Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a self-locking mechanism which can be automatically locked without manual operation, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in disassembly and assembly.
The invention also provides a nursing machine with the self-locking mechanism.
According to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, the self-locking mechanism includes:
the fixing component is fixedly arranged;
the self-locking mechanism comprises a self-locking rod and a first rotating assembly, the self-locking rod is rotatably connected with the fixed assembly, one end of the self-locking rod is connected with the first rotating assembly, and the other end of the self-locking rod can be forced to rotate towards the bottom of the fixed assembly and enables the first rotating assembly to be connected with an external connecting piece in a clamping mode.
The self-locking mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
through setting up from the locking lever to one end sets up first rotating assembly, when the other end atress of self-locking lever is rotatory to fixed subassembly's bottom, first rotating assembly will be rotatory and with the external connecting piece joint to fixed subassembly's top, consequently, does not need manual operation just can make self-locking mechanism and external connecting piece joint, convenient and fast, and overall structure is simple, easy to carry out, the dismouting of being convenient for.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first rotating assembly comprises a first jaw and a second jaw forming a slot, the slot being engaged with the external connector.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the rotation mechanism further comprises a second rotation assembly connected to the other end of the self-locking lever.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the second rotation assembly includes a bearing member detachably connected to the connection assembly, and a connection assembly detachably connected to the other end of the self-locking lever.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the connecting assembly comprises a first sleeve, a connecting rod and a connecting sleeve, the first sleeve is detachably connected with the other end of the self-locking rod, the connecting rod is detachably connected with the first sleeve, the connecting sleeve is sleeved with the connecting rod, and the connecting sleeve is detachably connected with the pressure-bearing part.
A care machine according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention comprises:
a bed body;
the self-locking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the self-locking mechanism is connected with the bed body;
the wheelchair comprises a base and a bearing component, an external connecting piece is arranged on the base, the base is provided with a plurality of electric push rod devices, one ends of the electric push rod devices are fixedly arranged on the base, the other ends of the electric push rod devices are connected with the bearing component, and the bearing component can enable the rotating mechanism to rotate and is connected with the base in a clamping mode.
The nursing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
by adopting the self-locking mechanism and adopting the bed body and the wheelchair which are arranged in a matched manner, when the wheelchair is required to be combined with the bed body, firstly, the wheelchair is switched from a standing posture or a sitting posture to a lying posture through the electric push rod device, then, the wheelchair is close to the bed body to be connected, and finally, the self-locking mechanism can automatically complete connection. When the wheelchair is required to be separated from the bed body, the wheelchair in the lying posture state is required to be moved to be away from the bed body, and then the wheelchair is switched into the standing posture or the sitting posture through the electric push rod device according to requirements. Therefore, the nursing machine can assist the old to independently complete the butt joint of the wheelchair and the bed body, and also can assist the old to independently complete the basic actions required by daily life such as changing from lying to sitting and from sitting to standing, so that the mobility-handicapped people can regain the capability of independent life.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the bed body is provided with a groove, the self-locking mechanism is arranged in the groove, and the wheelchair is clamped with the bed body through the groove.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the supporting assembly comprises a back cushion, a first blocking piece and a second blocking piece, the first blocking piece is used for pushing the pressure-bearing piece when the wheelchair is released from clamping, the second blocking piece is used for pushing the pressure-bearing piece when the wheelchair is clamped, the back cushion is used for matching with the first blocking piece to push the pressure-bearing piece or the second blocking piece to push the pressure-bearing piece, and the base comprises a third clamping piece which is used for clamping with the clamping groove.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first blocking member and the second blocking member are located at the bottom of the back pad and abut against the back pad, and the third blocking member is located at the bottom of the back pad and outside the base.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the length of the pressure bearing member is less than the width of the wheelchair.

Next, a self-locking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a self-locking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the fixing component 100, the fixing component 100 is fixedly arranged;
the self-locking rod 210 is rotatably connected with the fixed component 100, one end of the self-locking rod 210 is connected with the first rotating component 220, the other end of the self-locking rod 210 can be forced to rotate towards the bottom of the fixed component 100, and the first rotating component 220 is clamped with an external connecting piece.

