Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a schematic view of an embodiment of an anti-jamming device according to the present invention is shown. The anti-blocking device comprises a feeding groove 2 connected with a vibration feeder 1, wherein a height limiting pressing block 3 covers the feeding groove 2, and the vibration feeder 1 is equipment which comprises a vibration disc, a linear vibrator and the like, automatically, orderly, directionally and tidily arranges disordered materials 7 by means of vibration and accurately conveys the disordered materials to the feeding groove; the material supply groove 2 is a profiling material groove matched with the material 7 in shape, so that the material 7 can be automatically supplied in a uniform state according to the material distribution requirement; height that limit for height briquetting 3 is used for restricting material 7 to pass through, and the distance between the bottom surface of limit for height briquetting 3 and the 2 bottom surfaces of feed tank is greater than the height of a material 7 and is less than two 7 superimposed heights of material to guarantee that feed tank 2 only allows one row of material 7 to pass through, prevent that the feed is too much at every turn.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, since the material 7 is usually intermittently taken at the assembling or processing position in the subsequent process, the feeding from the outlet of the feeding chute is also intermittent, and the material 7 continuously enters the feeding chute 2 from the inlet of the feeding chute 2 due to the uninterrupted feeding of the vibrating feeder 1, and the material 7 cannot flow out of the feeding chute 2, so the material 7 is easily stacked at the inlet of the front end of the feeding chute 2 and the pressure limiting block 3, and the material jamming phenomenon is caused. Therefore, in this embodiment, be provided with the first air blowing hole 4 that communicates feed tank 2 in the limit for height briquetting 3, when taking place to block the material air current along first air blowing hole 4 to the 2 entry ends of feed tank blow, blow away the material 7 that feed tank 2 and limit for height briquetting 3 front end entrance were piled up, and 2 entrances of feed tank do not have the jam, guarantee that material 7 gets into feed tank 2 smoothly, prevent to make 2 discharge ends of feed tank lack of material because material 7 blocks 2 entrances of feed tank, realize the output of material 7 in the feed tank 2 of continuous and orderly. Material 7 card material is usually because material 7 does not get into between feed tank 2 and the limit for height briquetting 3 with the gesture of setting for, thereby material 7 has the part to surpass the scope of feed tank 2 and the limit for height briquetting 3 restriction, the part that surpasss can't get into between feed tank 2 and the limit for height briquetting 3, cause the card material, under this kind of condition, because first blowing hole 4 is located feed tank 2 top, if first blowing hole 4 is too near apart from the entrance, then the air current can only blow to the 7 top surfaces of material that block, the impact force of air current needs to be big enough and can blow out the material 7 that block this moment. Therefore, in this embodiment, the distance between the end of the first air blowing hole 4 and the inlet of the feeding groove 2 is set to be larger than the size of the material 7 clamped into the feeding groove 2, and at this time, the air flow is blown out along the length direction of the feeding groove 2, that is, the air flow is blown out over against the clamped material 7, so that the material 7 can be blown out without an excessive impact force. For example, in this embodiment, a length of 2-3 materials 7 can be arranged between the end of the first blowing opening 4 and the inlet of the feed chute 2. In other embodiments of the invention, the distance between the end of the first blowing opening 4 and the inlet of the feedwell 2 may also be provided with other lengths as desired. Because a certain distance exists between the tail end of the first air blowing hole 4 and the inlet of the feed tank 2, when the material is clamped, if the material 7 exists between the tail end of the first air blowing hole 4 and the inlet, the material is blown out together.
Further, in this embodiment, in order to detect when the material jamming occurs, an optical fiber sensor 5 is disposed on a side surface of the feeding tank 2. Because vibration feeder 1 is for continuously supplying, consequently whether can judge the feed tank 2 card material according to whether optical fiber sensor 5 detects material 7. In an embodiment of the present invention, the first air blowing hole 4 blows intermittently, when the optical fiber sensor 5 fails to detect the material 7 within a certain time, it is determined that the material is jammed in the material supply tank 2, the first air blowing hole 4 blows air into the material supply tank 2 within a certain time, and then waits for a certain time, and if the optical fiber sensor 5 detects the material 7 within the time, the first air blowing hole 4 does not blow air any more; if optical fiber sensor does not detect material 7, then first blowing hole 4 is blown repeatedly again, until optical fiber sensor 5 detects material 7, ensures that the material 7 that will block blows out, guarantees that other materials can get into feed tank 2 smoothly and carry. In the embodiment, the waiting time between two times of air blowing of the first air blowing hole 4 is longer than the time for moving the material 7 from the inlet of the feeding groove 2 to the optical fiber sensor 5, so that the material 7 is detected by the optical fiber sensor 5. In another embodiment of the present invention, the first blowing hole 4 may be arranged to blow air into the feeding tank 2 briefly and rapidly, then pause, continue blowing air, and pause until the optical fiber sensor 5 detects the material 7, and the first blowing hole 4 stops blowing air. For preventing that first blowing hole 4 has blown away the material 7 that blocks when blowing for the first time, material 7 gets into the silo, and material 7 fails to carry the position of optical fiber sensor 5 in the interval time of pulse blowing for first blowing hole 4 blows once more, and the material 7 of entrance is blown away once more, leads to the unable continuous conveying of material 7. The blowing time interval provided in this embodiment is therefore sufficient to allow the material 7 to be transported to the location of the optical fibre sensor 5 in the intermittent blowing gaps. In other embodiments of the invention, other blowing modes can be used as long as the clamped material can be blown out, and the material can continuously enter the feeding groove after the material is not clamped at the inlet.
In this embodiment, the first blowing hole 4 is connected to an air supply member through a blowing joint 6, so as to seal the air supply member and the blowing hole. In order to ensure accurate detection of the materials 7 by the optical fiber sensor 5, the optical fiber sensor 5 is disposed at a position where a contact portion between adjacent materials 7 is detected. Furthermore, in order to prevent the material 7 from being stuck at the connecting position of the air blowing hole and the material supply groove 2, the size of the tail end of the first air blowing hole 4 is smaller than that of the material 7, that is, the size of the air outlet end of the first air blowing hole 4 is smaller than that of the material 7, so that the material is prevented from being stuck at the position.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, an internal structure of an embodiment of the present invention is schematically illustrated. In this embodiment, the first blowing holes 4 are arranged along the reverse downward inclination of the material 7, and at this time, the airflow rushes out the inlet directly flowing to the feeding groove 2 along the extending direction of the first blowing holes 4, so that the first blowing holes 4 can be designed as straight holes without other guiding to the airflow.
The invention has simple structure, can overcome the phenomenon of material blockage on the basis of not influencing the vibration frequency and the working efficiency of the vibration feeder, realizes the continuous and ordered output of materials and improves the production efficiency.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
