本发明公开了一种洗发慕斯组合物及其制备方法与应用,涉及日用化妆品技术领域。本发明所述洗发慕斯组合物包含表面活性剂复配物和活性成分纳米脂质体;所述表面活性剂复配物包含椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠;所述活性成分纳米脂质体包含海茴香提取物、果聚糖、鱼腥草提取物和椰油酰基氨基酸钠/肌氨酸/天冬氨酸钾/天冬氨酸镁复配物。由所述洗发慕斯组合物制备的洗发慕斯对皮肤无刺激,可深入毛囊,对头皮起到良好的修护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种洗发慕斯组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
洗护用品已然走过了基础清洁、滋养、温和、除菌等诉求阶段,随着环境污染日益加重、精神压力增加、护肤习惯改变等,敏感性皮肤在全球均有较高的发生率。研究表明,大约40-50%的欧洲人都报告有皮肤敏感的现象。中国女性自评头皮敏感比例为35.77%,3S问卷发现头皮敏感比例为57.45%。敏感性皮肤(sensitive skin,SS)指皮肤在生理或病理条件下发生的一种皮肤高反应状态,临床表现为受到物理、化学、精神等因素刺激时皮肤易出现灼热、刺痛、瘙痒及紧绷感等主观症状,间或伴有红斑、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张等客观体征。对于敏感头皮,瘙痒是最常见的症状。紧绷、烧灼、刺痛等感觉与面部敏感皮肤类似,可与面部敏感皮肤伴发,头皮屑不能被认为是敏感皮肤的症状,敏感头皮有时与一些头皮疾病有关:脂溢性皮炎、染发皮炎、酒渣鼻、头皮银屑病、特应性皮炎等。
敏感头皮的发生机制主要涉及角质层渗透性增加和感觉神经高反应性两个方面。敏感皮肤一般角质层会受到破坏。当头皮屏障功能破坏的时候,角质层里面的水分会顺着皮肤表面的破坏掉的皮脂膜的缝隙出去,经表皮水分流失增加,水分流失以后,皮肤就会干燥。干燥的皮肤会影响角质细胞成熟的过程,这个过程中产生的一些脂质的成分就会变化,角质细胞就会皱缩,这个时候皮肤的砖墙结构中就会出现很多的缝隙,这样会加重皮肤屏障的破坏。因此,敏感头皮会出现两种变化:1)皮肤屏障功能受损:皮肤各屏障(主要是物理屏障)受损;角质形成细胞数量减少造成的角质层变薄会导致水溶性化学物质透皮吸收增加;受损的皮肤屏障减少了对神经末梢的保护,同时增加透皮失水;2)神经系统介导不适感:敏感性皮肤个体反复炎症反应后可能出现表皮神经末梢密度增加,在特应性皮炎患者的皮损中已得到证实。伤害感受受体(如:瞬时受体电位通道家族-TRP)在敏感性皮肤的神经末梢以及角质形成细胞的表达上调,易导致敏感性皮肤个体产生疼痛、瘙痒以及灼烧感。
目前,市面上有各种类型的针对敏感头皮的洗发水,但是,都存在一个问题,就是普通的洗发水原液的浓度比较高,需要揉搓产生泡沫才能开始清洗,一般敏感头皮接触高浓度的洗发水以后,更容易诱发敏感反应。另一方面,一些针对敏感头发设计的洗发水一般会添加一些活性成分,但是这些活性成分缺少合适的输送途径,造成洗发水在使用过程活性成分很快被洗去,很难停留在头皮上发挥应有的功效,因此,急需一种温和高效的洗发水,这种洗发水既温和无刺激,又能将敏感头发需要的保湿、修护、舒缓成分送达头皮相应部位,达到应有的修复效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种性质温和、具有良好修复作用的洗发慕斯组合物及其制备方法与应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种洗发慕斯组合物,其特征在于,包含表面活性剂复配物和活性成分纳米脂质体;所述表面活性剂复配物包含椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠;所述活性成分纳米脂质体包含海茴香提取物、果聚糖、鱼腥草提取物、椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁。
本发明申请人采用玉米醇溶蛋白-定氮仪检测法对表面活性剂进行筛选,以减少表面活性剂对敏感头皮的刺激。
本发明申请人通过大量实验证实,以椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠复配制备的表面活性剂具有良好的乳化、起泡性,并且刺激性较低。
优选地,所述表面活性剂复配物包含如下重量份的成分:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱10-20份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠和月桂酰谷氨酸钠的复配物10-15份、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐2-10份、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐2-10份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠1-5份。本发明申请人经多次实验证实,以所述配比复配的表面活性剂在用于洗发慕斯时刺激性较低,并且具有较好的乳化、起泡性。
