the processor, the detection end of the digital barometer, the electromagnetic valve array, the switch array and the pressure tank are all fixed in a box body accommodating cavity below the separation platform;
the pressure tank is fixed at the bottom of the accommodating cavity of the box body by adopting a pressure tank mounting device; the pressure tank is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the air inlet hole is hermetically connected with an air inlet pipe, one end of the air inlet pipe, which is not connected with the air inlet hole, extends to the upper part of the separation platform and is connected with an air pipe connector fixed on the separation platform, and the bubble type pressure type water level meter to be detected is connected with the air inlet pipe through the air pipe connector; the air outlet is respectively connected with the detection end of the digital barometer and the air inlet end of the electromagnetic valve array in a sealing way through connecting pipelines;
the internal regulation barometer is arranged on the connecting pipeline, the detection end of the internal regulation barometer is communicated with the inside of the connecting pipeline, the actual air pressure in the pressure tank is measured in real time according to the control instruction of the processor, and the measurement result is fed back to the processor;
the processor is connected with the switch array, the switch array is connected with the control end of the electromagnetic valve array, the processor sets T groups of preset air pressure according to a preset detection strategy, and controls the opening and closing state of the electromagnetic valve array in a segmented mode through the switch array according to a preset air pressure regulation strategy by combining the current preset air pressure and the actual air pressure in the pressure tank fed back by the internal regulation barometer, partial air in the pressure tank is released at intervals with set exhaust frequency, the air pressure in the pressure tank is regulated, and the actual air pressure in the pressure tank approaches to the current preset air pressure;
the control end of the bubble pressure type water level gauge is connected with the processor, according to the control instruction of the processor, the air pressure in the pressure tank is detected in a mode of inflating the pressure tank at intervals, the detection result is displayed through the touch display screen, and a plurality of detected air pressure values form a first air pressure group Pt,t=1,2,…,T;
The control end of the digital barometer is connected with the processor, the air pressure in the pressure tank is synchronously detected with the bubble pressure type water level meter according to the control instruction of the processor, the detection result is displayed through the display end of the digital barometer, and a plurality of detected air pressure values form a second air pressure group Qt,t=1,2,…,T;
In the primary detection process, the bubble pressure type water level gauge and the digital air pressure gauge continuously measure the real-time air pressure value in the pressure tank, and when the fluctuation range of the measured real-time air pressure value in the first preset time length is smaller than the corresponding set range threshold value, the average value of the air pressure in the first preset time length is taken as the corresponding detection value;
and the processor compares the first air pressure group with the second air pressure group according to a preset comparison strategy so as to analyze and obtain the detection precision and the calibration error of the bubble pressure type water level meter to be detected.

The internal regulation barometer is arranged on the connecting pipeline, the detection end of the internal regulation barometer is communicated with the inside of the connecting pipeline, the actual air pressure in the pressure tank 20 is measured in real time according to the control instruction of the processor, and the measurement result is fed back to the processor.
The processor is connected with the switch array, and the switch array is connected with the control end of solenoid valve array, the treater sets up T group according to predetermined detection strategy and predetermines atmospheric pressure to and combine the actual atmospheric pressure in the overhead tank 20 of present preset atmospheric pressure and the feedback of inside regulation barometer, according to predetermined atmospheric pressure regulation and control strategy, through the state of opening and shutting of switch array segmentation control solenoid valve array, with the partial gas of setting for the exhaust frequency interval release overhead tank 20, adjust the atmospheric pressure in the overhead tank 20, make the actual atmospheric pressure in the overhead tank 20 approach the atmospheric pressure of predetermineeing at present.

In one detection process, the bubble pressure type water level meter and the digital air pressure meter continuously measure the real-time air pressure value in the pressure tank 20, and when the fluctuation range of the measured real-time air pressure value in the first preset time length is smaller than the corresponding set range threshold value, the average value of the air pressure in the first preset time length is taken as the corresponding detection value.
And the processor compares the first air pressure group with the second air pressure group according to a preset comparison strategy so as to analyze and obtain the detection precision and the calibration error of the bubble pressure type water level meter to be detected.
Referring to fig. 2, in some examples, the pressure tank mounting apparatus includes a horizontal base 11, two sleeves 13, two stops 12, and a number of fasteners 14.
The horizontal base 11 is fixed at the bottom of the box body, a first groove 111 for bearing the pressure tank 20 is arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal base 11, two second grooves 112 are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom of the first groove 111, the second grooves 112 are positioned under the first groove 111 and are parallel to the first groove 111, a rectangular through hole 113 is arranged in the middle of a partition plate between the second grooves 112 and the first groove 111, and the width of the second grooves 112 is greater than that of the rectangular through hole 113.
The two sleeves 13 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the pressure tank 20.
The two stoppers 12 comprise a first blocking strip 122 and a second blocking strip 121 which are vertically connected with each other, the first blocking strips 122 are embedded in the second grooves 112 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the second blocking strips 121 extend into the first grooves 111 through the rectangular through holes 113, and carry the second blocking strips 121 to move to the corresponding end parts of the pressure tanks 20 along the second grooves 112 under the action of external horizontal force, and are connected with the adjacent sleeves 13 through fasteners 14; the size of the first barrier strip 122 is matched with that of the second groove 112, and the width of the second barrier strip is matched with that of the rectangular through hole 113.

