The invention discloses a method for analyzing torque of pedal opening by a vehicle VCU (vehicle control unit), which comprises the steps of entering a verification mode of P gear when the pedal opening is verified to be 0%, pressing an emergency stop button to continuously press an ice and snow mode button for 5 times, and enabling two feet to leave the pedal; the voltage value u1 reported by the two pedal sensors and acquired by the ADC sampling PIN angle is converted into the opening degree of 0% in the program, and the value is stored in an eerom; when the opening of the check pedal is 0%, the check mode is counted as P gear, the emergency stop button is pressed for 10s, the ice and snow mode button is continuously pressed for at least 7 times, and the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are simultaneously stepped on to the bottom; the voltage value u2 reported by the two pedal sensors acquired by the ADC sampling PIN angle is converted into the opening degree of 100% in the program and is stored in an eerom; the initial state of the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal is verified, and the pedal opening analysis accuracy is improved; the full-open state of the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal is verified, and the pedal analysis accuracy is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a VCU (vehicle control unit) of a new energy vehicle, in particular to a method for analyzing torque of the VCU of the vehicle on pedal opening.
Background
At the present stage, the whole vehicle controller is used as a whole vehicle brain, and a controller for interaction between a driver and a whole vehicle has an irreplaceable effect on the aspect of the whole vehicle controller, and is particularly important in the aspect of precision of acquiring the opening degrees of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal to be used as the torque analysis input of the whole vehicle. The accelerator pedal and the brake pedal which are adopted in the market at present adopt a mode that a sensor collects a conversion voltage value of an analog opening, and the situation that the sampling range has deviation due to the difference of the pedal installation and the sensor and the like can occur.
(1) The initial position is displayed inaccurately;
(2) the termination location is inaccurate;
(3) the pedal opening and the vehicle speed are collected in the aspect of model verification, and the vehicle acceleration performance and the smoothness need to be carried out in the vehicle calibration process.

s5: and (3) calculating the opening degree: the initial test means that 0% of ADC sampling values are U1, 100% opening sampling values are U2, when a pedal is stepped on, the sampling voltage of the whole vehicle controller is U0, and the corresponding pedal opening is analyzed to be U0/(U2-U1) × 100%;
preferably, when the 0% opening check or the 100% opening check is adopted singly, the other state is kept unchanged.

When the 0% opening check or the 100% opening check is singly adopted, the other state is kept unchanged.
Modifying a torque analysis mode, and analyzing a larger torque than that under the same opening degree and vehicle speed to improve the vehicle acceleration performance when a driver quickly steps on an accelerator pedal; when a driver quickly steps on the brake pedal, the analyzed torque is larger than the brake torque of the same vehicle speed and pedal opening degree, and the driving performance of the vehicle can be better.
