Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above problems or at least partially solve the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a cloud-computing-based system and method for conducting an exhibition negotiation, which can establish an effective interaction channel between an exhibitor and an audience, thereby improving interactivity and sales propagation efficiency.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an exhibition negotiation system based on cloud computing, including an exhibition information module, an exhibitor module, an audience module, and a negotiation module, where:
the exhibition information module is used for acquiring and displaying commodity information of each exhibitor;
the exhibition merchant module is used for acquiring and sending exhibition merchant information;
the audience module is used for acquiring and transmitting audience information;
and the negotiation module is used for establishing a communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the information of the exhibitor and the audience, acquiring and analyzing negotiation data, and generating and sending a negotiation report.
The system simulates the line exhibition, and the audience can communicate with the exhibitor at any time. The exhibition information module is used for acquiring commodity information of each exhibitor, wherein the commodity information comprises commodity picture information, commodity contents, commodity production places, commodity types, commodity price information, commodity inventory information and the like; the exhibition information is obtained and sent through the exhibitor module, the audience information is obtained and sent through the audience module, so that a communication negotiation channel is established for corresponding exhibition audiences and exhibition exhibitors in the following process, the exhibitor information comprises identity information of the exhibitor, qualification information of the exhibitor, contract rule information of the exhibitor, IP address information of the exhibitor and the like, and the audience information comprises identity information of the audiences, browsing information of the audiences, position information of the audiences, love information of the audiences, historical record information of the audiences, IP address information of the audiences and the like; the method comprises the steps that audiences can initiate communication negotiation requests to corresponding commodity-related exhibitors according to own needs, communication negotiation channels between the exhibitors and the audiences are established through negotiation modules according to exhibitor information and audience information, the exhibitor information and the audience information refer to identity information in the exhibitor information and identity information in the audience information, negotiation data are obtained and analyzed, and negotiation reports are generated and sent, wherein the negotiation reports comprise commodity negotiation dialogue data, contract modification data, video data, voice data and the like.

Based on the first aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the audience module includes an audience identity submodule, a location submodule, and a browsing submodule, where:
the audience identity submodule is used for acquiring and transmitting identity information of each exhibition audience;
the position submodule is used for acquiring and transmitting real-time position information of each exhibitor audience;
and the browsing submodule is used for acquiring and transmitting the information of the browsed and exhibited commodities of each exhibited audience.
Based on the first aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the negotiation module includes a request obtaining sub-module, a channel establishing sub-module, a data obtaining sub-module, and a data processing sub-module, where:
the request acquisition submodule is used for acquiring negotiation requests of an exhibitor and audiences;
the channel establishing submodule is used for establishing a communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request;
the data acquisition submodule is used for acquiring and sending negotiation data of an exhibitor and audiences transmitted by a communication negotiation channel;
and the data processing sub-module is used for receiving and analyzing negotiation data of the exhibitor and the audience, and generating and sending negotiation reports.
Based on the first aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the channel establishing sub-module includes a determining unit, a real-time unit, and a reservation unit, where:
the judging unit is used for judging whether real-time communication is needed according to the communication time information in the negotiation request, and if so, the real-time unit works; if not, the reservation unit works;
the real-time unit is used for establishing a real-time communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request;
and the reservation unit is used for establishing a reservation communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the communication time information, the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cloud computing-based exhibition negotiation method, including the following steps:
acquiring and displaying commodity information of each exhibitor;
acquiring and sending exhibition merchant information;
acquiring and transmitting audience information;
and establishing a communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the information of the exhibitor and the information of the audience, acquiring and analyzing negotiation data, and generating and sending a negotiation report.

Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for establishing a communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the information of the exhibitor and the audience in the negotiation request includes the following steps:
judging whether real-time communication is needed or not according to communication time information in the negotiation request, and if so, establishing a real-time communication negotiation channel between an exhibitor and audiences according to the information of the exhibitor and the information of the audiences in the negotiation request; if not, establishing an appointed communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the communication time information, the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request.

When acquiring exhibitor information, in order to improve the data processing efficiency, the exhibitor information is acquired according to different information types, the identity identification information of each exhibitor is acquired and sent by the exhibitor identity submodule 210, so that the exhibitor who communicates is selected to negotiate through the identity identification information of the exhibitor in a targeted manner subsequently acquires and sends each commodity contract agreement information of each exhibitor by the agreement submodule 220, and the bargaining negotiation is carried out through the corresponding commodity contract agreement information subsequently, thereby improving the offline exhibition simulation effect.
Based on the first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the audience module 300 includes an audience identity submodule 310, a location submodule 320, and a browsing submodule 330, wherein:
the audience identity submodule 310 is used for acquiring and sending identity information of each audience participating in exhibition;

In order to improve convenience for subsequently establishing a communication channel and conveniently carrying out classification processing on data, the data processing efficiency is improved, and audience data of different types are respectively obtained. The identity information of each exhibition audience is obtained and sent through the audience identity submodule 310, and the identity information comprises audience identity identification information, audience address information and the like, so that a communication channel is established according to the audience identity information in the following; the real-time position information of each exhibition audience is obtained and sent through the position sub-module 320, and the real-time position information comprises the position information of commodities browsed by the audience, the position information of exhibitions where the audience is located and the like; the browsing sub-module 330 obtains and sends the information of the browsed and exhibited commodities of each audience, and different exhibitors can track browsing traces of the audiences so as to carry out commodity recommendation and negotiation in the following.
Based on the first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the negotiation module 400 includes a request obtaining sub-module 410, a channel establishing sub-module 420, a data obtaining sub-module 430, and a data processing sub-module 440, where:
a request acquisition sub-module 410, configured to acquire negotiation requests of an exhibitor and a viewer;

