In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the pulley assembly 21 in the track 2 may include two rollers, the two rollers are respectively disposed at two sides of the inner telescopic sleeve 22 and are respectively tightly attached to the main structure of the track 2, and the two rollers may be symmetrically disposed with the inner telescopic sleeve 22 as a symmetric center, so that the rollers are not easily shifted or jammed when moving. Further, the inside of the track 2 can also be provided with a limiting member 23 according to the size of the roller, so that the roller can stably run in the inside of the track 2. When the clamping sheet 3 goes up and down, under the pushing of the telescopic sleeve, the roller of the pulley assembly 21 can stably roll in the track 2, i.e. the clamping sheet 3 and the pulley assembly 21 are always kept synchronous.
Referring to fig. 10, 11 and 12, the lifting device 1 includes a screw rod 11, a fixed slide rod 12, a driving device 14 and a lifting platform 4. One end of the screw rod 11 is fixedly connected with the driving device 14, so that the driving device 14 can drive the screw rod 11 to rotate; the other end of the screw rod 11 is rotatably connected with the fixed point at the upper part, so that the screw rod 11 can continuously rotate at the fixed position without displacement. The fixed slide bar 12 is arranged parallel to the screw rod 11, and the fixed slide bar 12 may be located at a side of the screw rod 11. The lifting platform 4 is provided with a sliding lifting hole 42 and a threaded lifting hole 43, the lifting platform 4 is sleeved on the screw rod 11 and the fixed slide rod 12, the sliding lifting hole 42 is sleeved on the fixed slide rod 12, and the threaded lifting hole 43 is screwed on the screw rod 11. When the screw rod 11 rotates, the fixed slide bar 12 stops the rotation of the lifting platform 4, so that the lifting platform 4 moves up and down along the fixed slide bar 12, thereby completing the lifting drive of the lifting platform 4. It is understood that the driving direction of the driving device 14 is related to the ascending and descending of the lifting platform 4, can be changed by the thread direction of the screw rod 11, and can be changed according to the actual requirement, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4, the lifting platform 4 further includes a fixing portion 41, and the fixing portion 41 is fixed to the connecting member 5. The fixing unit 41 needs to be inserted between the heat insulation layer 62 and the heating layer 61, the heat insulation layer 62 and the heating layer 61 are both disposed on the base 6, and the heat insulation layer 62 may have a second gap for allowing the lifting platform 4 to be lifted smoothly in a direction perpendicular to the base 6 through the fixing unit 41. It can be understood that, the lifting of the lifting platform 4 needs to set a lifting range, a stop member 13 may be provided at an upper fixed point, a stop member 13 may also be provided below the lifting platform 4 to respectively define a maximum lifting height and a minimum lowering height of the lifting platform 4, when the lifting platform continuously rises or continuously falls to a certain range, the stop member 13 can stop the lifting platform 4 to determine the lifting range of the lifting platform 4, and further, a sensor may be provided on the stop member 13 to reflect the working state of the lifting platform 4.
The heating element 7 can be arranged in the heating bin except the heating layer 61, and the heating element 7 is positioned in the center of the bottom of the heating bin and can be inserted into the cigarette 10 to be heated, so that sufficient heating is realized. Fig. 13 is a sectional view of a heating element 7 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
It will be understood that all of the above structures are inside the appliance of the embodiment of the present invention, and the inside of the appliance further includes necessary structures such as a battery, a control circuit, etc. to complete the control of the driving device 14, to complete the state control of the lifting platform 4, to complete the heating control of the heating chamber, to complete the operation control of the appliance by the external suction personnel.
Based on the above device, in the practical application process of the appliance for non-combustible cigarettes capable of automatically lifting and clamping cigarettes provided by the invention, the driving device 14 can be a motor, and a control circuit PCB, a battery and the like can be realized by adopting the prior art, so that the details are not repeated herein.
The realization of self-holding heating cigarette lifting appliance can be provided the electric energy by the battery, gives the motor with the electric energy transmission, and the motor turns into mechanical energy with the electric energy, realizes elevating gear 1's drive to drive clamping piece 3 automatic rising, the in-process automatic completion that goes up and down simultaneously presss from both sides tight effect. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
the first stage is as follows: starting up the automatic cigarette clamping lifting appliance. After a user turns on the appliance switch, the control circuit PCB controls the motor through the control chip, the motor runs to drive the lead screw of the lifting device to rotate, so that the lifting platform on the fixed sliding rod rises, and the lifting platform drives the clamping piece to rise to the upper end point position of the track.
