Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flower basket manufacturing, in particular to a woven craft flower basket and an automatic assembly line production method thereof.
Background
The flower basket is a basket for containing flowers or flower arrangement made by taking the basket as a container, and is one of the most common flower decoration forms in gardening, social and etiquette occasions. The sizes are large and small, the shapes are in a single-side view and a four-side view, and the shapes are regular sector shapes, radial shapes, oval shapes, irregular L shapes, crescent shapes and the like.
In recent years, due to the continuous increase of labor cost of hand-knitted products, the application of the products in the flower and garden industry is more and more marginalized, and although customers still like the traditional process, the cost is high, and the application only well turns to cheaper plastic products. If this problem could be solved, the market could be reopened with unlimited commercial prospects.
Meanwhile, at present, no similar product capable of being automatically produced exists in the market, all the woven flower baskets are purely woven by hands, but the attractiveness of the hand-woven flower baskets is uneven, the efficiency is low even by the most skilled workers, a great amount of time is consumed for weaving one flower basket, the labor cost is high, and the economic benefit of the product is low.
