air for an air source required by the operation of an air compressor and improves the noise and negative pressure working environment generated by indoor air inlet of the traditional air compressor.
Background
The air compressor machine sets up in indoor or the factory building, and the air inlet and the indoor atmospheric environment intercommunication of air compressor machine rely on the interior building to ventilate and provide the air source, have following defect:
1. the air compressor is easy to generate negative pressure in the operating environment, the comfort level of indoor atmosphere is reduced, and when the indoor ventilation environment is poor, air is dirty, and the air compressor is low in gas production efficiency and gas production quality.
2. Indoor humidity is easy to aggregate, especially, air compressors are mostly installed in certain rooms of power synthesis station rooms, and when ventilation is poor, air inlet humidity is high, so that gas production efficiency and the service life of the air compressors are affected.
3. The ventilation of the air compressor is mixed with the ventilation of the building, the noise pollution is not considered in the common ventilation pipeline, the indoor noise is large, and the air compressor is harmful to the human health.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an independent air supply system of an air compressor, which aims to solve the defect that an air inlet of the existing air compressor is communicated with an indoor atmospheric environment and an air source is provided by virtue of indoor building ventilation.

Preferably, the air filter assembly includes a filter box and a filter disposed in the filter box, the filter box is of a rail-type box structure, and the filter is a plate filter.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme, an independent air supply system is designed for the air compressor, air comes from outdoor fresh air, the outdoor fresh air is filtered and purified, the fresh air has the characteristics of dryness, shade and freshness, and the air quality is improved; the independent air pipe system adopts a silent fan and an air pipe type silencer to improve the running environment of the air compressor; the mute fan adopts a detachable box body plate type structure, so that the fan is convenient to overhaul; the air pipe air filter adopts a detachable push-pull plate type filter, the filter plate can be washed by water, the frequency of replacing the filter material is reduced by secondary use, and the operating cost is saved; the positive pressure of wind power transmission is increased by adopting the air feeder, and the compressed air inlet has no negative pressure, so that the gas production efficiency of the compressor is improved.
