Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waste gas treatment, in particular to an industrial waste gas circulating treatment system and a treatment method thereof.
Background
The waste gas purification mainly refers to the treatment of industrial waste gas generated in industrial places, such as dust particles, smoke and dust, peculiar smell gas and toxic and harmful gas. Common waste gas purification includes factory smoke waste gas purification, workshop dust waste gas purification, organic waste gas purification, waste gas peculiar smell purification, acid-base waste gas purification, chemical waste gas purification and the like.
The prior waste gas treatment equipment has the following defects when the dust in the waste gas is treated:
1. the existing waste gas treatment equipment usually uses a filter screen or a filter element when filtering dust, and the filter screen and the filter element have small surface areas and are easy to block, so that the device needs to be cleaned frequently when in use;
2. the existing exhaust gas treatment equipment is usually carried out in a vibration mode when dust is cleaned, so that unnecessary noise is easily generated, and the vibration is easily damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a system and a method for recycling industrial waste gas to solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an industrial waste gas circulating treatment system comprises a shell, wherein filter bags are fixedly arranged on the periphery inside the shell, an air inlet pipe is fixedly arranged in the middle of the inner side of the shell, a plurality of ventilation openings are uniformly formed in the outer surface of the air inlet pipe, an anti-blocking mechanism is arranged between the air inlet pipe and the filter bags, the anti-blocking mechanism comprises a movable ring, a first installation seat, an electric push rod, a first fixed block, a first rotating shaft, a transmission rod, a second fixed block and a second rotating shaft, the upper end and the lower end of the outer surface of the air inlet pipe are movably sleeved with the movable ring, the outer surface of the air inlet pipe is fixedly provided with the first installation seat on one side of the movable ring, the electric push rod is fixedly arranged inside the first installation seat, the shaft end of a telescopic rod of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the movable ring, the first fixed block is fixedly arranged, a transmission rod is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the first rotating shaft, a plurality of second fixed blocks are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the filter bag, a second rotating shaft is movably arranged in each second fixed block through a bearing, one end, close to the second rotating shaft, of the transmission rod is movably connected with the second rotating shaft, a collecting mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the outer side surface of the air inlet pipe and comprises a rotating ring, clamping teeth, a connecting rod, a scraper plate, a second mounting seat, a first motor and a gear, the rotating ring is movably arranged at the lower end of the outer side of the air inlet pipe through a bearing, a plurality of clamping teeth are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the rotating ring, the connecting rod is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the rotating ring, the scraper plate is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the connecting rod, the second mounting, the output shaft end of the first motor is fixedly provided with a gear through a coupler, the gear is meshed with the latch, the lower end of the air inlet pipe is fixedly provided with an air inlet bent pipe, one end of the air inlet bent pipe, which is far away from the air inlet pipe, is fixedly provided with a first connecting flange, a through groove is arranged at one side of the lower end in the shell, an electromagnetic valve is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the through groove, the lower end of the electromagnetic valve is fixedly provided with a discharge pipe, the lower end of the discharge pipe is fixedly provided with a transmission pipe, the inside of the transmission pipe is provided with a cleaning mechanism, the upper end of the shell is fixedly provided with a first gas-collecting hood, an exhaust pipe is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the first gas-collecting hood, a supporting table is fixedly arranged at one side of the shell, the air blower is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the supporting table, one end, close to the air blower, of the exhaust pipe is fixedly connected with the air blower, and a connecting pipe is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the exhaust pipe, of the air blower.

the second step is that: the dust filtered after being cleaned can be gathered at the lower end of the shell, the first motor can be started at the moment, the first motor can drive the gear to rotate, the rotating ring can be driven to transmit, the scraper can be driven to rotate around the air inlet pipe, the dust can be pushed into the through groove, the electromagnetic valve is started at the moment, the dust can enter the transmission pipe, the second motor can be started at the moment, the spiral transmission piece can be driven to rotate through the second motor, the dust can be driven to be transmitted rightwards, the spray head can be opened at the moment, a small amount of water sprayed by the spray head can gather the dust together, and therefore the dust can be prevented from flying and polluting again;
the third step: the dust wetted by the water can fall out of the right side of the transmission pipe and then fall on the upper end of the transmission belt, at the moment, the dust can be transmitted into the drying bin through the transmission belt, so that the dust mixed with the water can be conveniently dried through the drying mechanism, the dust is blocked, the dust cannot fly upwards to generate pollution again, and the dust can be conveniently treated;
the fourth step: inside the gas after being filtered can enter into the deodorization storehouse, can conveniently disinfect to gas through the inside ultraviolet lamp in deodorization storehouse this moment to can reduce the peculiar smell, can further play the effect of taking out the peculiar smell through the active carbon piece simultaneously, thereby can make things convenient for quick detach fixed frame to conveniently change the active carbon piece through block mechanism simultaneously.

The deodorization chamber 42 is provided with a sealing plate 51 on one side of the surface thereof, a sealing ring 52 is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the sealing plate 51, the deodorization chamber 42 can be detached through the sealing plate 51, and the sealing effect of the device can be improved through the sealing ring 52.
The sealing plate 51 and the four corners of the outer side surface of the deodorization bin 42 are provided with locking screws 53, and the sealing plate 51 can be detached through the locking screws 53 to conveniently treat the inside of the deodorization bin 42.
A treatment method of an industrial waste gas circulating treatment system specifically comprises the following steps:

the third step: the dust wetted by the water drops out from the right side of the conveying pipe 24 and then drops on the upper end of the conveying belt 39, at the moment, the dust can be conveyed into the drying bin 40 through the conveying belt 39, so that the dust mixed with the water can be conveniently dried through the drying mechanism, the dust is blocked, the dust cannot fly upwards, pollution is caused again, and the dust can be conveniently treated;
the fourth step: inside the gas after being filtered can enter into deodorization storehouse 42, can conveniently disinfect to gas through the inside ultraviolet lamp 44 in deodorization storehouse 42 this moment to can reduce the peculiar smell, can further play the effect of taking out the peculiar smell through active carbon piece 50 simultaneously, thereby can conveniently change active carbon piece 50 through block mechanism by convenient quick detach fixed frame 49 simultaneously.