优选地,所述表面活性剂复配物包含如下重量份的成分:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱12-18份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠和月桂酰谷氨酸钠的复配物11-14份、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐4-8份、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐4-8份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠2-4份。
优选地,所述表面活性剂复配物包含如下重量份的成分:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱15份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠和月桂酰谷氨酸钠的复配物12份、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐5份、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐5份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠3份。本发明申请人经多次实验证实,以所述配比复配的表面活性剂用于洗发慕斯时具有最优的综合性能,洗发慕斯最易起泡,并且对头皮的刺激最小。
优选地,所述活性成分纳米脂质体包含如下重量份的成分:海茴香提取物0.2-0.8份、果聚糖0.5-1.5份、鱼腥草提取物0.1-0.5份、椰油酰基氨基酸钠和肌氨酸和天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁的复配物0.5-1.5份。
海茴香提取物,源于盐土植物海茴香的特殊的油溶性提取物,含有特殊的糖脂(如SQDG)、油酸、芥酸和植物甾醇类,能够促进神经酰胺和丝聚蛋白合成,改善细胞呼吸作用,抑制脂质过氧化和炎症反应,重建水平衡,同时还可以提亮肤色,具有保湿、抗衰老、亮肤和抗敏修复的功效。
果聚糖,通过阻止炎症介质白细胞介素-1α的释放达到抗炎功效,可促进细胞再生长,是多效的保湿剂,同时,具有自形成纳米微粒的特性,赋予产品丝绒般的手感;具有迅速修复受破坏的皮肤屏障,保持皮肤水分的功效。
鱼腥草提取物,一种天然的具有抗菌功效的泡沫/清洁增效剂,主要活性成分是槲皮苷,可溶解去除彩妆,发泡能力强,泡沫稳定;对痤疮丙酸杆菌和变形链球菌有明显的抗菌功效;同时还可以抑制人牙龈成纤维细胞中MMP-1的表达。
椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁:具有舒缓、抗刺激活性成分,可以阻止皮肤受刺激时所产生的各种介质的生成,进而有效帮助皮肤抵御各种外界刺激,减弱皮肤的不适感;其中含有的油脂、氨基酸、矿物质等重要营养成分还能重建受损肌肤,保持皮肤滋润。特别适用于针对敏感性肌肤的产品。
纳米脂质体(Nanoliposomes,NLP)是脂质材料在水相中自发形成的亲水性胶粒,能够包裹亲脂性和亲水性生物活性物质,增强活性物质的储存时间,延缓活性物质的释放,从而提高生物活性和利用率。它具有靶向性、无毒害、无免疫原性、生物利用度高、吸收方便、稳定性高等优点,被广泛应用于医药、化妆品、食品和基因工程等方面。本发明以纳米脂质体包封海茴香提取物、果聚糖、鱼腥草提取物、椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁,可透过皮肤角质层进入皮肤深层组织,持续释放活性成分,实现活性成分的透皮共输送,深入毛囊,在毛囊中长时间滞留并能缓释和控释,显著提高其生物利用度。
本发明申请人经多次实验证实,以海茴香提取物、果聚糖、鱼腥草提取物、椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁复配制备的纳米脂质体为活性成分,用于洗发慕斯中具有良好的修复头皮的作用。
优选地,所述椰油酰基氨基酸钠和肌氨酸和天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁的复配物中,椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾、天冬氨酸镁的质量比为椰油酰基氨基酸钠:肌氨酸:天冬氨酸钾:天冬氨酸镁=2:2:1:1。申请人经多次实验证实,以所述配比复配的活性成分用于洗发慕斯中时,可有效抑制脱发现象发生,并可促进新的毛发生长。
与此同时,本发明还公开了一种所述活性成分纳米脂质体的制备方法:将海茴香提取物加入乙醇中,70-80℃下搅拌10-20min,然后加入甘油、果聚糖、鱼腥草提取物、椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾、天冬氨酸镁和水,快速混匀后即得初乳,将初乳于高压均质机中70-90MPa、3次循环均质处理,得到所述活性成分纳米脂质体。
