Description

Shampoo product with effects of recovering scalp itching and desquamation
Technical Field
The invention relates to a functional shampoo product, in particular to a shampoo product which contains sweet wormwood herb extract and salicylic acid active ingredients and has the effects of recovering scalp itch and desquamation, and belongs to the field of cosmetics.
Background
Scalp pruritus and desquamation diseases account for 2-5% of people, and may be related to sebaceous gland hypersecretion, malassezia furfur infection, bacterial infection, abnormal immune mechanism and the like. The diseases causing desquamation and itching of scalp mainly include seborrheic dermatitis (seborrhoeic dermatitis), psoriasis vulgaris (psoriasis vulgaris), folliculitis (folliculitis), tinea capitis (tinea capitis), pityriasis capitis and the like, and the clinical manifestations of the diseases mainly include scalp itching, erythema, pimple, scale, scab, alopecia and the like. When the disease condition of the patient is aggravated, the patient can choose to be treated in a hospital; when the disease condition is mild, a functional shampoo product with small toxic and side effects is preferred. In recent years, despite the existence of a plurality of brands of anti-dandruff and itching-relieving shampoo products on the market, a plurality of consumers still have unsatisfactory product effects, so that the research and development of novel effective shampoo products are significant, and the market prospect is wide.
Artemisia apiacea is dry overground part of Artemisia annua L of Compositae, has cold nature and bitter and pungent taste, can clear heat, has pungent and fragrant flavor, is good for dispersing yin heat to the outside, and has the effects of clearing deficiency heat, cooling blood, removing steam, relieving summer-heat and preventing malaria (national pharmacopoeia Commission, the people's republic of China pharmacopoeia, a department of Beijing, the Chinese medicine science and technology publisher 2015: 198). "Shen nong Ben Cao Jing" (Shen nong's herbal medicine) Zhongzhong hong: artemisia apiacea, bitter in taste and cold in flavor, is mainly used for scabies, itch, sores, fleas and the like, and is also named as Artemisia apiacea (for visiting, Pengpo, Shennong Ben Cao Jing, Beijing, Aster Press 2014, 243). According to the traditional Chinese medicine, the scalp itching and desquamation are mostly caused by heat, damp-heat and steaming up, or exogenous pathogenic factors such as exogenous summer-heat, dampness, dryness, fire and the like, or excessive eating of spicy food and fat, sweet and thick taste, which causes damp-heat in lung and stomach, and causes scalp eruption. Therefore, the sweet wormwood herb has the functions of clearing heat and cooling blood, killing parasites and relieving itching and the like, and can be used for treating diseases such as erythema, desquamation, pimple, pruritus, sore, carbuncle and the like.
From the aspect of western medicine, scientists in China take the lead to extract artemisinin from artemisia apiacea and further synthesize derivatives of the artemisinin, including dihydroartemisinin, artesunate, artemether, arteether and the like. The artemisia apiacea extract has the effects of inhibiting and killing trichophyton rubrum, trichophyton gypseum, epidermophyton floccosum, microsporum gypseum, candida albicans and other fungi, and has better curative effect on treating dermatophytosis than miconazole ointment (Chendeyu, xanthophyll, Zhengjuan. artemisia oil liniment antifungal experiment and curative effect observation, China J. dermatology, 1990,4(1): 18-19.). Recent studies by foreign researchers have found that essential oil of Artemisia annua has selective antimicrobial compounds and antibacterial membrane activity against gram-positive and gram-negative strains and yeast strains, and can affect the expression of relevant cells and soluble pathogenic factors (Marinas I C, Oprea E, Chifrius M C, et al.chemical composition and antisense activity of artemia annua essential oil from Romania [ J ]. Chem Biodiodes, 2015,12(10): 1554-1564.). Numerous patent documents in recent years relate to the effects in the aspects of sterilization, disinsection, antivirus and the like, the antibacterial spectrum and the effects are similar to those of the ketoconazole which is a commonly used broad-spectrum antifungal medicament at present, the effects on certain fungi can be stronger than those of the ketoconazole, and the adverse reaction is less; artemisinin can be made into various preparations, and can be used as topical agent for treating superficial fungal infection such as tinea manus and pedis, tinea corporis, tinea capitis, etc., and for preventing and treating dandruff (see patent CN1145224A) (Zhangxie, etc. Artemisinin compound new application related patent status analysis, Chinese invention and patent, 2018, 15(10): 06). The research provides experimental basis for the southernwood drugs to prevent and treat scalp erythema, desquamation, pruritus and the like caused by malassezia scalp fungi.
Wang Jiang et al have focused on the basis and clinical studies on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Artemisia drugs (suppression of neutrophil chemotaxis), anti-follicular Demodex concentration, Treatment of rosacea and acne (Wang Jiang, Zhang Hai Qing. Considering that the pathogenesis of the seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp is mainly that the rise of the level of androgenic hormones in adolescence leads to the development of sebaceous glands and the production of more grease, which is then infected with malassezia lipoidica, which decomposes fatty acids and stimulates the skin to cause inflammatory reaction to form the seborrheic dermatitis and the pityrosporum folliculitis. Therefore, the treatment target of the scalp seborrheic dermatitis is mainly focused on three aspects of inhibiting sebum secretion, resisting malassezia reproduction and resisting inflammatory medium.
Salicylic acid (Salicylic acid) is a classic antipyretic analgesic drug and is also a natural active ingredient, also known as beta-hydroxy acid (BHA), which is present in many plants as a very important natural active ingredient, such as: willow bark, Betula dulcis bark and Betula platyphylla. Salicylic acid has been widely used to treat pityriasis capitis, acne, rosacea, the problems related to skin such as pigmentation, skin aging and the like gradually show the important application value of salicylic acid in the fields of skin treatment and medical cosmetology along with the deep research on the clinical application of salicylic acid (i.e. single idoch, tianhuimin, particularly gorgeous. the application and prospect of supramolecular salicylic acid in medical cosmetology, Chinese cosmetology, 2019, (28),3: 171-. Salicylic acid has a history of nearly one hundred years, and salicylic acid with different concentrations has different pharmacological actions when being externally used, wherein 5% -10% of salicylic acid is mainly used for exfoliating, namely treating diseases such as hyperkeratosis of skin, epidermal hyperplasia and the like, such as palmoplantar keratosis, callus, perifollicular keratosis and the like; the 3% salicylic acid is a cutin promoter (single idol, tianhumin, Youyanzhi. supermolecule salicylic acid is applied and expected in medical cosmetology, Chinese cosmetology, 2019, (28),3: 171-. In the united states famous functional shampoo Dove (polyhefen shampoo), 3% salicylic acid component is contained. At present, no report and practical application related to the application of the artemisia apiacea extract and the salicylic acid to the hair washing product to realize the functions of recovering scalp pruritus and desquamation are found.
