Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation of electric/electrical equipment/systems, in particular to a heat dissipation fan for an electric device.
Background
A heat dissipation device in an electrical/appliance device/system generally employs a heat dissipation fan to dissipate heat, where the heat dissipation fan includes a housing 1, an impeller 2, an air outlet 3, an upper side plate 11, a lower side plate 12, a ring side plate 13, an arc-shaped flow guide plate 14, blades 21, a hub 22, a first base plate 23, a main air inlet F1, and an auxiliary air inlet F2 (as shown in fig. 1-2). However, the existing heat dissipation fan has the problems of higher noise and pressure fluctuation at two sides of the arc-shaped guide plate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a heat radiation fan for an electric device, which can reduce noise and pressure fluctuation on two sides of an arc-shaped guide plate under the condition of ensuring air volume by matching the arc-shaped guide plate with a second substrate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a heat radiation fan for an electric device comprises a shell, an impeller, an air outlet, an upper side plate (11), a lower side plate (12), a ring side plate (13), an arc-shaped guide plate (14), blades (21), a hub (22), a first base plate (23), a main air inlet (F1) and an auxiliary air inlet (F2), wherein the impeller is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell, the air outlet is arranged at one radial side of the shell, the shell comprises the upper side plate and the lower side plate which are oppositely arranged, the ring side plate is connected between the upper side plate and the lower side plate, the arc-shaped guide plate is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell, the impeller comprises a plurality of blades, the hub and the first base plate, the plurality of blades are circumferentially distributed on the first base plate, the first base plate is connected with the axial lower end parts of the plurality of blades, the radial inner side ends of the plurality of blades are connected, the main air inlet and the auxiliary air inlet are arranged oppositely, and the air conditioner is characterized in that: one end of the arc-shaped guide plate is connected with the upper side plate, the other end of the arc-shaped guide plate is not connected with the lower side plate, and a second substrate (24) is arranged at the radial outer peripheral end of the first substrate.
Further, a first axial gap H1 is formed between the lower axial end of the arc-shaped guide plate and the lower side plate, a second axial gap H2 is formed between the lower axial end of the arc-shaped guide plate and the first base plate, and H2 is less than H1.
Further, the H2= (0.1-0.2) H1.
Furthermore, an arc-shaped flow guide part (25) is arranged on one side surface, close to the arc-shaped flow guide plate, of the second substrate, and the arc-shaped flow guide part can guide part of airflow on the upper side of the arc-shaped flow guide part to one side, far away from the arc-shaped flow guide part, of the arc-shaped flow guide plate through a second axial gap H2.

Further, the inner diameter of the upstream end of the arc-shaped guide plate is smaller than the outer diameter of the second substrate, and the outer diameter of the upstream end of the arc-shaped guide plate is larger than the outer diameter of the second substrate.
Furthermore, the radial outer end part of the second base plate is provided with an inclined part (26), and the distance between the inclined part and the lower end face of the arc-shaped guide plate is gradually increased from the radial inner side to the radial outer side.
According to the heat dissipation fan for the electric device, the arc-shaped guide plate and the second substrate are matched, so that the noise can be reduced under the condition of ensuring the air volume, and the pressure fluctuation at two sides of the arc-shaped guide plate can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 3-5, a heat dissipation fan for an electrical device includes a housing 1, an impeller 2, an air outlet 3, an upper side plate 11, a lower side plate 12, a ring side plate 13, an arc-shaped air deflector 14, blades 21, a hub 22, a first base plate 23, a primary air inlet F1, and an auxiliary air inlet F2, the impeller 2 is disposed in an inner cavity of the housing 1, the air outlet 3 is disposed at one radial side of the housing 1, the housing 1 includes the upper side plate 11 and the lower side plate 12 which are disposed opposite to each other, the ring side plate 13 is connected between the upper side plate 11 and the lower side plate 12, the arc-shaped air deflector 14 is disposed in the inner cavity of the housing 1, the impeller 2 includes a plurality of blades 21, the hub 22, and the first base plate 23, the plurality of blades 21 are circumferentially distributed on the first base plate 23, the first base plate 23 is connected to axial lower end portions of the plurality of blades 21, radial inner ends of the plurality, the middle part of lower plate 12 has and assists air intake F2, and main air intake F1 sets up its characterized in that with assisting air intake F2 relatively: one end of the arc-shaped guide plate 14 is connected to the upper side plate 11, the other end is not connected to the lower side plate 12, and a second substrate 24 is provided on the radial outer peripheral end of the first substrate 23.
Further, a first axial gap H1 is provided between the lower axial end of the arc-shaped baffle 14 and the lower side plate 12, a second axial gap H2 is provided between the lower axial end of the arc-shaped baffle 14 and the first base plate 23, H2 < H1, and H2= (0.1-0.2) H1, preferably 0.13-0.15.