另外,本发明还公开了一种洗发慕斯,包含上述洗发慕斯组合物。该洗发慕斯在使用时配合以气雾罐、阀门和喷嘴组合,以慕斯的形式释放洗发水泡沫,方便快捷,每次泵出的泡沫就像奶油一样丝滑绵密,直接涂抹于头发,泡泡瞬间释放,不仅可以让消费者使用起来更加便捷,省却搓泡起泡的环节,而且可以降低洗发水的刺激性。主要是因为慕斯洗发水泵出的泡沫,相对直接将洗发水的原液在头发上揉搓出泡沫,可以达到同样的清洁效果,但是经过泵头泵出的泡沫,头皮单位面积直接接触洗发水原液的浓度已大大降低,客观上降低了对头皮的刺激性,适用于敏感头皮的消费者。
优选地,所述洗发慕斯还包含如下成分:聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、柠檬酸、羟乙基脲、甘草酸二钾、甜菜碱、小麦水解蛋白、PPG-3辛基醚、苯氧乙醇、山梨酸钾和苯甲酸钠。
优选地,所述洗发慕斯还包含如下重量份的成分:聚季铵盐-10 0.1-0.5份、EDTA二钠0.03-0.07份、尿囊素0.1-0.5份、柠檬酸0.1-0.15份、羟乙基脲1.5-2.5份、甘草酸二钾0.1-0.3份、甜菜碱0.3-0.7份、小麦水解蛋白0.1-0.3份、PPG-3辛基醚0.1-0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.5-1份、山梨酸钾0.1-0.5份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.5份。
同时,本发明还公开了一种所述洗发慕斯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在乳化锅中加入去离子水,加热到60~80℃,将聚季铵盐-10用冷水分散均匀后,加入乳化锅中均质2-3分钟,得到混合液A;
(2)向混合液A中依次加入EDTA二钠、表面活性剂复配物,均质3~8分钟,并搅拌20~40分钟,得到混合液B;
(3)预先将尿囊素用冷水分散,然后加入混合液B中,再加入PPG-3辛基醚;
(4)降温到45℃以下,依次加入剩余原料,其中甘草酸二钾和苯甲酸钠需用冷水分散后加入,搅拌均匀,得到所述洗发慕斯。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过采用玉米醇溶蛋白-凯氏定氮法确定了一种表面活性剂复配物,可快速乳化、起泡,并且刺激性较小;然后通过对活性成分进行筛选,制备出活性成分纳米脂质体,可使纳米组合物中的活性物质渗入毛囊,提高活性成分的利用率,以所述表面活性剂复配物和活性成分纳米脂质体制备的洗发慕斯具有良好的修复头皮的功效,可用于敏感性肌肤。
具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。(如无特殊说明,实施例及对比例中所述重量份均代表相同质量)
采用玉米醇溶蛋白-凯氏定氮法测定表面活性剂的刺激性:
测试所用试剂(分析纯):五水硫酸铜、硫酸钾、硫酸、硼酸、甲基红指示剂、溴甲酚绿指示剂、亚甲基蓝指示剂、乙醇、盐酸、玉米醇溶蛋白(Zein)。
试剂配制:
1)硼酸+混合指示剂的制备:先称取20g硼酸,加水溶解,并稀释至1000mL,得到硼酸溶液;然后称取0.2g甲基红溶于乙醇体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液中,以该乙醇溶液定容至100mL,得到指示剂A;再称取0.2g溴甲酚绿溶于乙醇体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液中,再以该乙醇溶液稀释至100mL,得到指示剂B。取10mL指示剂A和30mL指示剂B混合均匀,以棕色试剂瓶盛装,阴凉处保存。将1000mL硼酸溶液倒入硼酸桶中,再加入混合好的指示剂3mL,充分搅拌均匀,待用。
2)NaOH质量分数为40%的氢氧化钠溶液的制备:称取40g氢氧化钠,于水中溶解,然后以水稀释定容至100mL。
3)HCl浓度为0.1000mol/L盐酸标准滴定溶液的制备:取9.0ml盐酸,加水定容至1000ml,摇匀,并用碳酸钠法标定盐酸浓度。
将待测表面活性剂配成活性物质量分数为1.0%的溶液,取30mL,搅拌条件下加入3~5g Zein,25℃搅拌90min,每隔10~15min观察一次,视情况添加Zein,确保溶液中有足量未溶解的Zein。然后静置过滤。滤液用微量凯氏定氮法测得氮的质量分数为A。用同样的方法可测得不加Zein的表面活性剂溶液中氮的质量分数B。
Zein值=A-B。Zein值越大,表明溶解的Zein越多,表面活性剂体系的刺激性越大。Zein值用溶液中所含氮的质量分数表示,单位为g/L,通过Zein值,可将表面活性剂的刺激性分为3类:
(1)Zein值大于4g/L溶液的表面活性剂为“强刺激性”,此类表面活性剂对Zein增溶的能力比较强。
(2)Zein值在2~4g/L溶液的表面活性剂为“低刺激性”。
(3)Zein值小于2g/L溶液的表面活性剂为“无刺激性”,此类表面活性剂促使Zein溶解的作用较弱。
凯氏定氮法:移取3mL添加Zein的滤液至消化管中,加入0.2g五水硫酸铜、2.5g硫酸钾及10mL硫酸,放在消化炉中消化110min后呈浅蓝色澄清透明状,即为消化液,以不加Zein的溶液同步作空白对照。消化过程中的升温程序如表1所示。