It can be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 2, the first rotating member 220 includes a first catch 221 and a second catch 222, the first catch 221 and the second catch 222 form a catch 223, and the catch 223 catches the external connector. The clamping groove 223 is convenient to clamp with an external connecting piece, and is simple in structure and easy to implement.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first latching member 221 includes a second sleeve 2211 and a first latching block 2212, the second latching member 222 includes a connecting block 2221 and a second latching block 2222, the first latching block 2212 is detachably connected to the second sleeve 2211, one end of the self-locking rod 210 is detachably connected to the second sleeve 2211, the connecting block 2221 is detachably connected to the second sleeve 2211, and the connecting block 2221 is detachably connected to the second latching block 2222. Simple structure, easy dismounting.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the second sleeve 2211 is provided with a first through hole 2211a and a first connection hole 2211b, one end of the self-locking rod 210 penetrates through one end of the first through hole 2211a and is detachably connected with the second sleeve 2211, the connection block 2221 penetrates through the other end of the first through hole 2211a and is detachably connected with the second sleeve 2211, the first fixture block 2212 penetrates through the first connection hole 2211b and is detachably connected with the second sleeve 2211, the connection block 2221 is provided with a second connection hole 2221a, and the second fixture block 2222 penetrates through the second connection hole 2221a and is detachably connected with the connection block 2221. The depth of the clamping groove 223 is further increased by the first clamping block 2212 and the second clamping block 2222, the external connecting piece can be clamped more conveniently when the external connecting piece is in butt joint, and the structure is simple and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 2, the rotation mechanism 200 further includes a second rotation assembly 230, and the second rotation assembly 230 is connected to the other end of the self-locking lever 210. The second rotating assembly 230 can increase the force-bearing area of the other end of the self-locking rod 210, so as to ensure that the self-locking mechanism can sense the force in time and operate stably.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second rotating assembly 230 includes a bearing member 231 and a connecting assembly 232, the bearing member 231 is detachably connected to the connecting assembly 232, and the connecting assembly 232 is detachably connected to the other end of the self-locking lever 210. Simple structure, easy dismounting. It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 4, the pressure-bearing member 231 is rectangular to enlarge the contact area, so as to ensure that the self-locking mechanism can be stressed in time and operate stably. It is understood that the pressure bearing member 231 may also be square, circular or elliptical. In order to save materials, the bearing member 231 may also be in a grid shape, and the mesh of the grid may be in a rectangular shape, a square shape, a circular shape, or an elliptical shape. For durability, the pressure-bearing member 231 is made of acrylic.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 5, the connection assembly 232 includes a first sleeve 2321, a connection rod 2322 and a connection sleeve 2323, the first sleeve 2321 is detachably connected to the other end of the self-locking rod 210, the connection rod 2322 is detachably connected to the first sleeve 2321, the connection sleeve 2323 is sleeved on the connection rod 2322, and the connection sleeve 2323 is detachably connected to the bearing member 231. Simple structure, easy dismounting.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first sleeve 2321 is provided with a second through hole 2321a and a third connecting hole 2321b, the other end of the self-locking rod 210 penetrates through the second through hole 2321a and is detachably connected with the first sleeve 2321, the connecting rod 2322 penetrates through the third connecting hole 2321b and is detachably connected with the first sleeve 2321, the connecting sleeve 2323 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 2323a, and the screw penetrates through the mounting hole 2323a so that the connecting sleeve 2323 is detachably connected with the pressure-bearing member 231. The connecting assembly 232 is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and is easy to replace problematic parts. Further, a screw is inserted into the mounting hole 2323a to screw the connection sleeve 2323 with the bearing member 231. The connection is stable, the rotation of the bearing part 231 is facilitated, and the threaded connection is also facilitated for disassembly and assembly.