And a second stage: putting the cigarette into the optimal heating position. When the cigarette reaches a preset position, the motor stops running, a user puts the tobacco end of the cigarette into the clamping sheet, the user can actively start the motor, the motor starts to run reversely, the lifting platform descends to drive the clamping sheet to descend, the clamping sheet automatically clamps the cigarette, and the cigarette descends along with the clamping sheet; during the descending process, the heating element is inserted into the tobacco end of the cigarette; when the preset optimal heating position is reached, the motor stops running, the cigarette lifting appliance is automatically clamped, the automatic insertion process is realized, and whether the preset optimal heating position is reached or not can be fed back by a stop piece (sensor) to obtain information.
And a third stage: and the cigarette is sucked to finish the taking-out stage. After the user finishes smoking, a switch key can be pressed, the control circuit PCB controls the motor through the control chip, the motor operates to drive the lifting platform to ascend, and meanwhile, the clamping sheets automatically clamp the cigarettes, and the cigarettes ascend along with the lifting platform; when the cigarette reaches the preset position, the motor stops running, and the user can take out the cigarette.
A fourth stage: the user chooses to continue the suction phase. When the user selects to continue pumping, the second stage is returned, and the three stages are repeated.
The fifth stage: the user selects the shutdown phase. The motor starts to run reversely, the lifting platform descends, the clamping piece descends, and when the clamping piece reaches a preset position, the motor stops running and shutdown is completed.
The sixth stage: a stage of placing the cigarette appliance which is not burnt by heating. After slightly waiting for cooling, the user can select the storage position of the appliance by himself and observe the electric quantity condition of the appliance, and if charging is needed, the charging can be carried out according to the content in the specification; if not, the user can save the information with confidence.

The appliance capable of automatically lifting and clamping the non-combustible cigarettes is characterized by comprising a lifting device (1), a track (2), a clamping sheet (3) and a connecting piece (5), wherein the lifting device (1) is connected with the clamping sheet (3) through the connecting piece (5), so that the clamping sheet (3) can synchronously lift or descend with the connecting piece (5), a pulley assembly (21) is arranged in the track (2), the pulley assembly (21) cannot be separated from the track (2), the pulley assembly (21) is connected with the clamping sheet (3) through a telescopic sleeve, the clamping sheet (3) can drive the pulley assembly (21) to move in the track (2) when lifting or descending, the end part of the track (2) extends in the direction far away from the connecting piece (5), the middle part of the track (2) is arranged in parallel to the moving direction of the connecting piece (5), when the pulley assembly (21) moves to the end point of the end part of the track (2), the telescopic sleeve returns to the free state, and the clamping sheet (3) releases the heated cigarettes (10) in the heating bin; when the pulley assembly (21) moves to the middle part of the track (2), the telescopic sleeve is in a compressed state, and the clamping sheet (3) clamps the heated cigarettes (10) in the heating bin.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the extension structure of the end of the rail (2) is arc-shaped, and when the pulley assembly (21) enters the extension structure from the middle of the rail (2), the telescopic sleeve starts to gradually return to the free state, and the clamping force of the clamping piece (3) on the heated cigarette (10) is gradually reduced; when the pulley assembly (21) moves from the end point of the extension structure to the middle direction of the track (2), the compression state of the telescopic sleeve is gradually increased, and the clamping force of the clamping sheet (3) on the heated cigarette (10) is gradually increased; when the telescopic sleeve moves in the middle of the track (2), the telescopic sleeve is always in the maximum compression state, and the clamping force of the clamping sheet (3) on the heated cigarette (10) is maximum.

The appliance capable of automatically lifting and clamping the incombustible cigarettes of the cigarettes according to claim 1, further comprising a heating layer (61) and a heat insulation layer (62), wherein the rail (2) is arranged on the heat insulation layer (62), the connecting piece (5) is positioned between the heating layer (61) and the heat insulation layer (62), the clamping sheet (3) is positioned on the inner side of the heating layer (61), and a first notch for lifting the clamping sheet (3) is formed in the position, corresponding to the rail (2), of the heating layer (61), so that the clamping sheet (3) can be lifted and lowered in the heating bin under the driving of the connecting piece (5), and the cigarette (10) is clamped and heated to move.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lifting device (1) comprises a screw rod (11), a fixed sliding rod (12), a driving device (14) and a lifting platform (4), one end of the screw rod (11) is fixedly connected with the driving device (14), the other end of the screw rod (11) is rotatably connected with a fixed point, so that the screw rod (11) can continuously rotate at a fixed position, the fixed sliding rod (12) is arranged in parallel with the screw rod (11), a sliding lifting hole (42) and a threaded lifting hole (43) are arranged on the lifting platform (4), the sliding lifting hole (42) is sleeved on the fixed sliding rod (12), the threaded lifting hole (43) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (11), and when the screw rod (11) rotates, the lifting platform (4) does not rotate, is raised or lowered along the fixed slide bar (12).
