The invention provides a method and a device for quickly confirming service after an operator service router is changed, wherein the method comprises the following steps: remotely acquiring an equipment management IP address before equipment change; acquiring service data before change by using a menu instruction acquisition device, and storing the service data as different txt files according to service types; acquiring the changed service data by using a menu instruction acquisition device, and storing the changed service data as a corresponding txt file; and comparing data before and after the equipment is changed by using a menu command, and making different judgments according to preset rules. By the technical scheme, after the operation business router is changed, the operation business router can automatically collect data, compare the data, modify the data, quickly and accurately confirm business, save a large amount of cutting and connecting time for operation and maintenance engineers to confirm the business state, improve efficiency and reduce error rate.
