Abstract
本发明涉及一种防治君子兰叶斑病的控释农药悬浮剂的制备系统及其应用。一种防治君子兰叶斑病的控释农药悬浮剂,由以下成分按重量份数组成:复合纳米多孔碳颗粒20‑40份、聚乙二醇5‑8份、山梨醇2‑5份、黄原胶2‑5份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.1‑0.5份、可溶性淀粉5‑8份,去离子水30‑50份。本发明制备的控释农药悬浮剂适合于君子兰叶斑病及介壳虫的防治,双重杀灭,杀灭彻底,作用时间长,对环境污染小。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种防治君子兰叶斑病的控释农药悬浮剂的制备系统及其应用。
背景技术
君子兰,别名剑叶石蒜、大叶石蒜,是石蒜科君子兰属的多年生草本植物,属观赏花卉,原产于南非南部。花期长达30-50天,以冬春为主,元旦至春节前后也开花,忌强光,为半阴性植物,喜凉爽,忌高温,君子兰具有很高的观赏价值,中国常在温室盆栽供观赏。其品种包括大花君子兰、垂笑君子兰、细叶君子兰、黄花君子兰等,各地温室栽培,花色多样。然而,在栽培过程中君子兰叶斑病的发生极大地影响了君子兰的观赏价值。君子兰叶斑病还会向其它健康的君子兰感染,带来了巨大的经济损失。君子兰叶斑病在受介壳虫为害严重时,极易发生,且对现有药物具有一定的抗药性。因此,需要探寻一种新型的对君子兰叶斑病及介壳虫双重防治的药物。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防治君子兰叶斑病的控释农药悬浮剂的制备系统及其应用,解决现有药物长期使用所带来的严重抗药性导致防治效果越来越差以及药物作用时间短的弊端。通过本发明实现对君子兰叶斑病的特效防治作用,不仅能够杀灭病菌体还可以杀灭导致君子兰叶斑病的介壳虫,并且能够持续释放药物,达到一次喷洒就可以作用很长时间的防治效果,有利于提高君子兰的观赏性和经济性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防治君子兰叶斑病的控释农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份数组成:复合纳米多孔碳颗粒20-40份、聚乙二醇5-8份、山梨醇2-5份、黄原胶2-5份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.1 -0.5份、淀粉5-8份,去离子水30-50份。
进一步的,所述的复合纳米多孔碳颗粒由以下成分按重量份数组成:纳米多孔碳20-25份、药材提取液10-15份、(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮15-20份、芋螺素0.05-0.1份、改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶10-15份;所述的药材提取液由马钱子5-10份、虎杖5-10份、蛇床子5-8份、香樟10-15份。
进一步的,所述的(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮由以下方法制得:
(1)将2-恶唑苯-4-甲醛与苯乙酮溶解于乙醇中,再加入Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,回流15-30min,通过TLC监测反应完全,得反应液;
(2)用50-60℃的乙醇稀释步骤(1)中反应液,并通过外部磁体将Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu从反应液中分离出来,得剩余反应液,冷却至室温,结晶体析出,过滤收集结晶体并用-10-0℃的乙醇洗涤,干燥,即得(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮。
进一步的,所述的制备方法中2-恶唑苯-4-甲醛∶苯乙酮∶乙醇∶Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的质量比为:10g∶12g∶40-50g∶4-6g。
进一步的,所述的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,由以下方法制得:
(1)使用常规共沉淀技术制备Fe3O4MNPs,再将Fe3O4MNPs加入到去离子水中,于30-45kHz超声分散30-40min,随后加入丝氨酸,在50-60℃下以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌6-8h,冷却至室温,然后用磁析法收集新生成的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine,并用去离子水洗涤,在真空中80-90℃下干燥8-10h,得干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine;
(2)将干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine加入到乙醇中,室温下20-30kHz超声分散30-40min,再加入Cu(NO3)2·3H2O,在60-70℃下以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌24h,得到含Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的反应液,冷却至室温,通过外部磁体分离法收集Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,并用乙醇溶液洗涤,在70-80℃的烘中干燥6-8h,即得催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu 。
