一种带风机的灶具燃气燃烧器,包括燃气燃烧器、风箱、风机、进气管、喷嘴和燃气阀,燃气燃烧器包括引射管,风箱设在引射管的端部,风箱与引射管连通,喷嘴穿过风箱伸入引射管内,燃气阀、进气管和喷嘴依次连通;还包括线路板和热敏电阻,线路板上的供电电路给热敏电阻供电,热敏电阻与进气管外表面贴合,流经进气管的燃气经进气管壁与热敏电阻热交换;热敏电阻的温度变化引起电压变化,电压变化的信号传递到线路板,线路板控制风机的转速。由于采用这样的结构,热敏电阻的电压变化的信号传递到线路板,然后线路板控制风机的转速;实现燃气和空气合理匹配,燃烧充分,提高了能效。

本发明涉及一种燃气灶具。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种带风机的灶具燃气燃烧器,包括底壳、面板、燃气燃烧器、风箱、风机、进气管、喷嘴和燃气阀,燃气燃烧器包括引射管,风箱设在引射管的端部,风箱与引射管连通,喷嘴穿过风箱伸入引射管内,燃气阀、进气管和喷嘴依次连通。存在问题是:燃气和空气比例不匹配,风机的转速与燃气流量不匹配,燃烧不充分,能效低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种带风机的灶具燃气燃烧器,它可以根据燃气流量、控制风机的转速,达到燃气流量和空气量比例相适应,进而提高能效。
本发明是这样实现的:一种带风机的灶具燃气燃烧器,包括燃气燃烧器、风箱、风机、进气管、喷嘴和燃气阀,燃气燃烧器包括引射管,风箱设在引射管的端部,风箱与引射管连通,喷嘴穿过风箱伸入引射管内,燃气阀、进气管和喷嘴依次连通;其特殊之处在于:还包括线路板和热敏电阻,
线路板上的供电电路给热敏电阻供电,热敏电阻与进气管外表面贴合,流经进气管的燃气经进气管壁与热敏电阻热交换;热敏电阻的温度变化引起电压变化,电压变化的信号传递到线路板,线路板控制风机的转速。
本发明一种带风机的灶具燃气燃烧器,由于采用这样的结构,热敏电阻的电压变化的信号传递到线路板,然后线路板控制风机的转速;实现燃气和空气合理匹配,燃烧充分,提高了能效。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种带风机的灶具燃气燃烧器,包括燃气燃烧器1、风箱2、风机3、喷嘴6、进气管4和燃气阀5,燃气燃烧器11包括引射管11,风箱2设在引射管11的端部,风箱2与引射管11连通,喷嘴6穿过风箱2并伸入引射管11内,燃气阀5、进气管4和喷嘴6连通;
还包括线路板(图中未示出)、热敏电阻7,
线路板上的供电电路给热敏电阻7供电,热敏电阻7与进气管4外表面贴合;流经进气管4的燃气经进气管4壁与热敏电阻7热交换;热敏电阻7的温度变化引起电压变化,电压变化的信号传递到线路板,线路板控制风机3的转速。
本发明使用时,当打开燃气阀5,燃气通过进气管4、喷嘴6,进入引射管11。当燃气流过进气管4时,会带走进气管4壁上的热量,从而使紧贴进气管4壁外表面的热敏电阻7的温度发生变化,热敏电阻7温度的变化引起电压变化;即燃气流量的变化会引起热敏电阻7的温度变化,热敏电阻7上的阻值也紧跟着一起变化,这样,该热敏电阻7上的电压降即为燃气流量的输出信号电压。电压变化的信号传递到线路板,线路板控制风机2的转速,实现空气量和燃气量匹配。
