The scheme has the following advantages: by arranging the first edge, a connecting part can be reserved for connecting with the window sash, so that the connecting strength is greatly improved; the outer frame and the inner frame of the window sash are separately arranged, so that the processing difficulty can be reduced, the replacement is convenient, if the inner frame or the inner frame is damaged, only the respective replacement is needed, the convenience is greatly improved, and the window sash can be recycled; through the arrangement of the auxiliary frame 6, the punching on the middle vertical frame or the arrangement of a connecting piece with a window sash can be avoided, so that the strength of the middle vertical frame is ensured; and the auxiliary frame and the middle vertical frame are separated from each other, so that the replacement is convenient.
In this embodiment, the window frame 1, the middle mullion 2 and the window sash 4 are made of sheet iron. The galvanized iron sheet is a galvanized iron sheet, and because the electrode potential of zinc is lower than that of iron, the chemical property is more active, a zinc oxide film can be quickly generated in the air, the zinc oxide film is very compact, the zinc and the steel plate in the galvanized iron sheet are protected from corrosion, and even if the galvanized iron sheet is rubbed and broken, the zinc is firstly oxidized to protect the iron, so that the corrosion resistance of the steel plate is greatly improved. Therefore, the tinplate has the advantages of excellent corrosion resistance and difficult rusting. The white iron sheet can resist the high temperature of more than 400 ℃, has better strength than aluminum alloy, good ductility, convenient processing and preparation and low cost. Therefore, the window of the invention greatly improves the corrosion resistance, has low cost and can be recycled.
In this embodiment, the window frame 1 is a square frame formed by splicing four groove-shaped frames, and the groove-shaped frames are internally provided with installation parts connected with the wall body, so that the window frame can be embedded into the wall and connected and fixed with the wall body.
In this embodiment, the mullion 2 includes a rectangular frame 21 and a bottom plate 22 connected to the lower portion of the rectangular frame 21, and the bottom plate 22 extends from the rectangular frame 21 to two sides of the rectangular frame to form the first edge 5. The rectangular frame 11 and the bottom plate 12 are integrally formed by processing the thin plate to form a modular structure, and can be directly installed and used, and the structure is simple. The first edges 5 are provided on both sides of the rectangular frame 21. The sub-frame 6 is a square frame, is arranged between the window frame 1 and the middle window frame 2, and is connected with the first edge 5, that is, a connecting piece or a stepped structure can be arranged on the sub-frame 6 to be connected with the window sash, the design structure of the sub-frame can be the same as that of the existing structure connected with the window sash, and the details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment, the outer frame 42 of the window frame 1 encloses the inner frame 41, and the outer surface of the outer frame 42 is designed to be in a structure adapted and connected with the sub-frame 6, and the specific structure is the same as the external design structure of the existing window sash. A first sealing strip 43 is arranged between the gap between the outer frame 42 and the inner frame 41, and the first sealing strip 43 is in a strip shape, is directly embedded into the gap, and is bonded and fixed through glue. The first sealing tape 43 is, for example, a rubber sealing tape, wound in a roll, and sealed by being inserted into the gap and fixed by a glue.
The inner frame 41 is formed by splicing four frame bodies 411, the connecting ports 412 of the frame bodies 411 are inclined planes, and the four frame bodies 411 are butted at the inclined planes. Because the inner frame is of a square structure and has four included angles, the four frame bodies 411 can be conveniently connected at the included angles by being arranged into inclined planes. Preferably, the connecting ports 412 of the frame 411 are diamond-shaped, which facilitates standardized production and facilitates fitting connection between adjacent frames. Preferably, the adjacent frame bodies 411 are integrally welded to each other.
The frame 411 includes a top panel, a bottom panel, and an inner panel and an outer panel connected therebetween; one side of the bottom panel and the top panel extend towards the outer frame to form a groove body 413; the other side of the bottom panel extends in the direction of the glass 7 to form a second edge 414, and a second sealing strip 415 is arranged on the second edge 414.
The top panel, the bottom panel, the inner side panel and the outer side panel are arranged, so that the processing is simple. The groove body 413 is formed by extending the bottom panel and the top panel to the direction of the outer frame, and the second edge 414 is formed by extending the bottom panel to the direction of the glass. And the second edge 414 can greatly simplify the structure of the window sash without additionally arranging a connecting structure for auxiliary connection. The inner frame is simple in structure, convenient to process and low in cost.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: welding the middle vertical frame 2 and the window frame 1 so as to divide the window frame 1 into two window frame spaces 3, and installing a secondary frame 6 along a first edge 5 in the two window frame spaces 3; embedding the inner frame 41 of the window sash 4 into the outer frame 42, connecting and fixing the inner frame 41 and the outer frame 42 with a gap left therebetween, inserting the first sealing strip 43 into the gap, and sealing and fixing the inner frame 41 and the outer frame 42 through glue to form a whole; then, the second sealing strip 415 is bonded on the second edge 414, and then glass is placed and fixedly connected with the inner frame 41 to form the window sash 4; the sash 4 is fittingly connected to the sub-frame 6, and the sash can be opened and closed along the sub-frame.
