Background
Traditional air filter adopts single manufacturing and encapsulation, and different filter cores make up the complete machine when, combine according to the designing requirement: for example, in order to meet the requirements of stage filtration, different filter elements such as primary filtration, intermediate filtration and high filtration are installed together in series, and additional structural members are needed for fixing and sealing, so that the problems of difficult sealing among the filter elements and the like are caused, and the efficiency of the whole machine is influenced.
In a scene requiring large air volume and low noise, the effective filtering area of the filter element is generally required to be increased. In traditional solution, use more closely and the great filter paper of folding height of folding interval can bring more structure windage, use the filter core of large tracts of land and need have bigger mounting dimension, and use a plurality of filter cores parallelly connected, need introduce more structures and fix and seal, also have the sealed difficult scheduling problem between the filter core.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention adopts the principle that the toothed plates and the pressing plates seal the filter paper in the self-patented technology (patent number: ZL 201820279198.5), provides a full-mechanical sealed multilayer air filter element, adopts a pure mechanical mode to fix and seal the multilayer filter paper with folds, and completes the fixation and the sealing of the multilayer filter paper by combining the specific toothed plates and the pressing plates on all levels of a filter element frame; the toothed plates, the pressing plates and the filter paper of different levels form a complete and airtight air duct together, so that a multi-layer air filter element with small volume, high efficiency and integration is formed. This multilayer air filter can constitute the parallelly connected or series connection filter core of the number of piles more than two-layer and respectively according to the demand of reality through simple adjustment to satisfy different demands, solve the problem of mentioning in the above background art, simultaneously the filter core can also be through the filter core frame change filter paper used repeatedly, is a novel multilayer air filter of simple, high efficiency and environmental protection.
The invention provides two toothed plates with toothed meshing functions, which comprise an end toothed plate and a middle toothed plate, wherein the end toothed plate and the middle toothed plate are used for tightly pressing and sealing the folded side edges of filter paper tapes of different levels, and the middle toothed plate is provided with double-sided toothed edges for mounting filter paper of each level and expanding and transiting to the next level.
The other three pressing plates comprise a narrow pressing plate, a wide pressing plate and a middle pressing plate, and are matched with the toothed plates to carry out compression joint sealing on the other flat surfaces of the filter paper, so that the complete sealing of each level of filter paper and the filter element frame is achieved, and the whole multi-layer filter element is locked and reinforced through a locking device.
According to actual design requirements, when the parallel filter element is designed, the opening is formed in the corresponding middle pressing plate and the corresponding end pressing plate to serve as an air inlet and an air outlet, the upper end opening and the lower end opening of the filter element are sealed by the cover plate, and meanwhile, according to the designed air volume requirement, the position and the inclination angle of the toothed line on the toothed plate, the interval sizes of the adjacent level filter paper at different positions are adjusted, and the design of the air channel inside the multilayer parallel filter element can be completed.
When the filter core series connection of needs uses, do not trompil or seal original opening on the clamp plate, the lower extreme is not sealed on the filter core, and different types of filter paper crimping respectively is on the pinion rack and the clamp plate of corresponding level, can form multilayer series connection filter core. The invention has the technical effects and advantages that: the fixing and sealing of the multi-layer filter paper are completed by utilizing the full mechanical sealing principle and adopting toothed plates and pressing plates with different quantities. The design of multilayer parallel and series filter elements can be flexibly completed by different combinations, the effective filtering area of the filter elements can be increased and the volume of the whole machine can be reduced when the filter elements are used in parallel, and the filter elements are particularly suitable for being used in scenes with dense personnel and high air volume and low noise; when used in series, different types of filter paper can be tightly combined, so that the whole machine has a simple and reliable structure. The multi-layer air filter element provided by the invention integrates the packaging of filter paper of different levels, has a compact structure and good sealing performance, is smooth and firm in the end surface of the air inlet and outlet interface, is convenient to be connected with other components, and can be widely applied to air purifiers and fresh air blowers.

Detailed Description
In the following, referring to fig. 1, a detailed description will be given of a specific embodiment of the present invention by taking three parallel filter elements as an example, where the documents "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper" and "lower" refer to the orientation shown in fig. 1.
The present invention provides a fully mechanically sealed multi-layered air filter cartridge as shown in fig. 1, comprising a pleated filter paper 7 and a cartridge frame 123 for fixing and sealing the multi-layered filter paper.