进一步的,所述的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的制备方法中Fe3O4MNPs∶丝氨酸∶Cu(NO3)2·3H2O的重量比为:10-12g∶15-17g∶18-20g。
进一步的,所述的改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶,由以下成分按重量份数组成:壳聚糖10-12份、十二烷基丙酸钠4-8份、甜菜碱2-5份。
进一步的,所述的改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶,由以下步骤制备:
(1)将壳聚糖溶解于体积分数为3-5%的醋酸水溶液中得质量浓度为1.6-1.8g/L的壳聚糖溶液,随后调节pH为4.0-6.0,得弱酸性壳聚糖溶液;
(2)向弱酸性壳聚糖溶液中加入十二烷基丙酸钠、甜菜碱,以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌6-8h后,用NaOH水溶液调节pH值至8.0-10.0,得碱性反应液;
(3)向碱性反应液中加入1-1.5倍的0.6g/L的三聚磷酸钠水溶液,以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌0.5-2h后在pH为6.0-8.0的磷酸缓冲液(PBS)中透析2-3天得改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶;
进一步的,所述的控释农药悬浮剂,由以下步骤制备:
(1)将马钱子、虎杖、蛇床子、香樟碎叶等原药材经剔除霉变、虫蛀、杂质后投入到切片机切碎,接着投至研磨机中,研磨至粉末状,继而置于乙醇溶剂中,加入碳酸钾,以1000-1500rmp的转速搅拌并加热至60-80℃,4-5h后过滤得滤液,浓缩,得药材提取液;
(2)将药材提取液、(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮、芋螺素、纳米多孔碳混合,于50-60℃下以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌中2-4h,得纳米多孔碳壳心;
(3)将改性的壳聚糖纳米凝胶倒入纳米多孔碳壳心,搅拌均匀,加入去离子水分散,得复合纳米多孔碳颗粒。
(4)将复合纳米多孔碳颗粒、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、黄原胶、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、淀粉、去离子水混合中,于40-50℃下以1000-1200rmp的转速搅拌1-2h,然后冷却至室温,得控释农药悬浮剂。
进一步的,所述的控释农药悬浮剂的制备方法的制备系统包括切片机,切片机出料口连通研磨机进料口,研磨机出料口连通第一搅拌机第一进料口,第一搅拌机出料口连通浓缩机进料口,第一搅拌机出料口与浓缩机进料口之间还设有滤膜,浓缩机出料口连通第二搅拌机第一进料口,第二搅拌机底部设有排液口,第二搅拌机出料口连通第三搅拌机第一进料口。
所制备的控释农药悬浮剂可应用于防治君子兰叶斑病。
本发明制备的控释农药悬浮剂对君子兰叶斑病有特效防治作用,不仅能够杀灭病菌体还可以吸引并杀死导致君子兰叶斑病的介壳虫,具有双重防治的效果,彻底高效,用药量低,对环境污染小,能够长时间持续释放药物,不必多次喷洒药物,在较长时间内具有很好的防治效果。此外,在制备有效成分(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮时,反应条件温和,操作简便,反应时间极短,产率高达95%,所设计的催化剂可循环利用,几乎没有副产物的产生,反应清洁绿色,对环境友好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步的详细描述,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实例不作对本发明的限定。
实施例1
1. 催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的制备
(1)使用常规共沉淀技术制备Fe3O4MNPs10g,再将Fe3O4MNPs加入到去离子水中,于30kHz超声分散30min,随后加入丝氨酸15g,在50℃下以800rmp的转速搅拌6h,冷却至室温,然后用磁析法收集新生成的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine,并用去离子水洗涤,在真空中80℃下干燥8h,得干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine;
(2)将干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine加入到乙醇中,室温下20kHz超声分散30min,再加入Cu(NO3)2·3H2O 18g,在60℃下以800rmp的转速搅拌24h,得到含Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的反应液,冷却至室温,通过外部磁体分离法收集Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,并用50%的乙醇洗涤,在70℃的烘中干燥6h,即得催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu。
2. (E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮的制备
