the fixed support is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, a plurality of first chambers are arranged on the fixed support, and each first chamber is provided with a first opening part;
the supporting assembly is arranged in the first cavity, a second cavity is formed in the supporting assembly, the second cavity is provided with a second opening, and the supporting assembly is hinged with the wall of the first cavity;
a drive assembly connected to the support assembly;
the supporting component is provided with a first position and a second position, when the supporting component is at the first position, the wall of the supporting component covers the first opening, and when the supporting component is at the second position, the second opening is exposed out of the first opening.
As an optional embodiment, the support assembly includes a support plate, and a first side plate and a second side plate oppositely disposed at two sides of the support plate, and the first side plate, the second side plate and the support plate enclose a second chamber;
when the supporting plate assembly is in a first position, the first side plate covers the first opening part;
the supporting plate is positioned at one end of the first side plate and hinged with the wall of the first cavity.
As an alternative embodiment, the second side plate is lower than the first side plate, so that when the support assembly rotates from the first position/the second position to the second position/the first position, the second side plate is arranged to avoid the top wall of the first chamber.
As an optional embodiment, the inner wall of the second chamber is provided with a silica gel cushion layer.
As an alternative embodiment, the inner wall of the second side plate is gradually inclined outward in a direction toward the second opening portion, so that the inner diameter of the second chamber is gradually expanded in a direction toward the second opening portion.

From the above, according to the conveying device for the automobile oil pump core, the supporting component with the second cavity is arranged in the first cavity in a hinged mode, and the driving component controls the supporting component to be fixed at the first position and the second position respectively, so that the automobile oil pump core can be well protected in the conveying process, and the conveying device is convenient for users to place and take and is simple and efficient.

In the following description of the embodiments, the detailed description of the present invention, such as the manufacturing processes and the operation and use methods, will be further described in detail to help those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the inventive concept and technical solutions of the present invention.
In order to achieve the above object, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a delivery device of an oil pump core 100 of an automobile, comprising
A base plate 1;
the handrail 2 is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate 1;
a plurality of groups of rollers 3 which are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 1;
a fixed bracket 4 fixedly mounted on the base plate 1, wherein a plurality of first chambers 41 are arranged on the fixed bracket 4, and the first chambers 41 are provided with first opening parts;
a support member 5 disposed in the first chamber 41, wherein the support member 5 forms a second chamber having a second opening, and the support member 5 is hinged to a wall of the first chamber 41;
a drive assembly 6 connected to the support assembly 5;
the support member 5 has a first position in which the first opening is covered by a wall of the support member 5 and a second position in which the second opening is exposed from the first opening.
In the present invention, the driving unit 6 is activated to change the supporting unit 5 from the first position to the second position, at which time the second opening is exposed from the first opening, so that the pump core 100 of the automobile oil pump can be placed in the second chamber from the second opening part, after the placement is completed, the drive assembly 6 is operated in reverse to return the support assembly 5 from the second position to the first position, in which case, the wall of the supporting component 5 shields the first opening part, the automobile oil pump core 100 is completely stored in the second cavity, the purpose of storing the automobile oil pump core 100 is achieved, the handrail 2 and the roller 3 are arranged, so that the automobile oil pump core 100 can be transported, when the automobile oil pump core 100 stored in the automobile oil pump core needs to be taken out, the driving assembly 6 is started again, the supporting assembly 5 is moved from the first position to the second position, and the second opening portion is exposed again, so that a user can take out the automobile oil pump core 100 stored in the second chamber conveniently. In the invention, the supporting component 5 with the second cavity is hinged in the first cavity 41, and the driving component 6 is used for controlling the supporting component 5 to be respectively fixed at the first position and the second position, so that the automobile oil pump core 100 can be well protected in the conveying process, and the automobile oil pump core can be conveniently placed and taken by a user, and is simple and efficient.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the supporting assembly 5 includes a supporting plate 51, and a first side plate 52 and a second side plate 53 oppositely disposed on two sides of the supporting plate 51, wherein the first side plate 52, the second side plate 53 and the supporting plate 51 enclose a second chamber;
when the supporting plate 51 assembly is in the first position, the first side plate 52 covers the first opening;
the support plate 51 is hinged to the wall of the first chamber 41 at one end of the first side plate 52.
Thus, the first side plate 52 is configured to enclose a second chamber to store the automobile oil pump core 100, and the first side plate 52 can also shield the first opening to realize the airtight storage of the automobile oil pump core 100.
Optionally, the second side plate 53 is lower than the first side plate 52, so that when the support assembly 5 rotates from the first position/the second position to the second position/the first position, the second side plate 53 is evacuated from the top wall of the first chamber 41. Thus, the interference of the support assembly 5 when rotating from the first position/the second position to the second position/the first position is avoided.
Optionally, a silicone cushion layer 54 is disposed on an inner wall of the second chamber. So, through setting up silica gel bed course 54, meticulous shock attenuation that can be fine avoids the local atress of car oil pump core 100 too big.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-5, a first sliding slot is formed on the second side plate 53;
a pressure lever 55 is further included, the pressure lever 55 is slidably mounted in the first sliding chute, the pressure lever 55 has a first end portion located in the second chamber and a second end portion located in the first chamber 41;
and the return spring 56 is sleeved on the abutting rod 55, and two ends of the return spring 56 abut against the second side plate 53 and the abutting rod 55 respectively.
Thus, when the supporting component 5 is located at the second position, under the action of the return spring 56, the first end portion is tightly attached to the second side plate 53, so as to put the automobile oil pump core 100 in, when the supporting component 5 moves from the second position to the first position, the wall of the first chamber 41 is pressed against the second end portion, so that the first end portion is pressed against the automobile oil pump core 100 prevented from being in the second chamber, so as to further fix the automobile oil pump core 100.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-4, the drive assembly 6 includes
The telescopic rod 61 is fixedly arranged on the fixed bracket 4;
the limiting support block 62 is fixedly connected with the movable end of the telescopic rod 61, and the limiting support block 62 is provided with a first end surface and a second end surface which are adjacent;
the two ends of the torsion spring 63 are respectively abutted against the fixed bracket 4 and the supporting component 5;
the limit support block 62 has a third position and a fourth position, when the limit support block 62 is fixed at the third position, the first end surface of the limit support block 62 abuts against the support component 5, so that the support component 5 is fixed at the first position, and when the limit support block 62 is fixed at the fourth position, the second end surface of the limit support block 62 abuts against the support component 5, so that the support component 5 is fixed at the second position.
Thus, the first end surface and the second end surface of the limit support block 62 are designed, so that the function of locking or supporting the first side plate 52 can be achieved according to the change of the position of the limit support block 62.
Optionally, the fixed bracket 4 is provided with a second sliding groove, the limit support block 62 further includes a connecting end, the connecting end is slidably mounted in the second sliding groove, and the connecting end is fixedly connected with the movable end of the telescopic rod 61.
