s1: sleeving the sleeve bags on the hollow supporting walls, and placing one sleeve bag on each hollow supporting wall;
s2: placing the produced waterproof roll rods into the inclined frame, and closely arranging a plurality of waterproof roll rods in the inclined frame;
s3: the first motor drives the rotating arm and the limiting rod to move, so that the limiting rod reciprocates at a relatively high position and a relatively low position at intervals, the waterproof coiled material stick to be transferred placed at the tail end of the inclined frame is prevented from moving downwards at the relatively low position, and the waterproof coiled material stick to be transferred is not prevented when the limiting rod is at the relatively high position, and at the moment, the waterproof coiled material stick to be transferred falls into an accommodating space formed by the enclosing body through the inclined frame;

s6: when the to-be-transferred waterproof coiled material stick moves to the downstream end position of the second conveyor belt, the telescopic rod of the push-pull air cylinder extends out to push the to-be-transferred waterproof coiled material stick on the second conveyor belt to enter the sleeve bag along the hollow support wall, so that the process of filling the hollow support wall into the sleeve bag is completed;
s7: and repeating the steps, and driving the polygonal plates to rotate at intervals through a third motor, so that the purpose of loading the waterproof roll sticks into the plurality of bags is fulfilled.
