Abstract
The invention relates to a modular helmet plug-in interface, which is provided with a mounting seat, a movable slide block, an adjusting stud, a clamping seat, an external hanging plate and a fastening screw; the mounting seat is adhered to the surface of the helmet through three bases or fastened to the surface of the helmet through screws, and the adjusting stud is connected with the threaded adjusting hole of the movable sliding block through the unthreaded hole of the mounting seat; the two fastening screws are connected with the threaded mounting holes of the movable sliding blocks through the long holes in the external hanging plate and the unthreaded holes in the clamping seat; the external hanging plate is arranged in the clamping seat in a sliding way, and the external hanging equipment realizes the left-right position adjustment and fixation through the series waist-shaped holes of the external hanging plate. Background
The modularized helmet plug-in interface meets the dismounting and mounting requirements of different plug-in devices such as lighting, night vision, display, positioning and the like on the modularized helmet, and realizes the key of the comprehensive functions of the helmet. the clamping seat (4) is of a hollow cuboid structure, two unthreaded holes 42 are formed in the upper portion of a hollow area (43) of the clamping seat (4) and used for allowing fastening screws (6) to penetrate through, and grooves (41) are formed in two side faces of the hollow area (43) of the clamping seat (4) and used for being guided and attached to two side faces (52) of the external hanging plate (5);
the external hanging plate (5) is provided with a self-mounting surface matched with the clamping seat (4) and an external mounting surface matched with external equipment, and the self-mounting surface is fixedly connected with the external mounting surface;

As shown in fig. 3, the main body of the mounting seat 1 is a right-angle structure, wherein the upper plane of the right-angle structure is provided with a unthreaded hole 14 for the adjusting stud 3 to pass through, and the front plane of the right-angle structure is provided with a hollowed space (13) for reducing weight and passing through the fastening screw 6; the bases 11 are respectively arranged at the rear end of the upper plane of the right-angle structure and two sides of the lower end of the front plane of the right-angle structure, and the three bases 11 are used for being attached to the helmet, so that the spatial configuration of the three bases 11 is matched with the appearance of the helmet, and a fixed spatial position relation is formed between the three bases and the helmet.
The movable sliding block 2 is of a right-angle structure, wherein the upper plane of the right-angle structure is provided with a threaded adjusting hole 21 for matching with the adjusting stud 3, and the front side plane of the right-angle structure is provided with two threaded mounting holes 22 for matching with the fastening screw 6; and the front plane of the right-angle structure is used as a sliding surface 23 of the movable slide block 2, and two sides of the sliding surface 23 are attached to the inward-bent planes of two sides of the front plane of the main body of the mounting seat 1.
The adjusting stud 3 is connected with the threaded adjusting hole 21 of the movable sliding block 2 after passing through the unthreaded hole 14 of the mounting seat 1, when the adjusting stud 3 rotates, the sliding surface 23 of the movable sliding block 2 is attached to the mounting seat 1, and the rotation of the adjusting stud 3 is converted into the linear motion of the movable sliding block 2 along the mounting seat 1 through the threaded matching of the movable sliding block 2, so that the position adjustment is realized.
The clamping seat 4 is of a hollow cuboid structure, the hollow area 43 is used for reducing weight, two unthreaded holes 42 are formed in the upper portion of the hollow area 43 of the clamping seat 4 and used for allowing fastening screws 6 to penetrate through, and grooves 41 are formed in two side faces of the hollow area 43 of the clamping seat 4 and used for being attached to two side faces 52 of the external hanging plate 5.
The external hanging plate 5 is provided with a self-mounting surface matched with the clamping seat 4 and an external-mounting surface matched with external-mounting equipment, and the external-mounting surface is fixedly connected to one side of the self-mounting surface through a mounting arm 53 at the upper end. The self-mounting surface is inserted into the groove 41 of the clamping seat 4 through the two side surfaces 52, so that the clamping seat 4 can guide the external hanging plate 5, and the external hanging plate 5 can slide in the clamping seat 4 without stagnation; the self-mounting surface is provided with two elongated holes 51 parallel to the side surface 52 for reducing weight and passing through the fastening screws 6; the external mounting surface is provided with a series of waist-shaped holes 54 for additionally mounting external devices with different interfaces and realizing left-right position adjustment and fixation.
The two fastening screws 6 are connected with the threaded mounting holes 22 of the movable sliding block 2 after passing through the long holes 51 of the external hanging plate 5 and the unthreaded holes 42 of the clamping seat 4, so as to ensure that the relative positions of the clamping seat 4 and the movable sliding block 2 are fixed.
During specific installation, the adjusting stud is connected with a threaded adjusting hole of the movable slider after passing through a unthreaded hole of the installation seat, the movable slider 2 is installed on the inner side of the installation seat 1, the clamping seat 4 and the outer hanging plate 5 inserted in the clamping seat 4 are slightly connected with a threaded installation hole 22 of the movable slider 2 through two fastening screws 6, a micro gap is formed between the installation seat and the clamping seat, and the sliding surface of the movable slider is attached to the installation seat; the mounting seat 1 is fixed to the corresponding position of the helmet through three bases 11 of the mounting seat 1 in a bonding or screw fastening mode; when the plug-in mounting is needed, the plug-in equipment is connected with the waist-shaped hole 54 matched with the plug-in mounting surface, left and right position selection and fixation are realized, then the external hanging plate 5 can be moved in the clamping seat groove 41 by utilizing the long-strip hole, the thread fit of the movable sliding block is converted into the linear motion of the movable sliding block along the mounting seat by rotating the adjusting stud 3, and the movable sliding block drives the clamping seat and the external hanging plate to move along the axial direction of the adjusting stud, so that the position adjustment of the plug-in equipment is realized; after the adjustment is in place, the fastening screw 6 is screwed down to fasten the external hanging plate 5, the clamping seat 4 and the movable sliding block 2, so that the external hanging equipment can be accurately installed.