When a communication negotiation channel is established, first, a negotiation request of an exhibitor and a spectator is acquired through the request acquisition sub-module 410, and the acquired negotiation request is sent to the channel establishment sub-module 420; establishing a communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the identity information of the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request through a channel establishing sub-module 420; after the communication negotiation channel is established, the negotiation data of the exhibitor and the audience transmitted by the communication negotiation channel is acquired and sent to the data processing sub-module 440 through the data acquisition sub-module 430, and the negotiation data comprises video data, voice data, commodity data, contract data and the like; the data processing sub-module 440 receives and analyzes negotiation data of the exhibitor and the audience, and generates and transmits a negotiation report, wherein the negotiation report comprises commodity negotiation dialogue data, contract modification data, video data, voice data and the like, so as to record and check statistics in the following process, and the analysis of the negotiation data means that the negotiation data between the exhibitor and the audience are counted, a new contract is generated according to contract modification adjustment information in the negotiation data between the exhibitor and the audience, or price information of corresponding commodities is adjusted according to the negotiation data between the exhibitor and the audience, and the like.
Based on the first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the channel establishing sub-module 420 includes a determining unit 421, a real-time unit 422, and a reservation unit 423, where:
a judging unit 421, configured to judge whether real-time communication is needed according to communication time information in the negotiation request, and if yes, the real-time unit 422 operates; if not, the reservation unit 423 operates;
the real-time unit 422 is used for establishing a real-time communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the information of the exhibitor and the audience in the negotiation request;
and the reservation unit 423 is used for establishing a reserved communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the communication time information, the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request.
The spectators and the exhibitors can also carry out the conference booking operation, when the negotiation request is received, firstly, the judgment unit 421 judges whether real-time communication is needed according to the communication time information in the negotiation request, and when the negotiation time in the negotiation request is the real-time communication time, the real-time unit 422 establishes a real-time communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the spectators according to the information of the exhibitor and the spectators in the negotiation request; when the negotiation time in the negotiation request is not real-time, a reservation unit 423 establishes a reservation communication negotiation channel between an exhibitor and a spectator according to communication time information, exhibitor information and spectator information in the negotiation request, namely, a reservation conference, and establishes a communication negotiation channel according to the communication time information in the negotiation request, so that both the spectator and the exhibitor can select proper time to negotiate.
In a second aspect, as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cloud computing-based exhibition negotiation method, including the following steps:
s1, acquiring and displaying commodity information of each exhibitor;

Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for acquiring and transmitting audience information includes the following steps:
acquiring and transmitting identity information of each participating audience;
acquiring and transmitting real-time position information of each audience participating in exhibition;
and acquiring and transmitting the information of the browsed and exhibited commodities of each exhibited audience.

When a communication negotiation channel is established, firstly, negotiation requests of an exhibitor and audiences are obtained, and then, the communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audiences is established according to the information of the exhibitor and the identity information of the audience information in the negotiation requests; when the communication negotiation channel is established and the audience and the exhibitor negotiate, acquiring and sending negotiation data of the exhibitor and the audience, which are transmitted by the communication negotiation channel, wherein the negotiation data comprises video data, voice data, commodity data, contract data and the like; receiving and analyzing negotiation data of an exhibitor and audiences, and generating and sending a negotiation report, wherein the negotiation report comprises commodity negotiation dialogue data, contract modification data, video data, voice data and the like so as to record and check statistics in the following process, and the analysis of the negotiation data refers to counting the negotiation data between the exhibitor and the audiences, generating a new contract according to contract modification adjustment information in the negotiation data between the exhibitor and the audiences, or adjusting price information of corresponding commodities according to the negotiation data between the exhibitor and the audiences.
As shown in fig. 4, according to the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for establishing a communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the information of the exhibitor and the audience in the negotiation request includes the following steps:
a1, judging whether real-time communication is needed according to the communication time information in the negotiation request, if yes, entering the step A2; if not, go to step A3;
a2, establishing a real-time communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request;
a3, establishing a reservation communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the audience according to the communication time information, the exhibitor information and the audience information in the negotiation request.
The method comprises the following steps that a spectator and an exhibitor can also carry out a reserved conference operation, when a negotiation request is received, whether real-time communication is needed or not is judged according to communication time information in the negotiation request, and when the negotiation time in the negotiation request is real-time communication time, a real-time communication negotiation channel between the exhibitor and the spectator is established according to exhibitor information and spectator information in the negotiation request; when the negotiation time in the negotiation request is not real-time, a reservation communication negotiation channel between an exhibitor and a spectator is established according to the communication time information, the exhibitor information and the spectator information in the negotiation request, namely, a reservation conference is established, the communication negotiation channel is established according to the communication time information in the negotiation request, and both the spectator and the exhibitor can select proper time to negotiate.
In summary, embodiments of the present invention provide an exhibition negotiation system and method based on cloud computing, which simulate an offline exhibition, and a spectator can communicate with an exhibitor at any time, and can establish an effective interaction channel between the exhibitor and the spectator, thereby improving interactivity and sales propagation efficiency.