It will be appreciated that the fixing assembly 100, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, includes a fixing sleeve 110, a fixing rod 120, and a bracket 130, the fixing sleeve 110 being detachably coupled to one end of the fixing rod 120, and the other end of the fixing rod 120 being detachably coupled to the bracket 130. Specifically, the fixing sleeve 110 is provided with a third through hole 111 and a fourth connecting hole 112, the self-locking rod 210 is inserted into the third through hole 111 and detachably connected to the fixing sleeve 110, and one end of the fixing rod 120 is inserted into the fourth connecting hole 112 and rotatably connected to the fixing sleeve 110. The self-locking rod 210 is inserted into the fixing sleeve 110 and the fixing sleeve 110 is rotatable, so that the self-locking rod 210 and the fixing sleeve 110 can rotate around the fixing rod 120. It is understood that the fixing rods 120 are two and located at both sides of the fixing sleeve 110, respectively.
A nursing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 8.
As shown in fig. 8, a nursing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a bed body 300;
as the self-locking mechanism is connected with the bed body 300;
the wheelchair 400 and the wheelchair 400 comprise a base 410 and a supporting component 420, the external connecting piece is the base 410, the base 410 is provided with a plurality of electric push rod devices 411, one ends of the electric push rod devices 411 are fixedly arranged on the base 410, the other ends of the electric push rod devices 411 are connected with the supporting component 420, and the supporting component 420 can enable the rotating mechanism 200 to rotate and is connected with the base 410 in a clamping mode.
By adopting the self-locking mechanism and adopting the bed body 300 and the wheelchair 400 which are arranged in a matching manner, when the wheelchair 400 is required to be combined with the bed body 300, firstly, the electric push rod device 411 adjusts the bearing component 420 to enable the wheelchair 400 to be switched from a standing posture or a sitting posture to a lying posture, then the wheelchair 400 is close to the bed body 300 to be connected, finally, in the process that the wheelchair 400 is close to the bed body 300, the bearing component 420 enables the first rotating component 220 and the second rotating component 230 in the self-locking mechanism to rotate around the fixing component 100, the first rotating component 220 is connected with the bed body 300 automatically by being clamped with the base 410 after rotating, at the moment, the wheelchair 400 is in the lying state after being released, and before the self-locking structure is subjected to pressure exerted by the wheelchair 400 and disappears, the self-locking structure always keeps the locked state of the wheelchair 400 and the bed. When the wheelchair 400 is required to be separated from the bed body 300, the self-locking mechanism can quickly realize the separation of the wheelchair 400 and the bed body 300 only by moving the wheelchair 400 away from the bed body 300, and then the electric push rod device 411 can be used for adjusting the wheelchair 400 to be in a sitting posture or a standing posture as required, so that the whole operation is convenient and quick, and the nursing machine is stable in whole structure, free of shaking, safe and reliable; therefore, the nursing machine can assist the old to complete the butt joint of the wheelchair 400 and the bed body 300, and also can assist the old to independently complete the basic actions required by daily life such as changing from lying to sitting and from sitting to standing, so that the mobility-handicapped people can regain the capability of independent life, and the nursing machine has various functions and is convenient and fast to operate.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 8, the bed 300 is provided with a groove 310, the self-locking mechanism is arranged in the groove 310, and the wheelchair 400 is clamped with the bed 300 through the groove 310. The groove 310 is arranged to facilitate the clamping connection between the bed body 300 and the wheelchair 400, and the overall structure of the nursing machine is more stable.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 9, the supporting assembly 420 includes a back cushion 421, a first blocking member 422 and a second blocking member 423, the first blocking member 422 is used for pushing the bearing member 231 when the wheelchair 400 is released from the clamping, the second blocking member 423 is used for abutting against the bearing member 231 when the wheelchair 400 is clamped, the back cushion 421 is used for matching with the first blocking member 422 to push the bearing member 231 or the second blocking member 423 to abut against the bearing member 231, the base 410 includes a third clamping member 412, and the third clamping member 412 is used for clamping with the clamping groove 223. Simple structure and easy implementation.