(1)将2-恶唑苯-4-甲醛10g与苯乙酮12g溶解于乙醇40g中,再加入Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu 4g,回流15min,通过TLC监测反应完全,得反应液;
(2)用50℃的乙醇稀释步骤(1)中反应液,并通过外部磁体将Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu从反应液中分离出来,得剩余反应液,冷却至室温,结晶体析出,过滤收集结晶体并用0℃的乙醇洗涤,干燥,即得(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮。
3. 改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶的制备
(1)将壳聚糖10g溶解于体积分数为3%的醋酸水溶液中得质量浓度为1.6g/L的壳聚糖溶液,随后调节pH为6.0,得弱酸性壳聚糖溶液;
(2)向弱酸性壳聚糖溶液中加入十二烷基丙酸钠4g、甜菜碱2g份,以800rmp的转速搅拌6h后,用NaOH水溶液调节pH值至10.0,得碱性反应液;
(3)向碱性反应液中加入1倍体积的0.6g/L的三聚磷酸钠水溶液,以800rmp的转速搅拌0.5h后在pH为8.0的磷酸缓冲液(PBS)中透析2天得改性的壳聚糖纳米凝胶;
4. 控释农药悬浮剂的制备步骤
(1)将马钱子5g、虎杖5g、蛇床子5g、香樟碎叶5g等原药材经剔除霉变、虫蛀、杂质后投入到切片机切碎,接着投至研磨机中,研磨至粉末状,继而置于乙醇溶剂中,加入碳酸钾1g,以1000rmp的转速搅拌并加热至60℃,4h后过滤得滤液,浓缩,得药材提取液;
(2)将药材提取液10g、(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮15g、芋螺素0.05g、纳米多孔碳20g混合,于50℃下以800rmp的转速搅拌中2h,筛出纳米多孔碳壳心;
(3)将改性的壳聚糖纳米凝胶10g倒入纳米多孔碳壳心,搅拌均匀,加入去离子水分散,得复合纳米多孔碳颗粒。
(4)将复合纳米多孔碳颗粒20g、聚乙二醇5g、山梨醇2g、黄原胶2g、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.1g、淀粉5g、去离子水30g混合,于40℃下以1000rmp的转速搅拌1h,然后冷却至室温,得控释农药悬浮剂。
如图5所示,一种使用所述的制备方法的制备系统,包括切片机1,切片机出料口102连通研磨机进料口201,研磨机出料口202连通第一搅拌机第一进料口301,第一搅拌机出料口302连通浓缩机进料口401,第一搅拌机出料口302与浓缩机进料口401之间还设有滤膜7,浓缩机出料口402连通第二搅拌机第一进料口501,第二搅拌机底部设有排液口503,第二搅拌机出料口502连通第三搅拌机第一进料口601。
使用时,先将马钱子、虎杖、蛇床子、香樟碎叶自切片机进料口101进入切片机1切碎后,经切片机进料口102和研磨机进料口201进入研磨机2,研磨至粉末状后经研磨机出料口202和第一搅拌机第一进料口301,进入第一搅拌机3,从第一搅拌机第二进料口303加入乙醇和碳酸钾,搅拌完成后,经第一搅拌机第二进料口302、滤膜7和浓缩机进料口401进入浓缩机4,浓缩完成后,浓缩液经浓缩机出料口402和第二搅拌机第一进料口501,进入第二搅拌机5,从第二搅拌机第二进料口504加入(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮、芋螺素、纳米多孔碳,搅拌完成后,所得纳米多孔碳壳心,从第二搅拌机第二进料口504继续加入改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶,再次搅拌完成后,从第二搅拌机第二进料口504加入去离子水分散,分散完成后,废液经第二搅拌机排液口503排出,所得复合纳米多孔碳颗粒经第二搅拌机第出料口502和第三搅拌机进料口601进入第三搅拌机6,从第三搅拌机第二出料口602加入聚乙二醇、山梨醇、黄原胶、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、淀粉、去离子水,搅拌完成后,从第三搅拌机出料口603流出即得控释农药悬浮剂。
所得控释农药悬浮剂应用于防治君子兰叶斑病。
实施例2
1. 催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的制备
(1)使用常规共沉淀技术制备Fe3O4MNPs11g,再将Fe3O4MNPs加入到去离子水中,于40kHz超声分散35min,随后加入丝氨酸16g,在55℃下以900rmp的转速搅拌7h,冷却至室温,然后用磁析法收集新生成的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine,并用去离子水洗涤,在真空中85℃下干燥9h,得干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine;
(2)将干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine加入到乙醇中,室温下25kHz超声分散35min,再加入Cu(NO3)2·3H2O 19g,在65℃下以900rmp的转速搅拌24h,得到含Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的反应液,冷却至室温,通过外部磁体分离法收集Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,并用50%的乙醇洗涤,在75℃的烘中干燥7h,即得催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu。