Further, one side surface of the second substrate 24 close to the arc-shaped flow guiding plate 14 is provided with an arc-shaped flow guiding part 25, and the arc-shaped flow guiding part 25 can guide part of the air flow on the upper side of the arc-shaped flow guiding plate to one side (left side) of the arc-shaped flow guiding plate 14 far away from the arc-shaped flow guiding part 25 through the second axial gap H2, so that the pressure fluctuation on two sides of the arc-shaped flow guiding plate 14 can be reduced. The second substrate 24 and the first substrate 23 are integrally formed, the arc-shaped flow guiding portion 25 is a semi-arc-shaped flow guiding portion, and the arc-shaped flow guiding portion 25 is arranged close to the radial inner side of the arc-shaped flow guiding plate 14.
As shown in fig. 3-4, further, the upstream end of the curved baffle 14 has an inner diameter that is substantially the same size as the outer diameter of the second substrate 24 ("substantially" within a conventional mechanical dimensional tolerance, such as within 5%).
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the upstream end of the arc-shaped baffle 14 has an inner diameter dimension smaller than the outer diameter dimension of the second substrate 24, and the upstream end of the arc-shaped baffle 14 has an outer diameter dimension larger than the outer diameter dimension of the second substrate 24; the radial outer end portion of the second base plate 24 is provided with an inclined portion 26, and the distance between the inclined portion 26 and the lower end face of the arc-shaped baffle plate 14 gradually increases from the radial inner side to the radial outer side. According to the heat radiation fan for the electric device, the arc-shaped guide plate 14 and the second substrate 24 are designed in a matched mode, noise can be further reduced under the condition that air volume is guaranteed, and pressure fluctuation on two sides of the arc-shaped guide plate 14 is reduced.
According to the heat dissipation fan for the electric device, the arc-shaped guide plate and the second substrate are matched, so that the noise can be reduced under the condition of ensuring the air volume, and the pressure fluctuation at two sides of the arc-shaped guide plate can be reduced.

A heat radiation fan for an electric device comprises a shell, an impeller, an air outlet, an upper side plate (11), a lower side plate (12), a ring side plate (13), an arc-shaped guide plate (14) and blades (21), wheel hub (22), first base plate (23), main air intake (F1), assist air intake (F2), the impeller has been put to the casing inner chamber, radial one side of casing has the air outlet, the casing is including the relative top plate that sets up, the bottom side plate, be connected with the ring curb plate between top plate and the bottom side plate, be provided with the arc guide plate in the casing inner chamber, the impeller includes a plurality of blades, wheel hub, first base plate, a plurality of blades distribute on first base plate along circumference, the radial medial extremity of a plurality of blades is connected with wheel hub, the middle part of top plate has main air intake, the middle part of bottom side plate has the assistance air intake, main air intake sets up with assisting the air intake relatively, its characterized in that: one end of the arc-shaped guide plate is connected with the upper side plate, the other end of the arc-shaped guide plate is not connected with the lower side plate, and a second substrate (24) is arranged at the radial outer peripheral end of the first substrate.

The heat dissipating fan for electrical apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped air deflector has a first axial gap H1 between the lower axial end thereof and the lower side plate, and a second axial gap H2 between the lower axial end thereof and the first base plate, wherein H2 < H1.
3. The heat dissipating fan for an electrical device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the H2= (0.1-0.2) H1.

The heat dissipating fan for electrical devices as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second substrate is provided with an arc-shaped guiding portion (25) on a side thereof close to the arc-shaped guiding plate, and the arc-shaped guiding portion can guide part of the air flow on the upper side thereof to a side of the arc-shaped guiding plate away from the arc-shaped guiding portion through the second axial gap H2.

The heat dissipating fan for an electrical device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second base plate is integrally formed with the first base plate, and the arc-shaped flow guiding portion is a semi-arc-shaped flow guiding portion disposed near a radially inner side of the arc-shaped flow guiding plate.
6. The heat dissipating fan for an electrical device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the upstream end of the curved baffle has an inner diameter dimension substantially equal to an outer diameter dimension of the second base plate.

The heat dissipating fan for an electrical device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the upstream end of the arc-shaped flow guide plate has an inner diameter dimension smaller than an outer diameter dimension of the second base plate, and the upstream end of the arc-shaped flow guide plate has an outer diameter dimension larger than the outer diameter dimension of the second base plate.
8. The heat dissipating fan for an electrical device as recited in claim 7, wherein the radially outer end portion of the second base plate is provided with an inclined portion (26) whose distance from the lower end surface of the arc-shaped baffle plate gradually increases from a radially inner side to a radially outer side.
