The invention aims to provide a ton bag sleeving device, which is novel in structural design, can completely realize automatic bag sleeving operation and has good practical use value.
The specific scheme of the invention is as follows: a ton bag bagging device comprises a translation device, a rotating device, a bagging device and a bag opening device, wherein the rotating device is arranged on the translation device, and the translation device bears the rotating device to realize horizontal movement; the bagging device integrally realizes clockwise or anticlockwise rotation under the driving of the rotating device, the bagging device comprises a transverse supporting rod, one end of the transverse supporting rod is connected with the rotating device, a left fork rod and a right fork rod are hinged on the transverse supporting rod, a stretching cylinder is respectively arranged on the outer side of the transverse supporting rod corresponding to the left fork rod and the right fork rod, a cylinder seat of each stretching cylinder is hinged on the transverse supporting rod, a piston rod of each stretching cylinder is hinged with the middle part of the corresponding fork rod, and bag stretching plates are respectively arranged on the lower end side parts of the left fork rod and the right fork rod; the bag opening device comprises an upper sucker and a lower sucker, and the upper sucker and the lower sucker are oppositely arranged up and down to suck and separate the bag openings of the ton bags entering the middle.
Furthermore, the translation device comprises a vertically placed rectangular groove rail, the groove opening of the rectangular groove rail faces one side, a transmission wheel set is arranged on the back face of the rectangular groove rail, a transmission belt is wound on the transmission wheel set, an L-shaped seat plate is fixedly connected onto the transmission belt, the L-shaped seat plate is buckled downwards and surrounds the rectangular groove rail in the middle, the upper face of the L-shaped seat plate is connected with the rotating device, a rolling guide wheel is arranged on a side plate of the L-shaped seat plate, and the rolling guide wheel moves along the rectangular groove rail in a rolling guide mode.
Furthermore, the transmission wheel set is a belt wheel set or a chain wheel set, and the transmission belt wound on the belt wheel set or the chain wheel set is correspondingly a transmission belt or a transmission chain.
Furthermore, the rotating device is provided with a rotating box, a driving motor and a gear set are arranged in the rotating box, and an output shaft of the gear set is connected with the transverse support rod and drives the transverse support rod to rotate.
The full-automatic bagging machine has the advantages of simple and novel overall structure design, high efficiency and good effect, can realize bagging operation of ton bags in a full-automatic manner, is very beneficial to protecting the body health of operators, and has extremely high popularization and use values.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention is a ton bag bagging device, which comprises a translation device 16, a rotation device 3, a bagging device and a bag opening device 15, wherein the rotation device is arranged on the translation device, and the translation device carries the rotation device to realize horizontal movement together; the bagging device integrally realizes clockwise or anticlockwise rotation under the driving of the rotating device, the bagging device comprises a transverse supporting rod 7, one end of the transverse supporting rod is connected with the rotating device, left and right fork rods 8 and 12 are hinged on the transverse supporting rod, a spreading cylinder 9 is respectively arranged on the outer side of each of the left fork rod and the right fork rod corresponding to the left fork rod and the right fork rod, a cylinder seat of each spreading cylinder is hinged on the transverse supporting rod, a piston rod of each spreading cylinder is hinged with the middle part of the corresponding fork rod, and bag spreading plates 10 are respectively arranged on the lower end side parts of the left fork rod and the right fork rod; the bag opening device comprises an upper sucker 13 and a lower sucker 14, and the upper sucker and the lower sucker are arranged up and down oppositely to suck and separate a ton bag opening 11 entering the middle.
Further, in this embodiment the translation device is including vertical rectangular channel track 4 of placing, and the orbital groove opening of rectangular channel is towards one side, and the orbital back of rectangular channel is equipped with transmission wheelset 5, and around being equipped with the conveyer belt on the transmission wheelset, the solid L shape bedplate 2 that has tied up on the conveyer belt, this L shape bedplate buckle dress down and with the rectangular channel track surround in the centre, above the L shape bedplate with rotating device connects, is equipped with rolling guide wheel 6 on the curb plate of L shape bedplate, the rolling guide wheel along the movement of rectangular channel track roll direction.
Further, in this embodiment, the transmission pulley set is a pulley set or a sprocket set, and the transmission belt wound on the pulley set or the sprocket set is a transmission belt or a transmission chain correspondingly.
Furthermore, the rotating device in this embodiment has a rotating box, a driving motor and a gear set are installed in the rotating box, and an output shaft of the gear set is connected with the transverse support rod and drives the transverse support rod to rotate.
A turning gear of the above-mentioned type is relatively simple in construction and is easy to implement in the prior art.
The bag opening device in the embodiment is installed with other parts in a split mode.
When the bag opening device works, the vacuum suckers in the bag opening device, namely the upper sucker and the lower sucker act simultaneously to pull open a bag opening of a ton bag between the upper sucker and the lower sucker, at the moment, a left fork rod and a right fork rod in the bag sleeving device are in a closed state, bag opening plates on the left fork rod and the right fork rod are rotated into the bag opening of the ton bag under the action of the rotating device, and an opening cylinder of the bag sleeving device acts to open the left fork rod and the right fork rod to support two sides of the bag opening of the ton bag to keep the bag opening in an opened state.
The bagging device drags the ton bag to move to a certain position on the right side under the drive of the translation device, then rotates anticlockwise, and lifts the sack and overlaps the filling mouth of the filling device to realize bagging operation.
The bagging device is matched with the filling device for installation, so that continuity and accurate bagging of automatic bagging operation actions can be realized.
The invention is characterized in that the bagging device can be moved left and right integrally besides being transferred forward and backward, and the bagging operation is more convenient and flexible.