2. (E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮的制备
(1)将2-恶唑苯-4-甲醛10g与苯乙酮12g溶解于乙醇45g中,再加入Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu 5g,回流25min,通过TLC监测反应完全,得反应液;
(2)用55℃的乙醇稀释步骤(1)中反应液,并通过外部磁体将Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu从反应液中分离出来,得剩余反应液,冷却至室温,结晶体析出,过滤收集结晶体并用-5℃的乙醇洗涤,干燥,即得(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮。
3. 改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶的制备
(1)将壳聚糖11g份溶解于体积分数为4%的醋酸水溶液中得质量浓度为1.7g/L的壳聚糖溶液,随后调节pH为5.0,得弱酸性壳聚糖溶液;
(2)向弱酸性壳聚糖溶液中加入十二烷基丙酸钠6g、甜菜碱3g,以900rmp的转速搅拌7h后,用NaOH水溶液调节pH值至9.0,得碱性反应液;
(3)向碱性反应液中加入1.3倍体积的0.6g/L的三聚磷酸钠水溶液,900rmp的转速搅拌1h后在pH为7.0的磷酸缓冲液(PBS)中透析2.5天得改性的壳聚糖纳米凝胶;
4. 控释农药悬浮剂的制备
(1)将马钱子7g、虎杖7g、蛇床子6g、香樟碎叶12g等原药材经剔除霉变、虫蛀、杂质后投入到切片机切碎,接着投至研磨机中,研磨至粉末状,继而置于乙醇溶剂中,加入碳酸钾2g,以900rmp的转速搅拌并加热至70℃,4.5h后过滤得滤液,浓缩,得药材提取液;
(2)将药材提取液13g、(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮18g、芋螺素0.08g、纳米多孔碳23g混合,于55℃下以900rmp的转速搅拌中3h,筛出纳米多孔碳壳心;
(3)将改性的壳聚糖纳米凝胶12g倒入纳米多孔碳壳心,搅拌均匀,加入去离子水分散,得复合纳米多孔碳颗粒。
(4)将复合纳米多孔碳颗粒30g、聚乙二醇7g、山梨醇3g、黄原胶4g、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.3、淀粉6g、去离子水40g混合,于45℃下以1100rmp的转速搅拌1.5h,然后冷却至室温,得控释农药悬浮剂。
所得控释农药悬浮剂应用于防治君子兰叶斑病。
实施例3
1. 催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的制备
(1)使用常规共沉淀技术制备Fe3O4MNPs12g,再将Fe3O4MNPs加入到去离子水中,于45kHz超声分散40min,随后加入丝氨酸17g,在60℃下以1000rmp的转速搅拌8h,冷却至室温,然后用磁析法收集新生成的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine,并用去离子水洗涤,在真空中90℃下干燥10h,得干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine;
(2)将干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine加入到乙醇中,室温下30kHz超声分散40min,再加入Cu(NO3)2·3H2O 20g,在70℃下以1000rmp的转速搅拌24h,得到含Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的反应液,冷却至室温,通过外部磁体分离法收集Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,并用50%的乙醇洗涤,在80℃的烘中干燥8h,即得催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu。
2. (E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮的制备
(1)将2-恶唑苯-4-甲醛10g与苯乙酮12g溶解于乙醇50g中,再加入Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu 6g,回流30min,通过TLC监测反应完全,得反应液;
(2)用60℃的乙醇稀释步骤(1)中反应液,并通过外部磁体将Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu从反应液中分离出来,得剩余反应液,冷却至室温,结晶体析出,过滤收集结晶体并用-10℃的乙醇洗涤,干燥,即得(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮。
3. 改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶的制备
(1)将壳聚糖12g溶解于体积分数为5%的醋酸水溶液中得质量浓度为1.8g/L的壳聚糖溶液,随后调节pH为6.0,得弱酸性壳聚糖溶液;
(2)向弱酸性壳聚糖溶液中加入十二烷基丙酸钠8g、甜菜碱5g,以1000rmp的转速搅拌8h后,用NaOH水溶液调节pH值至8.0,得碱性反应液;
(3)向碱性反应液中加入1.5倍体积的0.6g/L的三聚磷酸钠水溶液,以1000rmp的转速搅拌2h后在pH为6.0的磷酸缓冲液(PBS)中透析3天得改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶;
