The invention aims to provide a method for reminding misoperation of a refrigerator, which is characterized in that setting operation data and sensor acquisition data of the refrigerator are acquired, the sensor acquisition data is used for deducing a first expected result of a user, the relation between the first expected result and first historical data is analyzed, whether misoperation behaviors exist in the user is judged, the user is informed in time, and the problems that the existing user is easy to operate the refrigerator by mistake, and the use effect and the user experience of the refrigerator are influenced are solved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a method for reminding misoperation of a refrigerator, which comprises the following steps:
step S1: acquiring set operation data of a refrigerator by a user as first historical data;
step S2: acquiring historical data collected by a refrigerator sensor as second historical data;
step S3: deducing a first expected result of the user by taking the second historical data as a data source;
step S4: analyzing the relation between the first expected result and the first historical data, and judging whether the current user has misoperation behaviors;
step S5: if the misoperation behavior exists, pushing misoperation information through the refrigerator communication module, and displaying the information through a refrigerator display panel or playing the pushed information through the voice broadcasting module; or the misoperation information is pushed to the user mobile phone APP;
in step S3, the second history data is derived as follows:
step S31: acquiring the sum of second historical data of all users of the refrigerator within a preset time, and calculating the average second historical data of all users;
step S32: taking the product of the preset weight value and the average second historical data of all users as a second historical data weighing standard value d 1;
step S33: calculating a second historical data average value d2 of the current user within a preset time;
step S34: and comparing the average value of the second historical data of the current user with the second historical data weighing standard value to obtain a first expected result.
Preferably, in step S1, the first history data includes, but is not limited to, a refrigerator temperature setting and an operation mode setting.
Preferably, in step S2, the second history data includes, but is not limited to, a single-day door opening duration, a single-day door opening number, a refrigerating chamber temperature, a temperature changing chamber temperature, a freezing chamber temperature, and a compressor rotation speed.
Preferably, in step S4, the relationship between the first expected result and the first history data is analyzed, whether there is a contradictory relationship between the refrigerator setting operation included in the first expected result and the refrigerator actual setting operation in the first history data is compared, and if there is a contradictory relationship, there is a misoperation behavior for the current refrigerator user.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the refrigerator misoperation detection method and device, the set operation data and the sensor acquisition data of the refrigerator are obtained, the first expected result of the user is deduced by using the sensor acquisition data, the relation between the first expected result and the first historical data is analyzed, whether misoperation exists in the user is judged, the user is informed in time, the misoperation of the user is found in time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

FIG. 1 is a step diagram of a method for reminding misoperation of a refrigerator according to the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the process of deriving the first expected result from the second historical data according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is a method for reminding misoperation of a refrigerator, comprising the following steps:
step S1: acquiring set operation data of a refrigerator by a user as first historical data;
step S2: acquiring historical data collected by a refrigerator sensor as second historical data;
step S3: deducing a first expected result of the user by taking the second historical data as a data source, analyzing the relation between the first expected result and the first historical data, and judging whether the current user has misoperation behavior;
step S4: analyzing the relation between the first expected result and the first historical data, and judging whether the current user has misoperation behaviors;
step S5: if the misoperation behavior exists, pushing misoperation information through the refrigerator communication module, and displaying the information through a refrigerator display panel or playing the pushed information through the voice broadcasting module; or the misoperation information is pushed to the user mobile phone APP;
referring to fig. 2, in step S3, the second history data is derived as follows:
step S31: acquiring the sum of second historical data of all users of the refrigerator within a preset time, and calculating the average second historical data of all users; such as: acquiring the sum of the single-day door opening times and the single-day door opening duration of all users within one week, and calculating an average value to obtain average second historical data of all users;
step S32: taking the product of the preset weight value and the average second historical data of all users as a second historical data weighing standard value d 1;
step S33: calculating a second historical data average value d2 of the current user within a preset time;
step S34: and comparing the average value of the second historical data of the current user with the second historical data weighing standard value to obtain a first expected result, wherein the first expected result at least comprises one refrigerator setting operation.
Such as: d2 is more than or equal to d1, which indicates that the single-day door opening times and the door opening duration of the current user exceed the average value, and the first expected result of the current user is as follows: the refrigerator is in a normal refrigeration state, namely: the refrigerator should not be in a setting operation of abnormal cooling such as "cold storage off", "holiday" mode, etc.
In step S1, the first history data includes, but is not limited to, a refrigerator temperature setting and an operation mode setting.
In step S2, the second history data includes, but is not limited to, a single-day door opening duration, a single-day door opening number, a refrigerating chamber temperature, a temperature changing chamber temperature, a freezing chamber temperature, and a compressor rotation speed.
In step S4, the relationship between the first expected result and the first history data is analyzed, whether the refrigerator setting operation included in the first expected result and the refrigerator actual setting operation in the first history data have a contradictory relationship is compared, and if yes, the current refrigerator user has a misoperation behavior.
Such as: when the first history data is: the refrigeration compartment is closed, and the first desired result derived by this embodiment is: abnormal refrigeration settings such as 'refrigeration off' and 'holiday' modes are not included, and at the moment, the first historical data contradict the first expected result, and then the judgment is carried out: and the current user has misoperation.
