Background
The clinical application research result shows that the sub-low temperature treatment technology can obviously reduce the death rate of patients with the middle-sized craniocerebral injury, improve the neural function prognosis of the patients with the craniocerebral injury and does not generate serious complications. At present, some hospitals at home and abroad classify the sub-hypothermia treatment as a conventional treatment method for patients with severe craniocerebral injuries.
In the sub-hypothermia treatment, the refrigeration method adopted by the sub-hypothermia treatment instrument mainly comprises the following two methods: firstly, semiconductor refrigeration; and secondly, refrigerating by a compressor. The semiconductor refrigeration has the problem of low refrigeration efficiency, and the maximum refrigeration efficiency is only 0.6. The refrigeration performance shows nonlinear change along with factors such as environment temperature, voltage, thickness of a cold-conducting block, cold-end heat dissipation mode, mechanical pressure, heat-conducting phase-change material and the like, and the refrigeration performance is not very widely used at present; the refrigeration mode of the compressor is widely applied at present due to the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection. The refrigeration compressor commonly used by the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus is a positive displacement compressor, the positive displacement compressor has good working stability, strong adaptability and high thermal efficiency, but frequent starting and stopping of the compressor can shorten the service life of the compressor, easily cause equipment failure and hardly achieve accurate temperature control.
Chinese patent publication No. CN203988615U discloses a sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus which can provide therapy conveniently and quickly and does not occupy space. The sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus comprises an apparatus body, a display screen and a master control panel which are arranged on the apparatus body, and a circuit board, a water tank, a cooling device, a heating device and a heat dissipation device which are arranged in the apparatus body. The bottom of the water tank is respectively connected with the cooling device and the heating device, so that the water in the water tank is cooled and heated to adjust the water temperature. However, this patent document does not disclose a technique for overcoming the problem that the service life of the compressor is shortened due to frequent start and stop of the compressor, and the equipment is broken down.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a temperature control device of a sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus, which can avoid frequent start and stop of a compressor so as to accurately control the liquid temperature of the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a temperature control device of a sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus comprises a water tank, a refrigeration module, a temperature measurement module, a control module and an interaction module, wherein the refrigeration module, the temperature measurement module and the interaction module are respectively connected with the control module; the method is characterized in that: the heating module is arranged in the water tank and is respectively connected with the control module.
Through the technical scheme, the control system enables refrigeration and heating to form countermeasures by adjusting the starting, stopping and output power of the refrigeration module and the heating module, achieves the aim of maintaining the liquid temperature within the range of +/-0.2 ℃ of the target temperature, can reduce the starting, stopping and prolonging the service life of the machine by controlling the refrigeration module to continuously work. The heating module is directly arranged in the water tank, so that the temperature of liquid in the water tank can be directly adjusted, the heat loss is reduced, and the heat efficiency is improved.
As a further improvement of the invention, the water tank further comprises an internal circulation module, wherein the internal circulation module is arranged in the water tank and is connected with the control module.
As a further improvement of the invention, the refrigeration module comprises a compressor, and the compressor and the control module are started and stopped synchronously.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the refrigeration module further comprises a heat exchanger disposed in the water tank and connected to the compressor through a conduit.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the refrigeration module further comprises a heat exchanger disposed outside the water tank, and the heat exchanger is connected to the water tank through a conduit.
As a further improvement of the invention, the temperature measuring module comprises a temperature sensitive diode, the temperature sensitive diode is connected with the control module, and the temperature sensitive diode is arranged in the water tank.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the interactive module comprises a display module and a keyboard module, and the display module and the keyboard module are respectively connected with the control module.
As a further improvement of the invention, the interaction module comprises a display module and a keyboard module, the display module is connected with the control module, and the keyboard module is connected with the display module.
As a further improvement of the invention, the interaction module comprises a touch display screen, and the touch display screen is connected with the control module.
As a further improvement of the invention, the control module comprises an STM32F407 chip, and the STM32F407 chip is used as a main control chip.

referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a temperature control device for a sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus, which includes a water tank, a refrigeration module, a heating module, an internal circulation module, a temperature measurement module, a control module, and an interaction module.
The control module uses STM32F407 as a main control chip, the main control chip is provided with an ADC chip, the refrigeration module comprises a compressor and a heat exchanger, the temperature measurement module comprises a temperature sensitive diode, and the interaction module comprises a display module and a keyboard module.
The refrigeration module, the heating module and the internal circulation module are respectively connected with the control module. And the temperature sensitive diode of the temperature measurement module is connected to the ADC chip of the control module through a lead. The display module is connected with the control module through a serial port cable and is in data communication with the control module, the keyboard module is connected with the display module, and as other realizable schemes, the keyboard module can be connected with the control module; the display module can also be a touch display screen and is connected with the control module. The compressor and the heat exchanger of the refrigeration module are arranged outside the water tank, the heat exchanger is connected with the water tank through a conduit, as other realizable schemes, the heat exchanger can also be arranged inside the water tank, and the compressor is connected with the heat exchanger through a conduit. And the temperature-sensitive diodes of the heating module, the internal circulation module and the temperature measuring module are arranged in the water tank.
Before the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus works, 4000ml of pure water and 500ml of 95% ethanol solution are added into the water tank. The keyboard module is used for setting the target temperature of the water tank, working parameters (set water temperature, real-time water temperature, system state and the like) of the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus are displayed on the display module, the internal circulation module is started, and the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus is started.
In the working process of the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus, the service life of the compressor is shortened to avoid frequent start and stop of the compressor, so that equipment faults are caused. The refrigeration module keeps continuous full-power operation in the whole working process of the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus, the control module receives the temperature of liquid in the water tank detected by the temperature measurement module in real time, and adjusts the starting, stopping and output power of the heating module to enable refrigeration and heating to be in opposition, and when the temperature of the liquid in the water tank is lower than a set temperature, the heating module is started to heat the liquid in the water tank; and when the liquid temperature is higher than the set temperature, stopping the heating module, and maintaining the liquid temperature within the range of +/-0.2 ℃ of the set target temperature.
The refrigeration module keeps continuous full-power operation in the whole working process of the sub-low temperature therapeutic apparatus, and in a continuous working period, the compressor only needs to complete one-time starting and stopping action, so that the problem that the service life of the compressor is shortened due to frequent starting and stopping of the compressor, and equipment failure is easily caused can be effectively avoided. The heating module is arranged in the water tank and directly heats liquid in the water tank, so that energy loss in the heat transfer process is reduced, and the heating efficiency is improved. Through setting up the inner loop module, circulate liquid in the water tank is inside, overcome the condition that liquid temperature is different everywhere in the water tank that leads to because heat conduction is bad, avoid carrying the liquid temperature to using the position to appear undulantly among the treatment.