The filter element frame 123 is a rectangular frame, and includes 1 lower frame 11 shown in fig. 2, 2 middle frames 21 and 22 shown in fig. 4, and 1 upper frame 31 shown in fig. 3, and the lower frame 11 and the upper frame 31 have the same structure in this case.
The lower frame 11 comprises 2 end toothed plates 1, 1 end pressing plate 6 and 1 narrow pressing plate 4, and the end toothed plates 1 are used for fixing and sealing the filter element upper and lower end face filter paper folding edges.
The middle frames 21 and 22 have the same structure and respectively comprise 2 middle tooth plates 2, 1 narrow pressing plate 4 and 1 wide pressing plate 5; the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle toothed plate 2 are both provided with a sawtooth design and used for expanding the layer number of the multi-layer filter element filter paper; the number of the middle frames depends on the number of filter paper layers of the designed multilayer filter element, if the design requirement is N (N is more than or equal to 2) layers of filter elements, the number of the middle frames is N-1; the example is a three-layer filter element, and the number of the middle frames is 2.
The upper frame 31 comprises 2 end tooth plates 1, 1 end pressing plate 6 and 1 narrow pressing plate 4.
The sawtooth arrangement on the end toothed plate 1 and the middle toothed plate 2 inclines up and down at a certain angle, and an air channel with a cross section continuously changing from left to right is formed between the upper frame 31, the middle frame 21, the middle frame 22 and the lower frame 11 after filter paper is installed, so that the air quantity of the air channel is continuously reduced (an air inlet channel) or increased (an air outlet channel) in each air channel in a matching manner, the air resistance is reduced, and the whole volume of the filter element is reduced.
The wide pressure plate 5 and the end pressure plate 6 can be perforated according to the design requirement and used as ports for air flow to enter and exit the filter element; the narrow pressing plate 4 used on the opposite side plugs the other side of the air duct of the layer while fixing the filter paper by matching with the toothed plate, determines the flowing direction of the air flow on each layer, and becomes an air inlet duct or an air outlet duct according to the design plan, see fig. 6.
The 3 layers of filter paper 7 with folds are respectively arranged on the toothed plates and the pressing plates between the lower frame 11 and the middle frame 21, between the middle frame 21 and the middle frame 22, and between the middle frame 22 and the upper frame 31.
When the filter paper is installed, as shown in fig. 5, the lower frame 11 is laid flat, the folded edges of the filter paper with corresponding folding number are laid flat and placed in the serrated grooves on the two sides of the end toothed plate 1, the flat edges of the filter paper are placed on the planes of the two sides of the narrow pressing plate 4 and the pressing plate 6 on the opposite side end, and the middle frame 21 is aligned and buckled, so that the installation of the first layer of filter paper is completed.
Similarly, a second layer of filter paper is placed over the upper serrated edge of the middle toothed plate 2, the wide press plate 5 and the opposite narrow press plate 4 of the middle frame 21, aligned and snapped onto the middle frame 22.
Similarly, a third layer of filter paper is placed on the upper serrated edge of the middle toothed plate 2, the wide pressing plate 5 and the opposite narrow pressing plate 4 of the middle frame 22, aligned and fastened to the upper frame 31, and then the locking device 8 is tightened.
The upper and lower planes of the filter element frame 123 are covered with the upper cover plate 9 for sealing the upper and lower ends of the filter element, the opening parts at the left and right ends of the filter element are used as air inlet and outlet which can be exchanged left and right, see fig. 6.
The above detailed implementation of the three-layer parallel filter element is that when the used filter paper 7 needs to be replaced, the locking device 8 is only required to be loosened, the lower frame 11, the middle frame 21, the middle frame 22 and the upper frame 31 are separated, the filter paper 7 of each layer is taken down, and then new filter paper is installed again according to the steps of 0028-0031.
When the design requires that the multiple layers of air filter elements are used in series, the structural design only needs to keep that the wide pressure plate 5 and the end pressure plate 6 are not provided with holes or block the original holes, the upper cover plate 9 and the lower cover plate 9 are not used, and the other structures are consistent with the parallel filter elements, which is referred to item 0021 and 0025 above; the series filter elements use the upper and lower end surfaces as air inlets and outlets, which are interchangeable, see fig. 7.
The installation of multilayer series connection filter core and filter paper change process except not using the apron, all the other are unanimous with parallelly connected filter core, refer to the installation step 0028 of parallelly connected filter core above and add one's lessons 0031.
It should be noted that the described embodiment of the present invention is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and other modifications implemented by those skilled in the art under the principle of the present invention should be within the protection scope of the present invention.
