Background
Electric energy meters are the most common and widely used electric energy metering devices in the electric power industry today. Along with the development of economic society, the power demand of each industry of society is bigger and bigger, and people's power demand also has the individuation more, for better carrying out the measurement to electric energy use amount, the electric energy meter plays irreplaceable effect.
The existing end twist box for the electric energy meter on the market mostly adopts a mode of manually twisting screws to compress wiring, namely, one end of a terminal is embedded in the lower half part of an electric energy meter terminal box body, wiring holes are formed in the end face of the electric energy meter terminal box body, mounting screw holes are formed above the wiring holes, and fixing screws are used for crimping cables inserted into the wiring holes. In addition, if the operation is not proper, local overheating caused by a small contact area due to cable position deviation or short circuit caused by mutual contact of wires exposed outside can be caused, so that a great potential safety hazard exists.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a multi-point compression type push button box and an electric energy meter, and aims to solve the problems of the existing single-point compression structure, such as the deficiency and the safety.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention aims to change the existing mode of pressing the wiring by manually screwing the screw, thereby achieving the effects of reducing the labor intensity, greatly improving the working efficiency and saving the cost of manpower and material resources.
2. The invention adopts the design scheme of the arc at the wire pressing part of the current conducting plate, avoids the problem of local overheating caused by small contact area due to the fact that a single point compresses a wire and the wire pressing part of the current conducting plate is a straight surface when the conventional electric energy meter is used for twisting-free terminals, and further safely and efficiently carries out wiring work and improves economic benefits.
3. The invention adopts a mode of pressing the conducting wire in multiple points, thereby solving the problem that the conducting wire in the contact position of the elastic element and the conducting wire is pressed with the conducting plate in a single point mode in the prior art, or the conducting wire and the conducting plate are not in virtual connection at other positions, and being beneficial to high-power transmission.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the multi-point press type press terminal button box according to the present embodiment includes a wire guide port 2, a press handle 3, and a first press member 11 disposed on a body 1, wherein the first press member 11 is mounted in the body 1 through a first support member 4, and has an exit end and a flat end, the exit end is provided with a wire inlet hole 10 corresponding to the wire guide port 2 and through which a wire 12 passes, and a second press member 8 disposed on the body 1 through a second support member 9 and acted by the exit end of the first press member 11, the second press member 8 is provided with a claw end acting on the wire 12 and pressing the wire 12 against an external copper sheet 5, and the claw end can form two support points to press the wire 12, and the first press member 11 and the second press member 8 both use elastic sheets to have elastic variables, and the first support member and the second support member mainly ensure the first press member, the second press member, and the first press member respectively, The general position of the second spring pressing piece cannot be changed along with the poking of the pressing handle. The end of the conductive plate 6 facing away from the external copper sheet 5 in the present embodiment passes through the wire inlet hole 10 to better press and connect the conductive plate with the wire. When in use, the initial state is as shown in figure 3, then the pressing handle 3 is pushed to press the first elastic pressing piece 11 to deform, the outgoing end moves downwards, the exposed wire inlet hole 10 corresponds to the wire guide port 2 on the body 1, and the end to be outgoing presses the second elastic pressing piece to deform and moves downwards to expose the wire inlet channel of the conductive plate 6; then, the lead 12 is inserted into the lead opening and passes through the wire inlet hole to be positioned on the wire inlet channel below the conductive plate, the pressing handle is released to enable the outgoing end of the first elastic pressing piece to retract, the claw end of the second elastic pressing piece loses the acting force of the outgoing end of the first elastic pressing piece to reset upwards, the second elastic pressing piece is matched with the conductive plate to lock the lead at the point a and the point b, and the pressing state is shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment further relates to an electric energy meter, which adopts the multi-point compression type pressing terminal box and the external copper sheet 5 inserted into the terminal box and used for being communicated with the wire 12, wherein the multi-point compression type pressing terminal box is provided with four pieces arranged side by side, and the actual measurement connection is stable and firm.