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 9, the first stopper 422 and the second stopper 423 are located at the bottom of the back pad 421 and abut against the back pad 421, and the third stopper 412 is located at the bottom of the back pad 421 and outside the base 410. The first blocking member 422 and the second blocking member 423 are located at the bottom of the back pad 421 and abut against the back pad 421, so that the three members can be smoothly matched and stably connected, the position of the third clamping member 412 can just clamp the first rotating assembly 220 during clamping, and in addition, the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first stopper 422, the second stopper 423 and the third stopper 412 are arranged in sequence according to the distance between the wheelchair 400 and the bed 300 during clamping and the distance from the first stopper to the second stopper 423. By providing the first stopper 422, the second stopper 423 and the third locking member 412, when connecting, the back pad 421 pushes the second rotating assembly 230 to rotate with the fixing assembly 100 as the bottom of the axial fixing assembly 100, so as to drive the first rotating assembly 220 to be locked with the third locking member 412, and the second stopper 423 can abut against the second rotating assembly 230 to stop pushing. When the first stopper 422 pushes the second rotating assembly 230 to rotate with the fixing assembly 100 as the top of the axial fixing assembly 100, so that the first rotating assembly 220 is separated from the third clamping member 412, and the back cushion 421 plays a role of assisting in the process. The whole process does not need manual operation, and the structure is simple, convenient and fast.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, there are two electric push rod devices 411, the supporting assembly 420 further includes a cushion 424 and a fixing member, one end of one electric push rod device 411 is detachably connected to the second blocking member 423 located at the bottom of the back cushion 421, and one end of the other electric push rod device 411 is detachably connected to the fixing member located at the bottom of the cushion 424. The transformation of three postures of sitting, lying and standing of the wheelchair 400 can be realized by controlling the extension and retraction of the electric push rod device 411, so that the user is assisted to complete basic functions of going out, posture transformation, transfer among different instruments and the like. It will be appreciated that the brace assembly 420 also includes a foot pad 425 for shielding the lower leg.
It can be understood that the bottom of the base 410 is provided with four pulleys 413, the base 410 is further provided with two driving motors 414, the driving motors 414 are located at the bottom of the back cushion 421 for driving the two pulleys 413 near one side of the back cushion 421, and the two pulleys 413 far away from the back cushion 421 are universal pulleys. The motor is driven, and the operation is convenient. Furthermore, the size of the two pulleys 413 close to one side of the back cushion 421 is larger than that of the two pulleys 413 far away from the back cushion 421, so that the driving is more labor-saving.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 8, the length of the bearing member 231 is less than the width of the wheelchair 400. The length of the pressure-bearing member 231 in the width direction of the wheelchair 400 is smaller than the width of the wheelchair 400, so that the rotation mechanism 200 can rotate conveniently, and the bed body 300 can be clamped with the wheelchair 400 conveniently.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, in operation, the wheelchair 400 is first switched from a standing or sitting position to a lying position outside the bed 300, and then the side of the wheelchair 400 containing the back pad 421 is first inserted into the groove 310 of the bed, and the wheelchair 400 begins to dock with the bed 300. When the back cushion 421 of the wheelchair 400 contacts the pressure-bearing member 231, and the wheelchair 400 is in engagement with the bed body 300, the back cushion 421 and the second stopper 423 of the wheelchair 400 continuously push the pressure-bearing member 231, and due to the transmission of the pressure-bearing member 231, the self-locking lever 210 and the first rotating assembly 220 fixed at one end of the self-locking lever 210 rotate around the fixing rod 120. When the back cushion 421 of the wheelchair 400 contacts with the bed 300, the engaging groove 223 of the first rotating assembly 220 rotates to the position of the third engaging member 412 of the base 410 of the wheelchair 400, and the third engaging member 412 is engaged. While the second stopper 423 abuts against the pressure bearing member 231. The second stopper 423 and the third stopper 412 are matched with each other, so that the movement of the pressure-bearing part 231 and the first rotating assembly 220 is respectively limited when the bed body 300 is completely butted with the wheelchair 400, the rotating mechanism 200 cannot freely rotate when self-locking is completed, and meanwhile, the rotating mechanism 200 also firmly clamps the third stopper 412 of the base 410 of the wheelchair 400, so that the self-locking purpose is achieved, and the resetting and self-locking of the wheelchair 400 are completed.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 8, the bed 300 includes a bed frame 320 at the bottom, and the nursing machine further includes a crutch 500, and the crutch 500 is placed in the bed frame 320. The crutch 500 is placed at the bottom of the bed body 300, so that the space can be effectively saved, and in addition, when the crutch needs to stand, the crutch 500 can be directly taken out from the bottom of the bed body 300, so that the operation is convenient.