将消化完成的试样静置冷却后,加入10mL蒸馏水摇匀,移至全自动定氮仪的指定位置,将硼酸+混合指示剂倒入全自动凯氏定氮仪制定位置,然后将全自动凯氏定氮仪调至自动模式,设置好相关参数,点击运行自动完成蒸馏和滴定过程,记录消耗盐酸标准滴定液的量。
氮含量的计算公式如下:
N——试样中氮的含量,单位为g/L;
V——加Zein试液消耗盐酸标准滴定液的体积,单位为mL;
V0——不加Zein试液消耗盐酸标准滴定液的体积,单位为mL;
c——盐酸标准滴定液浓度,单位为mol/L;
0.014——1.0mL HCl浓度为1mol/L盐酸标准滴定液相当的氮的质量,单位为g;
V样品——试样的质量,单位为mL。
不同表面活性剂测得的Zein值N如表2所示。

N值小于2的表面活性剂为“无刺激性”表面活性剂。
实施例1~9
本发明所述洗发慕斯组合物的实施例,实施例1~9的配方如表3所示。

对比例1
对比例1为一种洗发慕斯组合物,其配方与实施例3相比,仅将甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠更换为了月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱。
实施例10~18
本发明所述洗发慕斯的实施例,实施例10~18所述洗发慕斯中分别包含实施例1~9中的洗发慕斯组合物。此外,还含有如下重量份的成分:聚季铵盐-10 0.3份、EDTA二钠0.05份、尿囊素0.3份、柠檬酸0.12份、羟乙基脲2份、甘草酸二钾0.2份、甜菜碱0.5份、小麦水解蛋白0.2份、PPG-3辛基醚0.3份、苯氧乙醇0.6份、山梨酸钾0.4份、苯甲酸钠0.4份和水52.5份。
对比例2
一种洗发慕斯,包含如对比例1所述的洗发慕斯组合物,还包含如下重量份的成分:聚季铵盐-10 0.3份、EDTA二钠0.05份、尿囊素0.3份、柠檬酸0.12份、羟乙基脲2份、甘草酸二钾0.2份、甜菜碱0.5份、小麦水解蛋白0.2份、PPG-3辛基醚0.3份、苯氧乙醇0.6份、山梨酸钾0.4份、苯甲酸钠0.4份和水52.5份。
性能测试
1)刺激性测试
本测试是根据SN/T2329-2009进行的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管测试,鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管实验是一种眼刺激试验的体外方法,用来评估受试体对眼的刺激程度,用以评价产品的刺激性和安全程度。
实验方法:使用孵化了10~12天胚龄的受精鸡胚作为实验样品,在蛋壳表面标记气室位置,用牙科锯齿弯镊剥去带标记的蛋壳部分,暴露出白色蛋膜;用吸管吸取适量的氯化钠质量分数为0.9%的氯化钠溶液使蛋膜湿润,将多余溶液倾出;接着小心地用镊子去除内膜,保证血管膜不受损。将一个聚四氟乙烯树脂环放置于完好的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜上,作为受试样品的测试区域。利用受精鸡胚绒毛尿囊血管系统完整、明显和透明的特点,将上述实施例10~18各取0.3mL,用0.9wt.%的氯化钠溶液稀释样品至其浓度为3wt.%,0.9wt.%氯化钠溶液作为阴性对照组,0.3wt.%氢氧化钠溶液作为阳性对照组,滴加在鸡胚的测试区域,接着用湿润的保鲜膜覆盖在气室上之后放置于37℃培养箱培养30min。用灯管照射培育后的鸡胚并观察血管的损伤程度,进行评分。评价参考标准如表4所示,测试结果如表5所示。

从测试结果可知,由本发明所选的表面活性剂复配后制备的洗发慕斯对人体安全、无刺激。
2)稳定性测试
对实施例10~18和对比例2进行稳定性测试,分别在25±2℃、45±2℃和-18±2℃条件下对样品贮存3个月,记录贮存前后样品的外观、pH值及粘度值,测试结果如表6所示。

由测试结果可知,实施例10~18在室温、低温和高温环境下贮存后,其pH值和粘性均未发生较大变化,表明本发明公开的洗发慕斯具有良好的稳定性。
3)头皮修复性能测试
对实施例10~18及对比例2进行头皮修复性能测试。将洗发慕斯配合以配合以气雾罐、阀门和喷嘴组合使用。选择30名易脱发的志愿者进行测试,将志愿者随机均分为10组,每组每人使用同一样品60d,每隔2d使用一次,每天早上用同样的梳子梳头1min,收集掉落的头发,并记录。数据如表7所示。然后记录志愿者对所述洗发慕斯的使用感受。

从表7中可知,实施例10~18均具有良好的减缓脱发现象发生的能力,而且实施例12的减缓效果最为显著。
4)起泡性测试
使用罗氏泡沫仪器测试实施例10~18和对比例2的泡沫高度。每种样品测试三次,取平均值,记录在表8中。