4. 控释农药悬浮剂的制备步骤
(1)将马钱子10g、虎杖10g、蛇床子8g、香樟碎叶15g等原药材经剔除霉变、虫蛀、杂质后投入到切片机切碎,接着投至研磨机中,研磨至粉末状,继而置于乙醇溶剂中,加入碳酸钾3g,以1500rmp的转速搅拌并加热至80℃,5h后过滤得滤液,浓缩,得药材提取液;
(2)将药材提取液15g、(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮20g、芋螺素0.1g、纳米多孔碳25g混合,于60℃下以1000rmp的转速搅拌中4h,得纳米多孔碳壳心;
(3)将改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶15g倒入纳米多孔碳壳心,搅拌均匀,加入去离子水分散,得复合纳米多孔碳颗粒。
(4)将复合纳米多孔碳颗粒40g、聚乙二醇8g、山梨醇5g、黄原胶5g、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.5g、淀粉8g、去离子水50g混合,于50℃下1200rmp的转速搅拌2h,然后冷却至室温,得控释农药悬浮剂。
所得控释农药悬浮剂应用于防治君子兰叶斑病。
试验例1
对本发明实施例1制得的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,使用电子显微镜和用透射电子显微镜对催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu进行扫描评估(图3和图4)。从图3中可以看出,催化剂是直径为25 nm的球形的球体,图4中显示,催化剂在30nm下几乎呈单分散的形状。
试验例2
对本发明实施例1制得的(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮进行结构表征,所得数据如下:
Light yellow solid; mp: 58-62℃,Yield:95%; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3), δ,ppm: 8.03 (dd, J = 7.5, 1.5 Hz, 2H), 7.50(m, 4H), 7.47 (d, J = 15.7 Hz, 1H),7.20 (d, 1H), 2.55 (s, 3H). 13C NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3), δ, ppm: 192.01, 154.26,146.11, 137.99, 134.55, 128.70, 128.10, 125.35, 124.04, 122.44,14.19. HRMS(EI): m/z [M+Na]+ calcd for C8H6BrClNaO: 237.0826; found: 237.0892.
试验例3
使用本发明实施例1-3制得的控释农药悬浮剂对君子兰叶斑病进行防治。实验所用君子兰品种为垂笑君子兰,室内正常栽培,在介壳虫和叶斑病发病初期,将240盆发病君子兰随机均分为8组,其中一组作对照组,不予处理,其余分别标记为A、B、C、D、E、F、G,分别对株叶喷洒市购的50%多菌灵1000倍液、70%托布津可湿性粉剂1000倍液、45%代森铵1000倍液、50%多菌灵1000倍液+70%托布津可湿性粉剂1000倍液+45%代森铵1000倍液的组合液,每周喷洒一次,连续用三四次;实施例1制备的控释农药悬浮剂的1000倍液、实施例2制备的控释农药悬浮剂的1000倍液、实施例3制备的控释农药悬浮剂的1000倍液;仅在起始周喷洒一次。
3个月后,对叶进行评估—数据以与未处理植物相比抵抗的叶斑病及介壳虫的%功效表示。
表中记录的7组君子兰进行的实验评估表明,本发明的农药悬浮剂的一次性喷洒效果好于所喷洒的现有农药喷洒3-4次的效果,其中,本发明的农药悬浮剂的1000倍液相比于50%多菌灵1000倍液,70%托布津可湿性粉剂1000倍液,50%代森铵1000倍液对叶斑病的抵抗效果高出30-40%,对介壳虫的抵抗效果高出60-70%;相比于50%多菌灵1000倍液+70%托布津可湿性粉剂1000倍液+50%代森铵1000倍液的组合液,对叶斑病的抵抗效果高10%作用,对介壳虫的抵抗效果高30%左右。
以上所述是结合具体实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明具体实施仅局限于此;对于本发明所属及相关技术领域的技术人员来说,在基于本发明技术方案思路前提下,所作的拓展以及操作方法、数据的替换,都应当落在本发明保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种防治君子兰叶斑病的控释农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份数组成:复合纳米多孔碳颗粒20-40份、聚乙二醇5-8份、山梨醇2-5份、黄原胶2-5份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.1 -0.5份、淀粉5-8份,去离子水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控释农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的复合纳米多孔碳颗粒由以下成分按重量份数组成:纳米多孔碳20-25份、药材提取液10-15份、(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮15-20份、芋螺素0.05-0.1份、改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶10-15份;所述的药材提取液由以下成分按重量份数组成:马钱子5-10份、虎杖5-10份、蛇床子5-8份、香樟10-15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控释农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮的化学结构式为:
