Background
The shoes can be divided into a low upper shoe, a middle upper shoe and a high upper shoe according to the types of the uppers, wherein the upper of the high upper shoe can completely wrap the ankle, so that the ankle can be better protected compared with the high upper shoes of the low upper shoe and the middle upper shoe. However, the ankle of the existing high-upper shoes is easily twisted due to uneven ground or improper force application in the walking process.

As shown in fig. 6, the connecting piece 9 includes a large diameter rod portion 91 and a small diameter rod portion 92 connected with each other, the small diameter rod portion 92 is connected with the supporting plate portion 42, a thread is provided on the periphery of the large diameter rod portion 91, the connecting piece 9 is tightly connected with the sole 1 due to the structure of the connecting piece 9, and the toe supporting plate 4 is reliably connected with the sole 1.
As shown in figure 1, a plurality of wrist supporting plates 3 are embedded in two back upper surfaces of the high-upper shoe, the ankle supporting plates can play a role in supporting the ankle, the risk of ankle sprain is greatly reduced, a toe supporting plate 4 is embedded in a front upper surface of the high-upper shoe, the toe can be prevented from being smashed by a heavy object, and meanwhile, the toe can be prevented from being deformed easily.
