Abstract
The invention discloses a hydrophilic soft fabric. The fiber surface of the fabric is covered with a resin layer, and the resin layer at least contains quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane polymer. The fabric has excellent soft hand feeling and water absorption, and can be used for making underwear.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of textiles, and relates to a hydrophilic soft fabric.
Background
Along with the change of life style of people and the continuous improvement of the attention of people to health conditions, the requirements of people on the aspects of wearing comfort and functionality are also continuously improved besides the requirements on design and style of fabrics. Particularly in terms of comfort, it is required to have a soft touch and a hydrophilic property. For example, chinese patent document CN101469511A discloses a super absorbent soft antibacterial textile. The polyester compound and the antibacterial compound having both hydrophilicity and softness adhere to the fiber surface constituting the textile, and the water absorption after 20 cycles of washing is 1 second or less and has a soft hand, but the flexibility is yet to be further improved because the bond length of the carbon-oxygen bond in the polyester compound is relatively short, the bond angle of the carbon-oxygen-carbon is relatively small, and free rotation is not possible.
Currently, amino silicone oil, modified amino silicone oil, and the like are commonly used as softeners. The amino silicone oil can meet the requirements on the aspect of softness, but the greatest defect of the amino silicone oil is that the yellowing phenomenon is serious, and the influence on the appearance quality of a finished product is large. Although the modified amino silicone oil overcomes some defects of the amino silicone oil to a certain extent, the side chain of the silicone oil is modified, so that the branching degree of macromolecules is severe, the binding force between the silicone oil and fibers (especially synthetic fibers) is affected, and the hand feeling is greatly reduced. For example, chinese patent document CN103541138A discloses a super-soft textile, which is obtained by processing a weft plain knitted fabric containing polyester fibers with a silicone-polyether-amino terpolymer silicone resin, a polyester water absorbent, and the like, and has a soft hand, but has poor water absorbency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fabric which has good softness and hydrophilicity.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows:
the fiber surface forming the fabric is covered with a resin layer, wherein the resin layer contains quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane polymer, and polyether group in the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane polymer isWherein x and y are both 5-80; the number of the hydroxyl groups is 2-160; the number of tertiary amino groups is 2-160; the number of quaternary ammonium salt groups is 2 to 80.
The fabric of the invention has good flexibility and hydrophilicity because the resin layer covered on the fiber surface contains the specific quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane polymer.
Detailed Description
The hydrophilic soft fabric is characterized in that the fiber surface forming the fabric is covered with a resin layer containing quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane polymer, wherein polyether groups in the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane polymer areWherein x and y are both 5-80; the number of the hydroxyl groups is 2-160; the number of tertiary amino groups is 2-160; the number of quaternary ammonium salt groups is 2 to 80.
In the molecular structure, the polyether group is includedWherein x is 5 to 80, and y is 5 to 80. When both of the above groups are contained, the sum of x and y is not more than 160. If the sum of x and y exceeds 160, the resin is easy to have the problems of emulsion breaking, roll sticking and the like in the processing process, and the quality of the fabric is influenced. Considering the influence on the water absorption and hand feeling of the fabric, x is preferably 20-60, and y is preferably 20-60.
Hydroxyl and tertiary amine are active groups, and on one hand, the hydroxyl and the tertiary amine can be combined with water molecules to form hydrogen bonds among fibers to generate a network structure; on the other hand, in the drying or baking process, the hydroxyl and the tertiary amine are dehydrated and crosslinked, so that silicone oil molecules are crosslinked into macromolecules, a film is formed on the surface of the fiber, the smoothness is increased, and the softness is improved. In the present invention, the number of hydroxyl groups is 2 to 160, preferably 8 to 120. The number of tertiary amino groups is 2 to 160, preferably 8 to 120.
Although the more quaternary ammonium salt groups, the stronger the bonding force between the polymer and the fiber, the space volume of the quaternary ammonium salt groups is relatively large and covers the main chain of the siloxane, therefore, in the present invention, the number of the quaternary ammonium salt groups is 2 to 80, preferably 8 to 60.
If the side chains of the siloxane backbone are large and long, there is a possibility that the backbone will be covered, and it is preferred in the present invention that the quaternary ammonium salt group and the tertiary amine group are on the backbone.
In the invention, the siloxane-based structure on the main chain is soft and smooth, the surface tension is extremely low, and the siloxane-based structure and the polyether group are alternately and repeatedly arranged on the surface of the fiber in an oriented manner, so that the softness and the water absorption are ensured; quaternary ammonium salt is grafted and introduced to the imino group to form an amino-oriented adsorption structure similar to the N-beta-aminoethyl-gamma-aminopropyl modified polysiloxane, so that the washing durability is improved.
