Abstract
本发明涉及中药制剂领域,具体涉及一种荆芥穗祛风膏,该祛风膏通过以下方法制备所得:将荆芥挥发油与荆芥穗粉按照油:粉=1:2的比例混合后,将混合物与凡士林按2:1的质量比调和成软膏状物,即得。本发明外用涂抹即可实现风疹、荨麻疹的预防治疗。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂领域,具体涉及一种荆芥穗祛风膏。
背景技术
中药荆芥,又名假苏,性微温、味辛,归肺、肝经,用于治疗各种表证,为临床常用中药,具有悠久的药用历史和显著疗效,现代临床发现荆芥挥发油为荆芥主要有效物质基础之一,其挥发油主要含有单萜类、倍半萜类以及少量醛类、酮、醌、醇等化合物,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、解热等药理作用。
传统中医学观点认为肺主皮毛,肝主筋,荆芥归肺、肝经,故可治发于皮毛的风疹、荨麻疹,风性走窜,易发多处故荆芥可去风疹。传统医学素流传荆芥穗研磨成粉涂抹患处,反复揉搓至皮肤发热,可使药力直入腠理,将邪气从表而发,荆芥穗粉外用作为传统中医药的经验方,不仅包含古人对自然的观察思考,也包含传统医学的观察实验。现代临床实验也证实荆芥穗粉外用对风疹和荨麻疹有着显著的疗效。
荆芥穗粉外用虽然有着显著的疗效,但外用涂抹操作复杂,粉状物在涂抹过程中容易散落,不易固定,这使得药效不能得到保障,再从另一方面看,也是对资源的浪费。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种荆芥穗祛风膏,外用涂抹即可实现风疹、荨麻疹的预防治疗。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
荆芥穗祛风膏,该祛风膏由荆芥挥发油与荆芥穗粉按比例调和后制成,具体通过以下方法制备所得:
S1、荆芥挥发油的提取:
S11、取中药荆芥干品适量,用清水清洗表面,除去相关泥土及表面污渍,晾干后,置于80℃干燥箱烘干24h,粉碎过100目筛;
S12、按照料液比1:4的比例将荆芥粉与蒸馏水混合,配得液体混合物,静置24h,取一部分混合物置于1L的烧杯中,再加入数粒玻璃珠,将烧杯置于连续微波反应器中,连接挥发油测定装置及回流冷凝管,调节功率为650W,微波提取20min,重复上述步骤,直至所有混合物提取完成,得荆芥挥发油;
S2、荆芥穗粉的制备
取中药荆芥穗干品适量,用清水清洗表面,除去相关泥土及表面污渍,晾干后,置于 80℃干燥箱烘干24h,粉碎过100目筛,装袋密封备用;
S3、荆芥穗祛风膏是制作
S31、将步骤S1所得的荆芥挥发油与步骤S2所得的荆芥穗粉按照油:粉=1:2的比例混合后,将混合物与凡士林按2:1的质量比调和成软膏状物。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
外用涂抹即可实现风疹、荨麻疹的预防治疗。

实施例1
荆芥穗祛风膏,通过以下方法制备所得:
S1、荆芥挥发油的提取:
S11、取中药荆芥干品适量,用清水清洗表面,除去相关泥土及表面污渍,晾干后,置于80℃干燥箱烘干24h,粉碎过100目筛;
S12、按照料液比1:4的比例(比如50g荆芥粉配200ml蒸馏水)将荆芥粉与蒸馏水混合,配得液体混合物,静置24h,取一部分混合物置于1L的烧杯中,再加入数粒玻璃珠,将烧杯置于连续微波反应器中,连接挥发油测定装置及回流冷凝管,调节功率为650W,观察到挥发油测定装置中油量不再增加时,反应完成,所用时间大约20min,重复上述步骤,直至所有混合物提取完成,得荆芥挥发油;
S2、荆芥穗粉的制备
取中药荆芥穗干品适量,用清水清洗表面,除去相关泥土及表面污渍,晾干后,置于 80℃干燥箱烘干24h,粉碎过100目筛,装袋密封备用;
S3、荆芥穗祛风膏是制作
S31、将步骤S1所得的荆芥挥发油与步骤S2所得的荆芥穗粉按照油:粉=1:2的比例混合后,将混合物与凡士林按2:1的质量比调和成软膏状物
通过临床实验发现,用中药荆芥提取物荆芥挥发油与荆芥穗打粉按比例调和后制成膏状物,对风疹和荨麻疹的治疗比单用荆芥穗粉更为有效。

1.荆芥穗祛风膏,其特征在于:该祛风膏由荆芥挥发油与荆芥穗粉按比例调和后制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的荆芥穗祛风膏,其特征在于:该祛风膏通过以下方法制备所得:
S1、荆芥挥发油的提取:
S11、取中药荆芥干品适量,用清水清洗表面,除去相关泥土及表面污渍,晾干后,置于80℃干燥箱烘干24h,粉碎过100目筛;
