Background
The plastic board is made of plastic, and has the characteristics of light weight, water resistance, moisture resistance, recyclability and the like, so that the plastic board is widely applied to the fields of stationery products and office supplies. Especially, in the products such as folders, file frames, file boxes and the like, plastic plates are adopted. However, the existing plastic board has the problems that the strength of the plastic board is not enough, and the plastic board is soft and easy to bend, so that the board is not flat.

After the arrangement, the reinforcing ribs are formed around the first concave hole, and a plurality of crossed reinforcing ribs are formed on the surface of the substrate by the reinforcing ribs, so that the strength of the plate is enhanced, and the plate is not easy to break.
Preferably, the aperture of the first concave hole is 3mm to 8mm, and the aperture of the second concave hole is 1.1mm to 2.9 mm.
Preferably, the aperture of the first concave hole is 5mm to 6mm, and the aperture of the second concave hole is 1.8mm to 2.3 mm.
Preferably, the thickness of the middle of the substrate is 1.05 to 1.4 times the thickness of the edge of the substrate.
Preferably, the thickness of the middle of the substrate is 1.25 times the thickness of the edge of the substrate.
Preferably, the front surface of the substrate is a plane, and the back surface of the substrate is formed by sequentially connecting four isosceles triangle inclined surfaces. The four isosceles triangle inclined planes form a microscopic pyramid-shaped three-dimensional structure, so that the strength of the plate is better.
Preferably, a rib is arranged on the back surface of the base plate near the edge, and the rib extends along the edge of the base plate. The arrangement of the convex ribs further strengthens the strength of the plate.
Preferably, the first concave hole and the second concave hole are both through holes. This provides for further weight reduction.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, a plastic sheet includes a substrate 1, in this example, the substrate 1 is rectangular, the substrate 1 includes a front surface 11 and a back surface 12, and the thickness of the middle of the substrate 1 is greater than that of the edge of the substrate 1. The front surface 11 of the substrate 1 is a flat surface, and the middle of the substrate 1 and the edge of the substrate 1 are connected by a slope on the back surface of the substrate 1. The back 12 of the substrate 1 is formed by connecting four isosceles triangle inclined planes in sequence. The vertex angles of the four isosceles triangles are positioned on the central point of the substrate 1, the bottom edges of the four isosceles triangles correspond to the four edges of the substrate, the two waists of each isosceles triangle are respectively connected with the waists of two adjacent isosceles triangles, the waists of each isosceles triangle correspond to the diagonal line of the rectangle, and the four isosceles triangle inclined planes form a microscopic pyramid-shaped three-dimensional structure, so that the strength of the plate is better.
The back of the substrate 1 is uniformly provided with a first concave hole 101 and a second concave hole 102. The aperture of the second concave hole 102 is smaller than that of the first concave hole 101, every four second concave holes 102 are rotationally symmetrical by taking the other second concave hole 102 as a center, every four first concave holes 101 are rotationally symmetrical by taking one second concave hole 102 as a center, and every four first concave holes 101 are rotationally symmetrical by taking the other first concave hole 101 as a center. The ribs are formed around the first concave hole 101, and a plurality of crossed ribs are formed on the surface of the substrate by the ribs, so that the strength of the plate is enhanced, and the plate is not easy to break.
The aperture of the first concave hole 101 is 3mm to 8mm, and the aperture of the second concave hole 102 is 1.1mm to 2.9 mm. Preferably, the aperture of the first recess 101 is 5mm to 6mm, and the aperture of the second recess 102 is 1.8mm to 2.3 mm. In this example, the aperture of the first recess 101 is 5.5mm, and the aperture of the second recess 102 is 2 mm.
The thickness of the middle of the substrate 1 is 1.05 to 1.4 times the thickness of the edge of the substrate 1. The thickness of the middle of the substrate 1 in this example is shown as a in fig. 5 and 2.5mm, the thickness of the edge of the substrate 1 is shown as b in fig. 6 and 2mm, and the thickness of the middle of the substrate 1 is 1.25 times the thickness of the edge of the substrate 1.
The back surface 12 of the base plate 1 is provided with a rib 121 near the edge, and the rib 121 extends along the edge of the base plate 1. The rib 121 may not be annular and may have a break point.
The back surface of the substrate can also be formed by sequentially connecting two isosceles trapezoids and two isosceles triangle inclined planes, and two waists of the isosceles trapezoids are respectively connected with two waists of the isosceles triangles. The short sides of the two isosceles trapezoids are connected and correspond to the central line of the short side of the substrate, the long sides of the two isosceles trapezoids correspond to the long sides of the substrate respectively, the vertexes of the two isosceles triangles are located on the central line of the short side of the substrate, and the bottom sides of the isosceles trapezoids correspond to the short side of the substrate. The front surface and the back surface of the plastic plate can also be inclined surfaces formed by sequentially connecting four isosceles triangle inclined surfaces, and the front surface and the back surface are provided with a first concave hole 101 and a second concave hole 102. The first concave hole 101 and the second concave hole 102 on the front side can be communicated with the first concave hole 101 and the second concave hole 102 on the back side to form a plate with hollowed holes. Or the front surface 11 of the substrate 1 is a plane, the back surface 12 adopts the inclined surface, and the first concave hole 101 and the second concave hole 102 are through holes.
