The fixed charging facilities are arranged on the air route with large traffic volume to supplement energy for the passing ships, and the charging facilities can not move, so that the ships with a certain distance from the charging facilities can not be rescued in time, and the safety of the ships and personnel is greatly influenced.
In addition, in a plurality of regions of the island, each island is provided with a fixed power generation facility, and when the power generation facilities break down and the island has no corresponding repair capability, maintenance personnel can only wait for the repair before taking the ship, so that the normal operation of the island is greatly hindered. The charging cable limited by the charging facility has only a certain length, so that ships near the reef break down, and the ships can only wait for rescue at sea without energy.