从表8中可知,实施例10~18的泡沫高度均明显高于对比例2,表明以本发明公开的配方制备的洗发慕斯具有良好的起泡效果,使用更方便。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,但并不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种洗发慕斯组合物,其特征在于,包含表面活性剂复配物和活性成分纳米脂质体;所述表面活性剂复配物包含椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠;所述活性成分纳米脂质体包含海茴香提取物、果聚糖、鱼腥草提取物、椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗发慕斯组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂复配物包含如下重量份的成分:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱10-20份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠和月桂酰谷氨酸钠的复配物10-15份、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐2-10份、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐2-10份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠1-5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的洗发慕斯组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂复配物包含如下重量份的成分:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱12-18份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠和月桂酰谷氨酸钠的复配物11-14份、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐4-8份、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐4-8份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠2-4份。
4.如权利要求3所述的洗发慕斯组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂复配物包含如下重量份的成分:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱15份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠和月桂酰谷氨酸钠的复配物12份、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐5份、椰油酰基丙氨酸TEA盐5份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠3份。
5.如权利要求1所述的洗发慕斯组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分纳米脂质体包含如下重量份的成分:海茴香提取物0.2-0.8份、果聚糖0.5-1.5份、鱼腥草提取物0.1-0.5份、椰油酰基氨基酸钠和肌氨酸和天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁的复配物0.5-1.5份。
6.如权利要求5所述的洗发慕斯组合物,其特征在于,所述椰油酰基氨基酸钠和肌氨酸和天冬氨酸钾和天冬氨酸镁的复配物中,椰油酰基氨基酸钠、肌氨酸、天冬氨酸钾、天冬氨酸镁的质量比为椰油酰基氨基酸钠:肌氨酸:天冬氨酸钾:天冬氨酸镁=2:2:1:1。
7.一种洗发慕斯,其特征在于,所述洗发慕斯包含如权利要求1~6任一项所述的洗发慕斯组合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的洗发慕斯,其特征在于,还包含聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、柠檬酸、羟乙基脲、甘草酸二钾、甜菜碱、小麦水解蛋白、PPG-3辛基醚、苯氧乙醇、山梨酸钾和苯甲酸钠。
9.如权利要求8所述的洗发慕斯,其特征在于,还包含如下重量份的成分:聚季铵盐-100.1-0.5份、EDTA二钠0.03-0.07份、尿囊素0.1-0.5份、柠檬酸0.1-0.15份、羟乙基脲1.5-2.5份、甘草酸二钾0.1-0.3份、甜菜碱0.3-0.7份、小麦水解蛋白0.1-0.3份、PPG-3辛基醚0.1-0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.5-1份、山梨酸钾0.1-0.5份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.5份。
10.一种如权利要求7~9任一项所述的洗发慕斯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)在乳化锅中加入去离子水,加热到60~80℃,将聚季铵盐-10用冷水分散均匀后,加入乳化锅中均质2-3分钟,得到混合液A;
(2)向混合液A中依次加入EDTA二钠、表面活性剂复配物,均质3~8分钟,并搅拌20~40分钟,得到混合液B;
(3)预先将尿囊素用冷水分散,然后加入混合液B中,再加入PPG-3辛基醚;
(4)降温到45℃以下,依次加入剩余原料,其中甘草酸二钾和苯甲酸钠需用冷水分散后加入,搅拌均匀,得到所述洗发慕斯。