The fibers forming the fabric of the present invention are not particularly limited, and may be selected as needed. Preferably, the fabric comprises one or more synthetic fibers of common polyester fibers (common PET), cationic dyeable polyester fibers (CDP) and polyacrylonitrile fibers (acrylic fibers and Ac), and the content of the synthetic fibers is preferably 30-90 wt%. Compared with other synthetic fibers, the acrylic fiber has the advantages of heat preservation and light weight; polyester fibers are preferred because they are superior in cost. The invention preferably contains CDP and acrylic fiber, which has good dyeing property, and can be used for dyeing with wool and other natural fiber in one bath, so as to simplify the dyeing process of blended fabric. In view of cost, the higher the content of the synthetic fibers, the lower the content of other synthetic fibers, such as cellulose fibers, and the lower the cost, and the content of the synthetic fibers is preferably 30 to 90% by weight in the present invention.
In the invention, when the synthetic fiber is blended or interwoven with other fibers, the other fibers can be one or more of natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool and the like; or one or more of regenerated fibers such as viscose (R) fibers, acetate fibers and the like; and may be spandex (PU) or the like. Preferably, viscose and spandex are included in addition to the synthetic fibers described above. Considering dyeing property, cost and the like, it is more preferable that the fabric of the present invention is composed of CDP, acrylon, viscose and spandex or ordinary PET, viscose and spandex.
Bending stiffness refers to the ability of the fabric to resist shape changes in the direction of bending. The opposite property, softness, is often evaluated. A higher bending stiffness indicates a stiffer facing. The softness of the fabric is also related to its surface friction properties. The invention is characterized by adopting the friction coefficient, and when the friction coefficient is smaller, the hand feeling is softer.
Preferably, the bending stiffness of the fabric of the invention is measured according to the KES FB method as
0.0600 gf.cm/cm or less, and the dynamic friction coefficient is 0.500 or less.
The water absorption time of the fabric of the present invention is 3 seconds or less, as measured by the JIS L0217103 method, after washing for 10 times, and the JIS L1097 dripping method. After a human body sweats, the fabric disclosed by the invention can rapidly absorb sweat, reduce the sticky feeling of the skin and improve the comfort.
The fabric can be prepared by the following method:
and (3) carrying out padding processing or bath processing on the dyed fabric or the pretreated fabric by using a processing solution containing a quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane polymer, and drying to obtain the product.
Wherein, the conditions used in the padding process can be adjusted as required. Preferably, the dosage of the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane resin is 5-60 g/L, and the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane resin is subjected to one-dipping one-rolling treatment at the drying temperature of 120-160 ℃ for 1-5 min.
The conditions used for processing in the bath can be adjusted as required. Preferably, the dosage of the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane resin is 1-6 owf%, the temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the treatment time is 10-30 min; the drying temperature is 80-100 ℃.
The quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane resin used in the invention can be a commercial product or can be obtained by self-synthesis.
It is preferable to use other functional agents in the padding process because the agents can impart various functionalities to the fabric. Other functional agents include antibacterial agents, cationic dye fixatives, and the like.
The present invention will be further described with reference to examples and comparative examples.

TABLE 1
According to the above table,
(1) from examples 1 and 4, it is clear that under the same conditions, the water absorption of the fabric obtained by processing the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane softener with the quaternary ammonium salt group and the tertiary amine group on the main chain is equivalent to that of the fabric obtained by processing the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane softener with the quaternary ammonium salt group and the tertiary amine group on the side chain; the former has a slightly lower bending stiffness and a slightly lower coefficient of friction than the latter, i.e. a slightly better softness.
(2) From examples 1 and 5, it is clear that the fabric made of CDP/Ac/R/PU has equivalent flexural rigidity, friction coefficient and water absorption to those of the fabric made of CDP/Ac/R under the same conditions.
(3) As is clear from comparative example 1 and example 1, under the same conditions, the water absorption of the fabric obtained by processing the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane softener having 200 tertiary amino groups is equivalent to that of the fabric obtained by processing the quaternary ammonium salt polyether siloxane softener having 120 tertiary amino groups; the former has higher bending rigidity and friction coefficient than the latter, i.e. the softness is poorer than the latter.
(4) From comparative example 2 and example 1, it is understood that under the same conditions, the fabric obtained by processing the silicone-polyether-amino-ternary copolymer silicone softener has equivalent flexural rigidity and friction coefficient, i.e., equivalent softness, but has inferior water absorption, compared with the fabric obtained by processing the quaternary ammonium salt polyether silicone softener.