根据权利要求2所述的控释农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮由以下方法制得:
(1)将2-恶唑苯-4-甲醛与苯乙酮溶解于乙醇中,再加入Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,回流15-30min,通过TLC监测反应完全,得反应液;
(2)用50-60℃的乙醇稀释步骤(1)中的反应液,并通过外部磁体将Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu从反应液中分离出来,得剩余反应液,冷却至室温,结晶体析出,过滤收集结晶体并用-10-0℃的乙醇洗涤,干燥,即得(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮。
4.根据权利要求4所述的(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,由以下方法制得:
(1)使用常规共沉淀技术制备Fe3O4MNPs,再将Fe3O4MNPs加入到去离子水中,于30-45kHz超声分散30-40min,随后加入丝氨酸,在50-60℃下以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌6-8h,冷却至室温,然后用磁析法收集新生成的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine,并用去离子水洗涤,在真空中80-90℃下干燥8-10h,得干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine;
(2)将干燥后的Fe3O4MNPs@Serine加入到乙醇中,室温下20-30kHz超声分散30-40min,再加入Cu(NO3)2·3H2O,在60-70℃下以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌24h,得到含Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu的反应液,冷却至室温,通过外部磁体分离法收集Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu,并用乙醇溶液洗涤,在70-80℃的烘中干燥6-8h,即得催化剂Fe3O4MNPs@Serine-Cu。
5.根据权利要求2所述的控释农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶由以下成分按重量份数组成:壳聚糖10-12份、十二烷基丙酸钠4-8份、甜菜碱2-5份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的控释农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶由以下步骤制备:
将壳聚糖溶解于醋酸水溶液中,并调节pH为4.0-6.0,得弱酸性壳聚糖溶液;
向壳聚糖溶液中加入十二烷基丙酸钠、甜菜碱,以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌6-8h后,用NaOH溶液调节pH值至8.0-10.0,得碱性反应液;
(3)向碱性反应液中加入三聚磷酸钠水溶液,以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌0.5-2h后在pH为6.0-8.0的磷酸缓冲液(PBS)中透析2-3天得改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶。
7.一种使用权利要求1所述的控释农药悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备:
(1)将马钱子、虎杖、蛇床子、香樟碎叶等原药材经剔除霉变、虫蛀、杂质后投入到切片机切碎,接着投至研磨机中,研磨至粉末状,继而置于乙醇溶剂中,加入碳酸钾,以1000-1500rmp的转速搅拌并加热至60-80℃,4-5h后过滤得滤液,浓缩,得药材提取液;
(2)将药材提取液、(E)-5-(2-甲基)-恶唑-乙烯基-1-苯基-1-酮、芋螺素、纳米多孔碳混合,于50-60℃下以800-1000rmp的转速搅拌中2-4h,得纳米多孔碳壳心;
(3)将改性壳聚糖纳米凝胶倒入纳米多孔碳壳心,搅拌均匀,加入去离子水分散,得复合纳米多孔碳颗粒。
8.(4)将复合纳米多孔碳颗粒、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、黄原胶、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、淀粉、去离子水置于搅拌器中,于40-50℃下以1000-1200rmp的转速搅拌1-2h,然后冷却至室温,得控释农药悬浮剂。
9.一种使用权利要求8所述的制备方法的制备系统,其特征在于,包括切片机,切片机出料口连通研磨机进料口,研磨机出料口连通第一搅拌机第一进料口,第一搅拌机出料口连通浓缩机进料口,第一搅拌机出料口与浓缩机进料口之间还设有滤膜,浓缩机出料口连通第二搅拌机第一进料口,第二搅拌机底部设有排液口,第二搅拌机出料口连通第三搅拌机第一进料口。
10.权利要求1-9任一所述的防治君子兰叶斑病的控释农药悬浮剂的应用。