Practice proves that the larger the size of the pressure tank 20 is, the smaller the airflow disturbance generated by the air pressure change is, and the detection precision is higher, but the overlarge pressure tank 20 is inconvenient to assemble and carry, and the optimal volume of the pressure tank 20 needs to be determined by comprehensive consideration. The technical principle of measuring the water level by the bubble pressure type water level gauge is that air is blown to a fixed measuring point underwater through an air pipe, when the air pressure in the air blowing pipe is balanced with the hydrostatic pressure of the measuring point, the balanced air pressure in the air blowing pipe is measured, and the balanced air pressure is the water pressure of the measuring point, so that the water depth of the measuring point is obtained through calculation, and the water level value is obtained. Therefore, whether the water level data measured by the bubble pressure type water level meter is accurate, namely whether the air pressure data measured by the bubble pressure type water level meter is accurate is detected.
Based on the detection principle, the invention provides that an adjustable pressure tank 20 is arranged, a bubble pressure type water level meter to be detected and a high-precision digital air pressure meter are connected to the pressure tank 20 at the same time, wherein the bubble pressure type water level meter continuously or intermittently detects the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 by inflating the pressure tank 20, the detection error and the detection precision of the bubble pressure type water level meter to be detected are obtained by analyzing the degrees of the bubble pressure type water level meter and the high-precision digital air pressure meter under different pressure conditions, and the bubble pressure type water level meter to be detected is calibrated and adjusted by combining the analysis result, so that the problems of difficulty in field inspection and test of the existing bubble pressure type water level meter are successfully solved, and the field rapid detection and calibration are realized.
In one detection process, the bubble pressure type water level gauge and the digital air pressure gauge are set to continuously measure the real-time air pressure value in the pressure tank 20, and in consideration of the fact that the air charging and discharging operations are continuously performed in the pressure tank 20, especially when one preset air pressure finishes the detection and turns to the other preset air pressure, the air pressure change range in the pressure tank 20 is large, and in order to improve the measurement accuracy as much as possible, the invention is set as follows: for bubble pressure type water level meters and digital air pressure meters, only when the fluctuation range of the real-time air pressure value obtained by measurement in the first preset time period is smaller than the corresponding set range threshold value (namely, the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 reaches a steady state), the average value of the air pressure in the first preset time period is taken as the corresponding detection value of this time. Based on this setting, the detection efficiency can be improved from three aspects, namely, firstly, the preset air pressures are reasonably arranged in sequence, for example, a plurality of groups of preset air pressures are arranged in a sequence from small to large or a sequence from large to small, so as to reduce the sum of absolute values of air pressure changes, and secondly, measures are adopted to enable the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 to reach the preset air pressure as quickly as possible, which needs to be regulated and controlled from multiple aspects such as air tightness, air charging and discharging means and the like. Thirdly, the detection precision is improved. The method comprises the following specific steps:
(I) improve the air tightness of the whole detection device
As the relay ventilation equipment, the connecting pipeline is arranged, so that only one air inlet and one air outlet are needed to be arranged on the pressure tank 20, on one hand, the sealing performance of the pressure tank 20 is ensured, on the other hand, the replacement of the air pipe is reduced when the pressure tank 20 is replaced, and the replacement efficiency is improved. As a preferable example of the above, the connection pipe is in a shaft shape, and a first end portion and a second end portion are provided along a longitudinal direction of the connection pipe, the first end portion is provided with a first air hole, the first air hole is hermetically connected to the air outlet through a first air pipe 21, the second end portion is provided with a second air hole, and the second air hole is hermetically connected to the detection end of the digital barometer through a second air pipe.
The lateral wall of the connecting pipeline is provided with a third opening and a fourth opening, the third opening is connected with the air inlet end of the electromagnetic valve array in a sealing mode through a third air pipe, and the fourth opening is connected with the detection end of the internal regulation barometer through a fourth air pipe.
Since the accuracy of the digital type barometer is high, the digital type barometer can be approximately regarded as the actual air pressure in the pressure tank 20, and the user can adjust the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 according to the detection value of the digital type barometer. However, considering that the detection of the digital type barometer is intermittent, in the present application, the pressure of the pressure tank 20 is detected in real time by using the internal adjustment barometer, which is installed on the connection pipe with its detection end communicated with the inside of the connection pipe through the fourth air pipe to reduce the length of the fourth air pipe as much as possible in order to reduce the detection error as much as possible, the internal adjustment barometer measures the actual pressure in the pressure tank 20 in real time according to the external control command, and the measurement result is displayed through the touch display screen.
(II) setting of air pressure adjusting mode
The air pressure adjusting manner of the pressure tank 20 includes the following three types:
(1) the pressure tank 20 is provided with an air inlet hole as an air inlet and an air outlet hole as an air outlet, the air outlet hole is connected with the electromagnetic valve array, and the redundant air is discharged through the electromagnetic valve array to reduce the air pressure in the pressure tank 20.
(2) The air inlet hole is connected with a bubble pressure type water level meter, and when the bubble pressure type water level meter detects air pressure, air can be pumped into the pressure tank 20 at the same time, so that the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 is improved.
(3) The air inlet hole can also be connected with other external air transmission equipment, and the pressure tank 20 is inflated through the other external air transmission equipment, so that the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 is improved.
In fact, the adjustment mode (3) is only occasionally applied before the pressure tank 20 is installed. In the invention, the pressure tank 20 is inflated and deflated mostly by adopting two modes of inflation of the bubble water level meter and deflation of the electromagnetic valve, so that the air pressure within a certain air pressure range is quickly adjusted, the measurement value comparison results of the bubble pressure water level meter and the digital barometer under different air pressure conditions are quickly obtained, meanwhile, the possibility of frequent operation and interference of the outside on the pressure tank 20 is reduced, and the air tightness of the detection device is indirectly improved.
Meanwhile, before detection, the detection efficiency can be greatly improved by reasonably setting the preset air pressure and the air pressure sequencing, for example, a plurality of groups of preset air pressures are arranged in a sequence from large to small or from small to large, and the like.
(III) exhausting operation through switch array
The electromagnetic valve array comprises a coarse adjusting valve, a fine adjusting valve and a protecting valve; the switch array comprises a coarse adjustment relay corresponding to the coarse adjustment valve, a transistor switch corresponding to the fine adjustment valve and a protection relay corresponding to the protection valve;
the air inlet end of the coarse adjustment valve is connected with the air outlet hole in a sealing mode through a connecting pipeline, and the air outlet end of the coarse adjustment valve is connected with the air inlet end of the fine adjustment valve in a sealing mode through a fifth air pipe.

(2) And if the actual air pressure is greater than the current preset air pressure and the difference value between the actual air pressure and the current preset air pressure exceeds the maximum air pressure difference value, opening the protection valve, sending out warning information and ending the process.

The control precision of the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 directly affects the detection precision of the final water level gauge, and is different from the conventional method that a complex-structure electromagnetic valve with adjustable opening and closing degree is adopted or a PLD algorithm is adopted to control the electromagnetic valve, and the invention adopts the electromagnetic valve array with only two opening and closing states and the corresponding switch array to perform the exhaust operation. In the invention, the coarse adjustment valve, the fine adjustment valve and the protection valve which form the electromagnetic valve array only have two open and close states, and the fine adjustment valve is opened and closed by the coarse adjustment valve and the fine adjustment valve which are connected in series and a transistor switch with quicker response time, so that the air pressure adjusting precision of the pressure tank 20 is successfully controlled within the range of +/-0.1 pa while the complicated opening and closing degree operation and control process of the electromagnetic valve are avoided.
When the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 exceeds the maximum allowable air pressure threshold, the protective valve is opened to quickly release the air in the pressure tank 20, and the detection device is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge air pressure.

The bubble water level meter detects that a preset pressure value is reached through an inflating mode at present, the detection precision of the water level sensor is calculated through comparison of actually measured pressure and pressure drop amplitude displayed by the water level sensor, but in the actual use process, due to the fact that the preset pressure is divided into different gears, the pressure difference directly influences the precision, and therefore the following convention is made.
In the first scheme, the water level meter detects from the maximum pressure to the minimum pressure (namely from deep to shallow) which can be borne by each sensor until the resolution of the sensor is exceeded:
